The pools are many and they are placed throughout the complex and each with food and a bar and although it was October it never seemed busy at all

The staff is friendly, professional, and always ready to help. The food is excellent with a wide variety of options at the buffet and à la carte restaurants

The indoor pool, spa, and Turkish hammam bath were excellent and very relaxing. The room was clean and comfortable, making our stay enjoyable overall

Antisanitizers are everywhere. The water in the sea is warm, after lunch, however, the waves are almost always small, and before lunch - calm. The nights are already cool, but during the day it is a real scorcher

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning

Before our arrival, our confirmed reservation was attempted to be cancelled twice due to what was described as a “local market / nationality agreement

Absolutely loved the Sueno hotel. Great rooms, had our own pool on the balcony, room had all the little touches from shoe shiner to nail clippers to toothpaste

It was almost as if the food was available 24/7 as well which only a few times where they clear away to clean the dining halls/rooms. Overall, the experience over our stay was exceptional

The added bonus of Sueno Golf, in addition to being close to the teeing grounds, is the opportunity to enjoy lunch by the lake at the end of holes 9 and 18 of the Pines course

The Deluxe has very good Ala Carte restaurants (€10 per person) and a beautiful pool/ beach area

The lobby bar on the evening had a very chilled and friendly atmosphere and the birdie bar through the day was excellent to grab food and drinks prior to the rounds

Had a holiday with my dad as he'd stayed here many times before, it was my first time and it was AMAZING! Absolutely immense. Food was amazing, bars were amazing, staff service was incredible

We really loved our experience staying in a villa here! The most relaxing holiday we have ever had! So many positives: great service, helpful staff, gorgeous premium fresh food everywhere (we didn’t however use the main buffet restaurant except occasionally for our kids), beautiful villa with a large private warm pool and private garden area, private beach pavilion, excellent butler service both...

Wine selection included is limited. The main pools were mostly pretty cold in October but the kids pool with the slides was lovely and warm, as was our villa pool

Minor things to be aware of: currently there is a view of a hotel being constructed and there is some low level noise from this during the day (nothing the hotel can do about this of course)

The beach cleaning could be better but generally the beach is great. A cracked tile in the garden area should be fixed for safety (I did not report this while staying though)

We did not find the staff unfriendly as others have said, it is a different style to OTT American style hospitality but that’s perfectly fine

I managed a stretching class entirely in Russian and the instructor was very sweet about it and tried to use the odd English word for me

Cinamon rolls was very my tasty. Obviously food very high quality and you can find everything what you want. Coffe my tasty just in adult pool and -2 bar near entrance

What made our experience so special was the incredible dedication of our Maxx Assistants – Tutku, Mohammed, Oussama, and Oulaiya – who took care of us 24/7 with so much professionalism, kindness, and attention to detail

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

The hotel grounds are large, beautifully maintained, and very scenic — perfect for walking, reading, or simply enjoying the atmosphere. The room was spacious, modern, and very comfortable, with excellent soundproofing

The spa is excellent, the pools are great, and there are plenty of opportunities to stay active or simply relax on the beach

Housekeeping was high quality, and everything was always clean and well organized. The food was outstanding: a huge variety of dishes, all delicious and diverse, making it easy to choose meals to suit any mood

The quality of the food and drinks is 100% excellent, the waiters are impeccably polite, and EVERYONE! They have the utmost respect for their guests. The beach is spotless, and we plan to return in the summer

I stayed at Regnum Carya on my own and was very happy with my choice. It’s an excellent option for both a relaxing getaway and a comfortable solo vacation

One of the outside pools is heated, apart from that the inside pool is rather small, as is the sauna - absolutely fine for the summer months, yet in chilly winter a bit tricky

The outdoor relax pool is nice since it is heated. Many guests are from Germany or Turkey which is nice. Also from other countries since they come to play tennis

A lot of refubishment was going on on site which left its mark. In winter season, most a la carte restaurants and outside bars and pools are closed

Sure enough my request was met, thanks to Hakan and the night staff at the hotel being very helpful and understanding of my circumstances which was a great help to me and made my stay very pleasant & comfortable

Hakan reassured me that he would do his very best to grant my request as he had to liaise with the night staff members to do so

Hakan’s calm demeanour and communication was first class. I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel

Best Belek experience ever The hotel is great and really deserves to be a five-star hotel. The conditions were very good, food was delicious. We are happy with the atmosphere in the hotel

Location is amazing, nestled in the hills with a view of the mountains to wake up to everyday. Atmosphere is very calm, chill vibes even though the hotel can get very busy

I will say amazing, because the staff is incredibly kind and the service is unlimited. Keeping all staff dynamic in this way is also a success.

The room was also fantastic, very spacious and cleaned to a wonderful standard every morning, enough space for my two young children

Thank you reception lady - night desk! :) The animation team (Kind Esther & Funny Feraz) were so brilliant, bravo!! Aqua aerobics in the morning, some water polo and kids disco in the “night club” area - perfect! The weekend party was very special for the day and night

We made friends with other UK/Turkish families. We ate and drank well all week. Location: We went to Land of Legends theme park and there was lots to do - water slides and rollercoasters! (Children age only up to 11yrs)

They have free evening shows that were very pretty. The private transfer was easy and only approx. Maya World we highly recommend for a family with children - snooker, ping pong, table football, x4 fun slides

I spent pleaser times with my family here. Rooms were clean and staffs were polite and friendly. Foods were delicious. Roofed pool was small but Turkish bath was pleasant.

Room: the safe box and air con worked well. Good space for 2 adults with mini fridge and outdoor swimsuit drying space. We used our own portable speaker to play downloads of music / podcasts

Service: absolutely 5 stars - all restaurant/bar staff were very helpful and friendly. It didn’t matter about language barriers too much
