Overall, the hotel made a good impression – clean, well-maintained, and nicely kept grounds. Our room (Family Room) was spacious and tidy, with comfortable beds – two single beds on one side and a double bed on the other. The bathroom was fine and everything worked as it should.

The food was very good at the beginning, but after a few days it started to feel repetitive. There were only two themed dinners, so the menu got a bit monotonous. Towards the end of the stay, some dishes were served only warm instead of hot. Still, the food quality overall was good.

The minibar was restocked every two or three days with two small bottles of sparkling water, cola, and Fanta in cans – all included in the price, which was a nice touch.

Unfortunately, one incident ruined the overall experience. I reported a broken handle in the bathroom, and maintenance came to fix it. Shortly after that, I noticed that £40 was missing from my wallet (out of £200), and probably some Turkish lira as well. I know valuables should be kept in the safe, but you don’t always put everything in there.

I reported this to the reception, and at first everyone seemed concerned – they took notes and asked for details. But after that, nobody followed up. No apology, no explanation, no update on what they did with the information. Total silence from the hotel, which is quite disappointing for a five-star place.

As for the activities and entertainment, it was rather poor. Mostly darts, shooting, water aerobics, and pedal boats – the same kind of stuff every day. When there were a lot of guests, it became pointless – for example, 15–20 people would show up for shooting, and you could shoot once and then wait an hour for another turn. The same with darts. The only decent activities were the ones where everyone could join at once.

In summary – the hotel itself is very nice, clean, with good food and comfortable rooms. But the way the management handled the reported theft was completely unacceptable for a five-star hotel.

Stayed here for a week April 26. Location is a bit out of the way you have a few shops around, Hotel is very dated and we’ve had building works going on every side from morning to night ( with diggers, cement lorry’s, angel grinders ). The food well I haven’t got anything positive to say about it 🤮🤮 very repetitive and cold. Had to have a word with the guest relations as it seemed that the English were being left out in the restaurant if you wanted drinks.

Such a great hotel! ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ The area is very clean rooms clean and very comfortable the cleaners all amazing , and the staff are awesome very kind very friendly very helpful , providing perfect customer service—especially Rumya. Food was delicious and lots of choices 🥰 in restaurant for kids they have separate meals and chairs and bar was soo cool 👌 Kids club very active very friendly and kind super nice to kids , has lots of activities like baking and cooking for kids and night kids club for dance and singing 🎶 💖The sports activities were excellent, including morning yoga, pool exercises, and afternoon aerobics with the perfectionist Yasemin.love that 💖 private sandy beach very clean with bars It was a truly great experience and created wonderful memories. will back again thanks a lot ♥️

We had a lovely time at this hotel, the hotel is very clean, staff are very friendly and helpful. The entertainment team are fabulous, they really made our stay a lot of fun. The pools and slides were great. Food was lovely, different options each day and something for everyone. The only downside was there was a lot of construction work going on at nearby hotels which is obviously not the hotels fault, my mum found it quite noisy near her room but she explained at reception and they were happy to move her to another room which was a lot quieter and she was much happier. I would highly recommend.

We stayed at Crystal Family Resort in Belek for 10 days and overall it was a disappointing experience. There are some positives — the staff are genuinely very friendly and helpful, and the food has a good variety, although the quality is average. However, the hotel feels dated and there is ongoing maintenance work, including drilling noise during the day. Noise insulation is extremely poor — you can clearly hear conversations, TV, and even toilets being flushed from neighbouring rooms. Sleep was a major issue due to the noise, uncomfortable beds, and very firm pillows. Our first room and the corridor had a strong smoke smell (from something being burned outside daily), so we couldn’t use the balcony or open windows. We changed rooms, which helped slightly, but the second room still had issues such as a leaking toilet and broken light. Facilities are below expectations: • Kids club is very limited • Activities and schedules do not match what is advertised • Water slides are turned off for hours each day • Entertainment is very basic The cinema room was particularly poor — it smelled unpleasant, cables were visibly hanging from the walls, and the environment felt unsupervised, with children left on phones and using inappropriate language. The beach was also disappointing — not well maintained, with rubbish present, and both our children got minor injuries there. The surrounding area also felt unfinished, with neighbouring hotels closed or under construction, and the pier shown in photos is not usable. Overall, while some people may enjoy this hotel, it did not match the standard we expected and does not reflect the impression given in the photos.

Stayed for a week at this hotel. The accommodation was great and cleaned every day. The animation team and entertainment were spectacular and they wee all so friendly, remembered us all and always got the whole crowd involved. A great place for families to stay would recommend highly 👌 👍

We stayed here as a family with my elderly parents and 8-year-old son and had a lovely time overall. The location is great, and there’s an amazing variety of food and drinks. Cleaning was excellent, except the beach, which could have been better maintained. We had a few room issues (fridge, air con, TV, toilet) that were quickly resolved. Some staff spoke limited English, but someone was always available to help. The hotel lacks a few services like currency exchange and international calls. Good value for money, though it feels more like a 4-star than a 5-star hotel.
