Guests can choose from 19 room types ranging from Deluxe rooms with sea or pool views to VIP Villas and suites with pool access. We vacationed in May. It was my first time at this large, family-run hotel. I was blown away by the sea view from my room, the large bed, and the soft mattress. The grounds were beautiful, blooming, and there was a large heated pool. The landscaping was stunning. The staff was attentive and polite. The entertainment program was excellent. A huge variety of high-quality alcoholic drinks and food were available. The vacation flew by, but I was left with unforgettable memories. King Solomon's words came to mind: "There is nothing better for a man than to eat and drink and to enjoy his labor."

Excellent, very nice hotel, rooms, beach, well-maintained grounds, decent pools, a heated pool, and a decent indoor pool too. The food is excellent (April 22nd), I'd even say no worse than in high-end hotels like Maxx. The downside is that the hotels are all "out of the way," so to explore the town, you have to go to Belek. It's still inexpensive, though—5 euros one way, about 6-7 minutes.

The hotel is very large, and overall, the service was good!
Although we had communicated our special requests in advance, upon arrival, we were given a room with a crib, which we did not ask for. It became clear that our requests had been ignored, and we were assigned a random room. The room was also poorly cleaned, with a terribly dirty carpet. We were initially disappointed, but the hotel quickly moved us to a better room, which was excellent customer service, and made us very happy. Thank You!
The rooms have been renovated, but not with the highest quality. The hotel's exterior looks old and tired in some parts. The food in the main restaurant was good, with a wide variety, and the service was fast and friendly. However, the hotel was overcrowded in August, making it difficult to find a free table in the restaurant. When a table became available, it was cleaned very quickly. The cocktails in the lobby bar and the large outdoor bar were good, but the ones in other bars were not as great. The hotel's pool and outdoor area are amazing, large, and surrounded by greenery! Really beautiful!
The beach was sandy, and the sea water was wonderfully warm.
If you are looking for a large hotel, this is a good choice, but next time, we will opt for a smaller and quieter place.

We had a great stay at Susesi Luxury Resort. The food was simply outstanding with a wide variety to choose from, and the service was top-notch. The beach and pier were lovely, though the sea was a bit shallow and cloudy, which might actually be a positive for some guests. One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed. Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

Susesi is a great hotel. The food and beverage quality is very good. Beer and cola are served in bottles. The quality of the drinks in the bars is very good, the bartenders fulfill your request when you want a special cocktail. The snack restaurants are very good, the employees are smiling and do their job well. Pool’s are sufficient there is enough sunshade’s and lounge chair’s.Beach and pier is beautiful.
We were very pleased. We will visit again.

Amazing experience… honestly, everything from the food, activities, cleanliness, kids club, to the hospitality and kind, amazing staff was perfect. The hotel was super clean, with different shows every night for both kids and adults. We were a group of 9—6 adults and 3 kids—and we were all happy and satisfied. I want to give a special thanks to the entire Susesi family for making our vacation an unforgettable one!"

The hotel was great, with a fantastic atmosphere and staff. The food was very diverse and the drinks were excellent. The desserts and sweets were extraordinary.
The pool is clean and the beach is very nice, the evening entertainment programs were good and especially entertaining for kids.
Unfortunately, our return flight had a significant delay and during that time we were in the hotel lobby where we utilized the hotel facilities. The staff's attitude and cooperation were excellent, and they deserve a lot of gratitude.
The only weakness of the hotel was the lack of dance and nighttime entertainment programs by the beach, as well as delays in cleaning the rooms.
Another negative point was that the residents of the hotel would occupy the poolside chairs by placing towels or other items on them and then not being present themselves, making it very difficult for us to find a poolside chair.

As a final note, don't forget that if the balcony is not completely closed, the air conditioner won't work.

My family and I travel to Belek often given the great value and offering this destination offers. I have 2 young children, spouse and mother. We booked 2 rooms in early July 2024 for a week.
The rooms are very good, and the resort is very clean. I was not used to this level of busyness, and the resort was heaving.. Breakfast between the hours of 8 and 10 was so busy and stressful that I simply stopped going after he second day - not pleasant. Getting a lounger by the pool proved a challenge each day, and many of the guests proved rather obtuse in their strategy of 'claiming' these before breakfast - not a nice experience. The food was 'good' (nothing spectacular), and the drinks service a bit slow overall (not their fault, like I said the venue was very, very busy). The highlight of our trip was the lovely attentive service of Guest Relations, Alayna in particular who was excellent. She put right a few 'teething' issues during our stay to make it extra special and to enable us to get the most out of the offering. Overall, great value, but too busy for me. I 'may' come back off season, but during high season its too busy for me. Thank you Guest Relations! :)

We had a lovely holiday - the first time we have done an all inclusive. We ordered a private taxi from the airport which was essential otherwise the transfer time would have been 2 hours! The staff, food offering in the main restaurant was good. Service was excellent, especially around the pools and outdoor snack bars. The a la carte restaurants were head and shoulders above the food offering in the main restaurant and not expensive. Particularly the Mexican and Steak restaurants. The only disadvantage we felt was that as a large group (family of 6) getting a table in the main restaurant was tricky (no reservations allowed) and often we had to wait for a table to be prepared for us. We stayed in early July and bagging 6 Sun loungers became very tricky as the hotel became busier. Pools lovely and beach also lovely. Daily yoga, Pilates, water polo, boules, table tennis and football amongst a host of other activities kept us busy all day.

This hotel offers you everything that you want.
Excellent accommodation, export and local food and drink of the best quality, extraordinary services, beautiful pools, clean beach with fine sand and slow entry into the sea. Everything is easy to access, and when you think it is not, someone from the service staff immediately helps you.
I spent 7 wonderful days at this resort and it was one of the best places I stayed.
Special thanks to Hasan from Guest Relations, who helped us with all the information we asked for, plus the ones we didn't even think of. He is a true professional employee.
I would come back here anytime, with the greatest pleasure.
