The pools were nice, not too crowded the sun loungers were very crowded hard to find seat sometimes, but the pool wasn't crowded. Pools were freezing cold, but after like 30 mins u get used to it

need to hire more employees with better english and need to heat all the pools and open all the slides but offers free shuttle to the beach every half an hour

Food is well varied and made for those with families, even offering a toastie service at 11. Ala Carte dining is a must, but be sure to starve yourselves beforehand. Staff were great and rooms cleaned daily

Special thanks to the young guy who welcomed us and took us to our rooms. Also the teams on the beach and pier bar! The resort has many pools where we could choose some nice and quiet and others busier

Kind helpful staff who are attentive. It is noisy at night with cleaning staff. We asked for an extra bed which was provided quickly. Advertised as having an indoor heated pool but there wasn't one

We came for a week as a couple and have enjoyed every single moment of our stay. This place is vast ,with so much to explore. The staff are very polite and eager to help. I am sure we will come back again

The catering for gluten free isn't great. Only some items labelled and staff not helpful with this. The air con in the room isn't great. We were told when we arrived we can change rooms if needed

Antisanitizers are everywhere. The water in the sea is warm, after lunch, however, the waves are almost always small, and before lunch - calm. The nights are already cool, but during the day it is a real scorcher

Another member of the staff I’d like to mention is Melike as she served us several times at the pool and she was very kind and knew our additional requests (for example the extra ice) and was well prepared after the first time so we do not need to ask for these things as she provided them for us when she was in charge

Although the check-in time was at 14:00, the receptionists were very helpful and allowed us to check in much earlier since we had a small child. The food was tasty, the beach was big, and the hamburgers were delicious

We stayed on the Elite side of the hotel and sunbeds were very easy to get around the pool, no waking up ridiculously early which is always a bonus! We have been to Turkey many times and this is definitely one of the best hotels we have stayed in! Staff could not be more helpful, all so friendly and attentive! Special mention to the Tropic Bistro staff who even remembered our drinks orders each day Food was great, again especially at the Tropic Bistro where we had lunch everyday and never had a bad meal! We were picked up in a lovely taxi which then took us to our villa. The villa itself was very nice with access to a pool, and we were immediately greeted with flowers

Our stay at Rixos belek was nothing less than excellent! The whole experience started as soon as we landed with the premium transfer from thw airport, got to the villa and our concierge was waiting there for us with flowers and champagne

Dome restaurant is serving you outside the hotel in the backside near swimming pools. There is a night club also at the backside but it is small and was nearly empty when I entered

The activities and shows were limited and may be due to end of tourism season? Also I stayed for four days in the hotel and it was raining in two days of them

A wonderful hotel with a stunning sea view. The food is delicious and always fresh, and the seafood is simply delicious. There's a huge selection of desserts and ice cream. The waiters are polite and attentive

One in particular that made every guests experience more fun is the manager Rida. This gentleman went out of his way to interact with us, and every other guest. Can’t say enough about how welcoming he is

The hotel is generally nice, but the general areas could be cleaner. Foreign employees are more attentive and especially more cheerful than Turkish employees.

Room 3320 We’re normally a Rixo family but OMG… this all inclusive goes above and beyond, from toiletries to beach bags in your room, the hotel and it’s fantastic staff are AAAAAAAA+++++++ everything about it, we’ve done child free this time and feel bad they’ve miss out…

Had a holiday with my dad as he'd stayed here many times before, it was my first time and it was AMAZING! Absolutely immense. Food was amazing, bars were amazing, staff service was incredible

So, this wonderful practice has been discontinued for the winter season. And all the areas were shared, with no separation. We were hoping to at least relax on the beach without the kids' frantic screams

I strongly recommend the hotel go through all the towels (white ones) – most of them are already gray and have become thin from wear and tear, and even frayed in places. The same goes for the beach towels

As always, the hotel has a lot of children. The beach has two areas (on the grass) with umbrellas and sun loungers. The larger one is for common guests, the smaller one is for adults only

The evening entertainment program was significantly "shortened" (apparently due to the low season, even though the hotel was full)

We really loved our experience staying in a villa here! The most relaxing holiday we have ever had! So many positives: great service, helpful staff, gorgeous premium fresh food everywhere (we didn’t however use the main buffet restaurant except occasionally for our kids), beautiful villa with a large private warm pool and private garden area, private beach pavilion, excellent butler service both...

One downside was that the pool in the Jasmine area wasn't heated. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s zoo and how well the animals were cared for. It was clear they are looked after with attention and respect

The beach cleaning could be better but generally the beach is great. A cracked tile in the garden area should be fixed for safety (I did not report this while staying though)

We stayed at the main building (where the lobby bar placed) and all amenities were working perfectly. The beach is very wide with many seats. The towel has a card system allows you to exchange card with towel
