We're vacationing with our child in June 2022. Excellent service and qualified staff. The grounds are beautiful, clean, and well-maintained. There's great daily entertainment, especially the evening shows and discos. The food is varied. The playroom staff are excellent. Everyone speaks Russian and is very customer-focused. There are some downsides to the rooms, but they're being addressed.

We vacationed with our children and really enjoyed the family hotel. We were warmly welcomed, and special thanks to the guest service department, Saniye, a pleasant girl who answered all our questions. We loved the abundance of food and the wonderful beach. The Kids Club is excellent. The children were delighted, and they enjoyed the children's evening discos and various shows. We will definitely return and recommend it to our friends. It's a great hotel, thank you.

An excellent vacation! We loved everything! The hotel is very beautiful, the service is top-notch. A huge thank you to Saniye, who works in the guest relations department, for organizing a game of golf for us, and we had a great time playing professionally. Special thanks to Marina for her attention, and to the guy who works in the Emrah pavilions, who is very attentive. Thanks to the administration for their hospitality and professional approach to guests.

I would like to leave a review of a stunning hotel with the best beach in Turkey. I would give the beach 10* stars. The hotel is gorgeous, the grounds are very beautiful and green. Many bungalows are immersed in this beauty. Our family really enjoyed the bungalow, a completely different feeling than in a regular hotel. The view from the balcony is stunning, as if you were in the jungle. Very tasty and varied food in all restaurants. I especially liked the fish day)) There is an a la carte menu, everything is free. Freshly squeezed juices, soft and alcoholic drinks of imported production. In the evening, shows and songs. For children, there is a water park and a kids' club. You can leave your children there, they have all the entertainment, games, and a disco. The hotel staff is very friendly and polite. All hotel employees are very attentive, they respond to all requests without delay. I would especially like to highlight the guest service, a wonderful girl, Sonya. It is obvious that this person is very loves his job. It's a pleasure to meet such wonderful people! We'll definitely be back at this hotel next year! I definitely recommend it!!!

We’ve been in that hotel in October, the weather is still chill, not too hot , very nice stuff and extremely good food. All the bar beverages are of high quality and there’re plenty of entertainment in the hotel for both children and adults. Stay is highly recommended !

Dani Sulakova5/53 minutes ago on Google We stayed at this hotel from October 12-19. Beautiful green area, suitable for walks. Beautiful places for photos. You can smell the aroma of flowers. Even the smell near the beach bar was unforgettable. We had reserved the most budget room, but we were accommodated in the main building. The room is larger, clean and quiet. Every day they filled the refrigerator with beer, Pepsi Cola, and other drinks. The cosmetics in the bathroom are shampoo, hair conditioner, shower gel and body lotion. The beach is impressive. Palm trees on the sand. Enough sun loungers for a full hotel. Wide sandy *****. The sea after the third meter becomes deep. Beach shoes are not needed. There are many eating establishments throughout the territory. Including a 24-hour restaurant with service. The cafe by the river is very good. The main restaurant has delicious food. There is a wide variety and themed evenings. Bravo to the entire team, from chefs to waiters! As a recommendation, I can add, very poor lighting both in the rooms and in the external parts of the restaurant. The evening entertainment was boring. The neighboring hotel had parties every night with a DJ, lasers. This was very much missing in this hotel. When we were leaving the hotel, we forgot a backpack. The security at the exit of the territory stopped the bus and it was brought to us. Huge thanks to everyone working in this hotel! We miss you already!

This is my first trip to Turkey. The staff are super friendly and are always willing to help. We main restuarant has an extensive range of dishes so there is always something to suit you. We have also tried Noa a few times which was amazing. Today we tried the seafood restaurant in which was also very nice. We hired a cabana on the beach and I can highly recommend Soner. He couldn’t do enough for us. Every single member of staff is super friendly and make you feel at home.
