worst hotel ive stayed at staff where fine room was big only good thing about hotel entertainment is non existent nothing at all Food was worst I've ever had jus same thing every lunch and dinner no variety and so bad ended uo eating out pools very cold avoid at all costs

We arrived at this hotel expecting a good holiday from the reviews. However not the case, firstly we paid for a room with balcony but got put in a box room with a metal grate over the patio door no where to stand or even use this. Spoke to the reception and within 24 hours we had been moved to a proper room with balcony. This hotel advertises EVERY room has a balcony it does not a metal grate over the door is not a balcony. They offer satellite tv this again is not true the only chanel that is English is the news. They say on there website there is a mini bar in the room again nope does not exist. As for entertainment this also does not exist the guys walks round the pool says hello and then you don't see him again unless there is food around. Also advised on the website is a minimart again does not exist you have got about a 10 min walk to the left of the hotel. Great little shop. Most of the staff were great very approachable and chatty however there is the odd few that should never work in this industry ever, they are rude, snap their fingers at you and even shout at some people. I have never witnessed anything like it on holiday before, this one staff member thinking he owned the place and that he was funding your stay he made it very uncomfortable to even ask for a drink never mind not even knowing what he had behind the bar telling people we don't do that drink but the menu on the bar clearly states they do. Also his attitude round the dining area did not make the atmosphere while eating very nice at all. Now the worst bit the food, I understand that all inclusive can be repetitive but having burger style patties (just in different shapes) for lunch, tea for 5 days in a row is ridiculous, Breakfast was a joke very limited especially if you don't want to get up early (your on holiday). As for the cleaners when asked to do the room they did a half job no loo roll no water no clean towels, no cups for the coffee they advertised. When leaving the do not disturb sign up you get notes put under the door telling you to take the do not disturb sign off. When you don't want cleaners in your room they go in anyway and not even do the things they are supposed to. To be honest what they advertised on the hotel website take with a pinch of salt as most of it is untrue and false advertising. As for your travel advisor all he wants to do is sell trips not interested in anything else at all, no help no support and they will almost certainly overcharge you for this aswell, go down the road to the left of the hotel same trips at half the cost. Book at your own risk. However the one thing they do not advertise that was great was the free shuttle to Land of Legends. That for us was the best part of the holiday.

We stayed at this hotel for 7 nights, and we were mislead massively by the images and reviews on this app. The food at the hotel is repeated both lunch/night time they have the bare minimum and do not cater for everyone, they reheat the food lunch time and evening time which is ridiculous. This hotel does not offer no drinks, snacks like other hotels do or any day time / evening entertainment so definitely not worth it for kids. The cleaners DO NOT clean your room unless you ask them to, they cleaned our room once the whole time we were there and that was by force asking them to top our toilet roll and towels. The restaurant area is full of cats which is very unhygienic when you are eating and they are jumping on the table whilst you are eating. Eshan at reception is extremely rude and does not help you at all, numerous times we have asked for help and his response is “ I do not know “. I would not even give this hotel a 1 star it is the worst money I have spent and I will definitely be complaining to the company we booked with. The rooms have a eggy smell to them and are very small. Avoid at all costs! This is definitely not a 4 star hotel. Avoid avoid avoid!! The worst experience I have ever had on a holiday! I will NOT be returning!

Im never one to complain..but its needed.Awful place. Food is terrible and practically the same everyday Beach ages away and doesn't cater for this hotel. Yet it does all the others.. Rep only wants to sell you trips Had to change room smelt of bad eggs. Wasted a whole day waiting Nothing to do AT ALL .they do not cater for the English here. One of the pool bars closed so had to walk to the other pool to get a drink .rep didn't tell us towels were available found out from others after 5 days infact didn't tell us much at all No entertainment at all It was our honeymoon totally ruined..they gave us a bowl of fruit..which we could get anyway Very dated not 4 star..3 at a push. We have travelled many places this is the worst.STAY AWAY FROM THIS HOTE I would add photos but not taken any as its crap
