Lovely week spent at Sherwood dreams resort. On the whole it was a great experience, very clean and great amenities. Food was great lots of diff options something for everyone. Water was readily available around the resort. The snack bars and drinks were easily accessible and great. If you missed lunch the snack bars had sufficient food to eat.

Some things the hotel can do to improve:
- reception staff were helpful and always friendly. But staff in the restaurant could be rude and hardly ever made eye contact
- room was cleaned regularly but dependent on cleaner it wasn’t always cleaned to same standard and towels weren’t always replenished. There was four of us in the room and at times we would have 1/2 big towels left and no foot towel. Beds were to be changed if you put a sign on a bed, we had 3 beds an one sign n cleaner only changed the bed with sign on it 😄
- me n my daughter got stuck on one of the slides in the bend and no one came to help us or even check why it took so long to get out
- the Turkish alacarte was lovely but didnt have no beef liver which two of us were really looking forward to having

Evening Entertainment was top notch! The performers did an amazing job.

The bus stop to go into belek city centre was a 5min walk away and was easy enough to get to and find. Land of legends was easy enough to get to on the bus too and only €3 for two people, took around 20/25mins to get there.

Good value for money. Clean spacious rooms and amazing customer service. Staff very friendly and reacts to all requests quickly

Overall, a very enjoyable stay. Lots of positives but a few niggles as well. The hotel is quite large so it did take us a little while to find our way around. There is very little signage in the hotel grounds, and no map of the hotel either. They do leave you to your own devices in terms of finding your way around and learning where things that are advertised actually are. There are also various things in the hotel tucked away that aren't advertised at all. For example, I only knew about the patisserie and coffee shop from reading about it in a previous review! The activities on the activities board don't state the location of things either. I spent our first full day wandering around trying to find toilets etc. We also got completely lost inside the hotel as well. Again, very little signage. Food on the whole was good although we did find most of the time it was cold. We are here at the tail end of the season so you can tell the staff are a bit fed up. I spoke to the guy on skates about it as a few times he barely raised a smile even when I tried to catch his attention and smile. There is an older Turkish woman who was extremely rude when I was trying to get served at Wave Bar. Skater guy explained that its the end of the season, but I don't feel its a reason to be rude to a customer. There is no waiter service at all around the pool. Considering this has been mentioned a few times in previous reviews they have obviously stopped it. The room was spacious and cleaned well each day. I was sharing a twin room with a friend so we did find the open plan style of the bathroom a bit of a challenge retaining our privacy getting changed etc but it was manageable. The free mini bar was appreciated. The location of the hotel is right on the beach but except for a few shops selling designer dupe shoes and handbags, there is very little within walking distance. I was surprised how out of the way the hotel is from Belek/Lara. So if you book a trip in Belek, just bear in mind you will be the last to be dropped back off. I thanked my lucky stars I had the sense to book a private transfer from the airport. All in all, I would recommend.

Well where to start, horrendous reviews didn't want to go but fingers crossed. Hotel check in smooth room upgrade, cleaned daily and of a high standard. Food, buffet as you'd expect but something there for everyone, wave restaurant pizza and takeaway brilliant loads of choice. Drinks we used the wave bar mostly, excellent did get the odd order wrong through language translation, well you are in another country. Service first class in all restaurants including al a carte, also around the pool from Youseff on the blades. Finally the entertainment lead by Chabby this is the cherry on the cake, made our and many others holiday sooo special. There's been a lot of criticism recently but I can only comment on what we saw what we felt and it's nothing but praise. Thanks everyone ❤️

Over all decent family hotel, good food and drinks lots of options and pretty much 24hr so couldn’t complain about that. Entertainment started quite late and wasn’t the best but was ok couple of good shows. Room was cleaned and stocked up every day, fridge full of water, soft drink and beer Staff are very polite, friendly and helpful. One thing I wasn’t to happy about was that’s we booked a week we got to the hotel early hours Thursday morning but chucked us out 12noon on the Wednesday when our flight wasn’t until 11pm couldn’t really enjoy our last day we spent hours just sitting in reception as we were wash and dressed to travel, so could really used the facilities. But apart from that it’s was a pretty good family holiday.

Really beautiful resort, lovely professional and friendly staff, lots of food choice, clean hotel & rooms, we had such a pleasant experience. Would definitely recommend and would 100% go again! Thank you for a wonderful stay.

We are staying at Sherwood Dreams and we are really enjoying our stay. The food is delicious, and the restaurants are open 24 hours. Everything is clean and fresh.

We have a family room (they upgraded us at no extra charge) – very comfortable and nice. The staff is truly one of a kind!

The pools are great and kid-friendly, with lots of activities. We’ve stayed at many other hotels in Turkey and abroad, but this one has the friendliest and funniest staff. Most importantly, they are always ready to help whenever you need them.

It’s an awesome place – we love it here and hope to come back soon! 🌟

Service excellent! The staff here are fabulous hard working and always polite. This must be down to management and I’ve never experienced it before. Thanks for a lovely clean room we stay in the third floor and was such a fabulous clean room everyday. Food great they take great care not to waste so it’s table service in snack bar I really like that. Beach awesome always find space on there. Kids pool very fun. Oh and they even have a coffee shop we went every day for a flat white and cake ! Delicious

My stay at **Sherwood Dream Resort** was absolutely fantastic! From the moment we arrived, the staff was incredibly welcoming and professional. The check-in process was smooth, and we were even offered a refreshing drink – a lovely touch!

Our room was **spacious, clean, and beautifully decorated**, with a stunning view of the pool and gardens. The housekeeping team did an excellent job keeping everything spotless every day.

The **food was delicious**, with a great variety at the breakfast buffet. We also enjoyed the à la carte restaurant – the seafood was amazing! The bars served tasty cocktails, and the poolside service was quick and friendly.

The **beach was pristine**, with comfortable sunbeds and clear turquoise water. The animation team kept us entertained with fun activities, and the evening shows were enjoyable.

What really stood out was the **exceptional service** – every staff member went above and beyond to make our stay special. We’ll definitely be coming back !!!
