She is very accommodating whatever level you are at. If you're a golfer the faldo courses are in great condition and a challenge, also all inclusive at the golf club, so know need to rush back to the hotel

Top brand drinks, whatever you drink you can have at this hotel. Mira the young lady in the gym is very good & helpful, would definitely recommend a keep fit class with her

There was dirty swimming pool and mold in jakuzzi, disgusting. Pool loungers was so dirty that it was scary to lie on them. Drinking glasses should be replaced

Yes, hotel needs restoration in some places, but the general atmosphere, personnel, food and drinks were good. We had a swim up suite which was the best decision as you have full privacy, sauna and jacuzzi in your room

What we were missing were bath tools, slippers and sewing kit, which are normally in standard equipment in hotels with 5*. In bathroom there were no hanger for towels. Food was really good, fresh and delicious

They brought so much energy, warmth, and genuine care, which really made a difference during the quieter season. The air gun and archery activities are an absolute must for guests — great fun and very well organised

Didi and Jamal made these activities engaging and enjoyable, and their friendly approach made everyone feel welcome. We did have a small issue with uncomfortable pillows, as I sleep better on thinner pillows

Didi was fantastic at archery and air gun activities. He was professional, encouraging, and made the sessions fun for all ages, even for beginners. Jamal deserves huge praise as well

Overall, Limak Arcadia is a brilliant resort with a great team who genuinely care about their guests. We would definitely recommend it to families and would love to return again

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

The food and beverage quality is very good. Beer and cola are served in bottles. The quality of the drinks in the bars is very good, the bartenders fulfill your request when you want a special cocktail

Location is amazing, nestled in the hills with a view of the mountains to wake up to everyday. Atmosphere is very calm, chill vibes even though the hotel can get very busy

Ignore all the negative reviews on this hotel, it defo doesn't deserve a rating of 1 or 2. Yes it's basic and outside of town but it wasn't advertised as city centre or bouncing at night

We booked this hotel but we were ready for dissatisfaction because of negative reviews, but having stayed here we don't know what else people want from their holiday. we were rather pleasantly surprised

The hotel is clean every where. Arrived late but still offered the dinner and a room upgrade from a standard family room to 2 bedroom villa. The rooms are clean as cleaned every day

Generally all of the staff is helpful and hardworking. The food is good with many choices. You get free drinks and snacks at 4 pools(3 outdoor and 1 indoors). Kids didn't want to come out especially the one with slides

There is a local bus service which takes you to Belek town centre for 50 lira (approx £1) every 20 mins or so. Loads to do there, lots of shops and restaurants to chose from

Cozy affordable hotel Cozy and friendly hotel. But the location is a bit far from the center

I really liked the hotel, especially the location. The furniture is of course old, but it is located in the very center. There is a parking lot nearby.

I am happy I have chosen this hotel. The stuff is very nice and ready to help 24/7. You even get some fruits and served by the pool. Very nice transport connection to Antaltya 30 min and you are there

But you do the chance to have a better not so crouded beach

See the room before you get in. There was a way better room for the same price. I've seen big bottom tube TV, no space. We were so tired but it's a lesson. You can ask and receive.

It was absolutely fantastic! Best hotel I’ve stayed in in Turkey by a mile. There’s two pools that are suitable for children not to need armbands, one with slides and one without and they’re both heated

Great for families but the beautifully maintained grounds and adult pool make it a holiday venue for any age. The children’s pools and play area were sited together making that a very happy family area

The main pool is heated, the adult only pool isn’t heated but really quiet. There’s another large pool for all ages, not heated. There’s another indoor pool and baby pool

Lovely restaurant waiting staff and thanks to Ismael for his sunny smile and attention as well as the many young staff in the restaurant who were very attentive

Food was plentiful with a variety of choices and much freshly cooked on offer

Full marks for cleanliness throughout and to the ground staff for constant cleaning and maintenance. The indoor pool was lovely on the one rainy day and a pleasant place to spend a relaxing morning

It's impossible to enter the bathroom; it smells terribly because of the shower stalls. Otherwise, everything seems fine.

The interior of the buildings is not bad, but the common areas are quite neglected.
