We really enjoyed the Sofa restaurant near the beach, and it was perhaps the most memorable moment of our first few days of vacation. (April 6, 2021 - April 13, 2021) 1. Very fast and unobtrusive service. 2. Very fresh food: salads, meat, and doner kebab with yogurt deserve special mention. 3. The hotel staff were incredibly welcoming to both adults and children. 4. The sea air and breeze. 5. Please contact Khabib and Sali, the manager. Have a great vacation!

We spent 12 days at this super hotel. The food was delicious, the service excellent. It was sparsely populated due to the pandemic, but for us it was even better. We were given a bonus card, and we'll definitely be back. The reception was great, everything was quick, and they were always willing to help with anything!

Location is amazing, nestled in the hills with a view of the mountains to wake up to everyday. Atmosphere is very calm, chill vibes even though the hotel can get very busy. There is always calm music playing and there is plenty space to lounge or enjoy a drink. The room was also fantastic, very spacious and cleaned to a wonderful standard every morning, enough space for my two young children. Good value for money overall. I would like to mention a few individuals specifically, for exceptional service - please reward them accordingly. Mr Khalil - exceptional service and attention to detail in the 24/7 Anatolian Restaurant. My kids loved him. Mr Ashraf - exceptional service and catering to needs in the Hayat buffet, made sure we had everything we needed. Mr Tugay - from La Sante and La Perla A La Carte, again, brilliant and funny, very good knowledge about the food available and suggestions. Mr Tayfun - customer service manager, checked in on us everyday and ensured the À la Cartes opened for us earlier, took feedback at every opportunity and made changes where asked. Thank you to all staff and especially the ones mentioned above.

Amazing wellness resort surrounded by lush greenery. A short 30–50 minute drive from the airport. The perfect off-season getaway - many water attractions were closed, less people, which actually made the atmosphere quieter and even more relaxing. Seaside and beach is divine. Sunbeds with soft mattress. Resort has plenty to do from morning until night. They even have a cinema and a disco club (and you can’t hear the music from outside the club, which I appreciated). Perfect getaway as it was off season most of water attractions were closed which made the resort so much more quieter. You have plenty to do there from morning till night. They even have a cinema. Disco club- loud music is not heard outside the club. Many restaurants, bars and cafe to choose and if you like you can eat 24/7. In the lobby, a pianist or harpist played almost every evening- absolutely loved this touch. Lobby/beach bar staff was very attentive and polite. They have several gyms, a great fitness program, and around 7 classes daily to choose from. A big thank-you to Coach Barış. I stayed in both the seaview main building and the garden-view spa building. - Seaview room: Stunning vistas, but it can be a bit noisy. - Garden/Spa building: Very quiet, overlooking beautiful greenery. In the evenings you hear waves, and in the mornings the birds - such a peaceful atmosphere. Rooms are spacious with plenty of cupboard space and hangers, even a steam iron! High-quality beds and bedding, a pillow menu, great slippers, and good toiletries. Towels could be softer. You can have seasonal fruits in the room- nice touch. PS. If you can stay in the villas- absolutely stunning and private. Resort & Spa: The resort is visually stunning and overall cleanliness very good. The spa includes 3 saunas, a hammam, a pool, and relaxation areas, plus a fresh juice bar. Extra are the treatments: 80-270€ What I also loved was the personal assistant service to help with all inquiries. You truly feel welcomed and well taken care of. A special thank-you to Mehtap, one of my assistants — very professional and warm. -------- Suggestions to management: - Provide bikes for guest use - Offer a shuttle to nearby town(s) - Allow guest to choose AC mode. Now as off season it was put heat as central system. but some rooms were very hot and would have wanted to use cool. - Improve soundproofing of room doors In overall THANK YOU SO MUCH and wishing you continued success and many happy guests ahead and naturally service-minded team. We came on holiday here at the Ela excellence and were greeted by the Guest relation Assistant Mustafa. He was the most attentive, kind, understanding and polite person. He made our stay that extra bit special as he helped every time without question. I very much appreciate everything Mustafa has done to make our stay easier and better.

Absolutely loved my Vibe holiday - my first ever experience in Turkey and my first Vibe holiday with magical people and friends! To watch everyone let their hair down, have fun and enjoy it and be free!! …. I love how we ended up having members of the public we had never met from all over the World join in of all ages and abilities it was amazingj! The staff - oh just wow! Even got them onboard even on roller blades! As I always say get amongst it guys! White night was my favourite event, and our last Vibe Dance Aerobics - a holiday I’ll NEVER forget and people I’ll never forget old and new - wow! The reset button in life was truly pressed! And of course they alllllll loved my tambourine, my magical crown and my colourful ribbons - which I believe the little ones loved awww yesssss!

We have spent an amazing one week at Ela Excellence Resort in Belek. The resort is fascinating, in terms of its natural setting: we admired the flora every day. We booked a room in one of the Lake Houses, which was a great choice, facing the SwimUp rooms and the U shaped pools where spent hours without meeting any other guests (I guess this could be different in July or August). We were really lucky with the weather, it was sunny all week thru in late September. Food & Beverage was great, overall, including the dinners and breakfasts at Hayat, and the cocktails at the bars. We tried some of the a la carte restaurants, loved the Mexican La Salsa, and enjoyed the show at the Teppanyaki. Guests receive assistants at Ela, right upon arrival, ours was Mehtap, who really looked after us, and cared for our needs, and when she learned we are from Hungary, she was quick to introduce her collegue Eszter to us, the one and only Hungarian staff member at Ela, who was also there for us. I think the staff and the service they provide really is an added value at Ela. We also loved the gags, such as walking along the Kneipp-path, feeding the Koi fish, attending the OctoberFest. Also, some of the night shows were remarkable.

Perfect resort! The best staff ever, nice, polite and helpful. The rooms are big and clean, food is very good and tasty, in special a la carte restaurant (most of them are free). The kids club was perfect for our 4 years old daughter, she wanted to stay there for the activities and the shows.
