Antisanitizers are everywhere. The water in the sea is warm, after lunch, however, the waves are almost always small, and before lunch - calm. The nights are already cool, but during the day it is a real scorcher

It may be because we went at the end of season but the 1st show we saw was a Turkish dance show called glamour, who were absolutely brilliant! but the others less impressive, a magic show which seemed to consist of mostly blowing glitter around the stage and an acrobatic troupe who were an accident waiting to happen as they kept dropping each other 🙈😆 it could be absolutely great but missed the mark...

We had an unforgettable stay at Crystal Waterworld Resort & Spa! Everything was perfectly organized for our daughter’s 10th birthday — helium silver balloons with number 10, a delicious chocolate cake, fresh fruits, beautifully folded towel swans, and even a bottle of wine for the parents

50am in the strangest system I've ever known for the booking of a restaurant to be told they were actually taking bookings for 2 days after 🤷‍♂️ the only reason we wanted to use the a la carte booking was the difficulty of getting a drink with your meal in the buffet restaurant, which is another strange system

You can use the self service tea and juice facilities and the plentiful water fridges but for anything else you can't go to the bar who have these drinks, a server must go for you, but there doesn't seem to be any? haha! we didn't see one in the week we ate there every evening anyway and tried to go a little after the mad rush of around 6-7pm

Only 1 a la carte restaurant open per night of the 4, and all are closed on a Wednesday. we were told to book on the day of wanting your table, as per the restaurant and their own signs, but these rules change

The other gripe is things work very loosely on times given 😆 if a bar, restaurant or water slide says one time, expect them to be packed up at least half an hour before that time

Room - booked the kids suite room, excellent and clean no issues and worked perfectly with two young children who need space from their parents! Lovely view of the sea, was a small premium on the standard double room but definitely worth it

Perhaps because it wasn't the peak season, the lunch buffet was quite mediocre. But what they had was delicious, thank you.

Another Excellent Stay This was our sixth visit to the hotel, and as always, it was a truly pleasant experience. We were very satisfied with our Star Swim-Up Villa, which offered both comfort and privacy

What we really appreciated is how kids-friendly the hotel is – from kids-sized toilets to stairs and other facilities designed for children’s comfort. Overall, this is a fantastic resort for families

We recently stayed at Rixos Premium Belek and overall the hotel was truly beautiful. The resort itself was impressive — the architecture, landscaping, and overall atmosphere were stunning

Our stay at Rixos belek was nothing less than excellent! The whole experience started as soon as we landed with the premium transfer from thw airport, got to the villa and our concierge was waiting there for us with flowers and champagne

Very nice room sadly the pool infront of the room isnt headted so its basically unusable outside of the warmest points in summer, having the land of legends included is also very nice, the included fast track pass is also very nice

Overall, I have to say this is one of the best experiences I've had in a hotel. From the beginning right through to the very end, we were made to feel welcome and nothing was too much trouble

She is very accommodating whatever level you are at. If you're a golfer the faldo courses are in great condition and a challenge, also all inclusive at the golf club, so know need to rush back to the hotel

I have booked a vacation for my parents this past week to Kaya Palazzo resort, The facilities were very clean and organized and luncheon dinner was on site 24 seven as it described, nice view at the beach they gave my parents the best front beach view room which is most of them sits on a beach or Seaview, I would like to mention a person became highly recommended by my parents that is a manager names...

Had a holiday with my dad as he'd stayed here many times before, it was my first time and it was AMAZING! Absolutely immense. Food was amazing, bars were amazing, staff service was incredible

So, this wonderful practice has been discontinued for the winter season. And all the areas were shared, with no separation. We were hoping to at least relax on the beach without the kids' frantic screams

The room itself was great: spaciousand clean with everything we needed to relax. It made the holiday feel special to have the terrace open directly onto the pool and quiet atmosphere away from the busier areas

One downside was that the pool in the Jasmine area wasn't heated. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s zoo and how well the animals were cared for. It was clear they are looked after with attention and respect

The TV in our villa was all in Russian however and we couldn’t work out how to change it but that was a minor niggle. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We hope to come back soon!

Our family had the best vacation at Belconti! The pools are fantastic, the food was delicious with so many options, and the kids absolutely loved the mini club and evening shows. Everything was clean and well-organized

We stayed at the main building (where the lobby bar placed) and all amenities were working perfectly. The beach is very wide with many seats. The towel has a card system allows you to exchange card with towel

Myself and my wife personally do not prefer to use pool at public places but i observed there were many activities occurred at the pool side (even though it was end-September !). Overall, it is a quiet and safe place

Not far from the hotel there is an amusement park and the streets of all the shops of The Land of Legends. There are many children in the hotel. It can be noisy during the day and on the beach

There are 16+ zones, but there are not enough of them, especially on the beach

I can summarise my vacation in Calista in one word. The service, the pool, beach, sports activities, the gym facility is incredible. And the beach bag this year is a favourite! I would come back in a blink of an eye
