We stayed here as a family with my elderly parents and 8-year-old son and had a lovely time overall. The location is great, and there’s an amazing variety of food and drinks. Cleaning was excellent, except the beach, which could have been better maintained. We had a few room issues (fridge, air con, TV, toilet) that were quickly resolved. Some staff spoke limited English, but someone was always available to help. The hotel lacks a few services like currency exchange and international calls. Good value for money, though it feels more like a 4-star than a 5-star hotel.

Good hotel You like the hotel is beautiful. We like the dinner breakfast and we love the animation team because animation team all have the game or we like tonight because not every night have night show or dance or party. Thank you for you or person.

Nice place for family holidays. Beach so close and the pool area it’s also close. Bars are open 24h and you can not wait. Food is also super and fresh. Staff are frendly and help If you need something, just the cleaning staff are not good. Sometimes they forget to clean the room…

We have come for 10 days , we are really enjoying ourselves and the staff are amazing , they can’t do enough for you ! I would def rate it 5 star, cocktails are amazing and intertainment is awesome ! I’ll be doing the karaoke tonight with isa! Really can’t say anything negative as everything in the hotel is great and beach is 200 metres beside the hotel, only one little thing is that the hotel is out of the way but that’s it !

Crystal Family Resort – Not What We Expected, But Tours Were Fantastic!

We spent our holiday this year at Crystal Family Resort & Spa. The hotel’s location and facilities for children were nice. The indoor pool was sufficient, and the animation team did their best. However, the hotel as a whole didn’t quite meet our expectations.

Our biggest disappointment was definitely the food. It felt like we were eating the same things every day: beef liver, chicken, chicken, fish once or twice… and then back to chicken and liver again. It was as if no other types of meat existed! There was almost no red meat, and most of the food was dry and lacked flavor. Our kids also struggled with the meals, as there wasn’t much variety or a special corner catering to their tastes. The buffet looked big but the content was poor. Desserts looked good visually but were quite tasteless. From a five-star hotel, we expected much more care and quality.

Room cleaning was okay – it was done daily – but there were occasional misses. Sometimes the minibar wasn’t restocked, towels were forgotten. The reception staff were generally helpful, but during busy hours responses were slow.

The spa area was nice, but prices were a bit high.

Now to the best part of our vacation: the tours!
Instead of staying inside the hotel all day, going out was the best decision we made. As we had done before, we booked two tours from Sputnikturkey.com, and both were excellent:
1. Super Combo Tour – rafting, zipline, buggy… All in one and full of adrenaline! Even though the weather was cold, it was still super fun.
2. Green Canyon Tour – A calm and peaceful boat trip in nature. The scenery was absolutely breathtaking.
Both tours were very well organized, and the price was much more reasonable compared to what the hotel’s in-house tour desk offered. We had a great time and the tours helped us forget the hotel’s shortcomings.
In summary: Crystal Family was just “so-so” for us. We really didn’t enjoy the food — the constant liver and chicken dishes became annoying. But thanks to the amazing tours we booked outside, our holiday turned out great in the end. We wouldn’t return to this hotel, but for tours, our go-to will always be SputnikTurKey.com!

The animation team is excellent. Having a great time here. Facilities are very good. Food is amazing. They make you feel very welcome. We have been here for 10 days and will definitely be back again. Thanks for the great holiday and a safe introduction to Turkey
