The weather was surprisingly pleasant for this time of year. During the day, the sun was warm enough to comfortably lie in swimwear, while in the mornings and afternoons a light sweatshirt was useful.
The hotel itself is very charming, beautifully located in a lush garden surrounded by greenery. Even though we visited during the off-season, nothing was missing and all facilities were well maintained. The entire staff was extremely kind, helpful, and always smiling.
The food was very tasty and varied, with plenty of options available every day. The rooms were cleaned thoroughly on a daily basis, which we really appreciated. There was also a wide selection of attractions and animations for guests of all ages.
The mini club deserves special mention — it is fantastic, very well maintained, and offers many activities for children. The mini club team is incredibly engaged, caring, and energetic, making it a perfect place for the youngest guests.
One small downside during the winter period is that it would be nice if at least one of the outdoor pools were heated. Other than that, everything was excellent.
An additional lovely touch is that the hotel is very pet-friendly. There are many cats around the property who truly add to the atmosphere — they are friendly, love being petted, and made our stay even more enjoyable.
We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel and would happily return in the future.
A special mention goes to the animation and activity team, who truly made our holiday memorable. Bahar was absolutely amazing with the children at the kids club and during the mini disco — always kind, patient, and full of energy. Our kids looked forward to seeing her every day.
Didi was fantastic at archery and air gun activities. He was professional, encouraging, and made the sessions fun for all ages, even for beginners.
Jamal deserves huge praise as well. He is an incredible people person, always smiling and engaging, and especially wonderful with the kids. He made everyone feel welcome and added so much positive energy to the resort.
Overall, Limak Arcadia is a brilliant resort with a great team who genuinely care about their guests. We would definitely recommend it to families and would love to return again.
Both of them were absolutely amazing and went above and beyond to make our stay enjoyable for me, my wife, and our little one. They brought so much energy, warmth, and genuine care, which really made a difference during the quieter season.
The air gun and archery activities are an absolute must for guests — great fun and very well organised. Didi and Jamal made these activities engaging and enjoyable, and their friendly approach made everyone feel welcome.
We did have a small issue with uncomfortable pillows, as I sleep better on thinner pillows. Didi was incredibly helpful and sorted this out straight away, which resulted in some very good night’s sleep — something that really matters when you’re away from home.
Overall, a lovely resort with fantastic staff. Didi and Jamal truly made our stay memorable, and their attentiveness and kindness should be highly praised. We would happily recommend this hotel, especially for families looking for a relaxed and friendly atmosphere.
However, we were totally blown away. The hotel complex is huge and fantastically set on a fabulous beach. There are so many facilities here we couldn't get around them all in four days even though some facilities were closed for the winter concept.
The hotel was thoroughly clean both in the rooms and the public areas. The rooms were well appointed and the service from all staff members was friendly and attentive.
We only ate in the buffet restaurant and the selection and variety of food available was exceptional as was the quality. The only downside of the restaurant was that it was very busy.
Can't rate the drinks here as we don't drink, but the bar service was very good.
There is plenty to do even if the weather prohibits the beach/outdoor pools. We were lucky with the weather and was on the beach and in the sea every day, only suffering a torrential storm one afternoon, but we would definitely return any time of year without any consideration for the weather- the hotel keeps you occupied rain or shine.
The hotel is only an easy ten minute walk from Belek centre.
