I had diarrhoea and vomiting for 4 days after food poisoning. Had to call a doctor from Belek hospital. Their food quality and hygiene are very poor. Do not go there!

We had an unforgettable experience at Gural Premier. The resort offers a magical escape, distinguished by impeccable attention to detail, exceptional hospitality, and genuine care. The cleanliness was flawless, both in our pristine room and well kept grounds. Meals service was really outstanding. Attentive and friendly servers made every meal special, and the food was fresh, delicious, and diverse. The extraordinary SPA was a highlight, offering tranquil treatments by skilled professionals (thank you Enrique, Gul and Mesut) in a luxurious setting. The stunning location provides easy access to natural beauty and cultural sites. Thank you, Gural Premier, for an unforgettable holiday. Your hospitality and service created lasting memories. We stayed here 17th sept for 1 week, on arrival we got upgraded and wow, what a beautiful room. It was kept very clean daily. The beds were comfy! The gardens are very beautiful. The waterpark has great slides for the kids & and adults. Very clean pools and public areas. The hotel is a holiday village concept, it really is a great hotel for kids, so much for them to do and the kids club is the best we have been to. The entertainment in the evening was very impressive and great shows on the main stage. The food was delicious. All staff made our holiday worth it. Highly recommend.

Just returned from an absolute shambles of a holiday they upgraded us to a family room let me explain went to remove sheets after 3 days and couldn't believe what we seen for a 5 star hotel mattress had bad urine stains all over reported to management matress replaced.rooms are very outdated AVOID. FOOD repetitive raw meat not cooked properly said to chef shrugged shoulders don't care like a cattle market long queue waiting on food horrendous to many managers standing about doing nothing.glass on floor reported it 35 minutes to sweep it up Pool attendant fell asleep at pool Total shambles of a hotel would we return 1000 no .

Amazing service. Very welcoming and helpful staff. A lot of fun activities available everyday. I celebrated my birthday here and it was incredible. The hotel offers celebrations for any personal events such as birthdays. Very clean pools and public spaces as well as perfect room service. All food and drinks offered throughout the whole day to keep the adults interested as well as having a kid zone and shows to keep the younger visitors engaged. The atmosphere is incredibly warm and fun with workers ready to party with you. Best holiday I’ve ever been on. Totally worth the money paid.

Really fun entertainment team and great food . The hotel is huge first of all, a lot of things to do. Amazing weather when I went and nice people.

The animators are very nice and friendly, they lead the games well and create a positive atmosphere. In the evening activities they could try a bit more to involve guests, but overall the impression is good. I especially want to thank Sara, Mevlut and Engincan. Wishing them success in their future work.

Second time at Gural Belek. 1. Once again, we enjoyed the fairly compact but green territory—olive trees, grapevines. Lovely. 2. Thank you for the cleanliness, Aizada—always on time, every day. Water, towels, coziness. 3. **Animation:** The shows have gotten weaker compared to last year. 4. **Kids' animation:** A huge thanks to Victor and Koray! They engage so well with the kids, inviting them to games and activities, and they remember the children. Super! 5. **Food:** Varied, everything fresh, consistently good kids' menu, great selection. 6. **Bars:** Thank you, great cocktails—good quality original spirits. But the local wines are really bad. For the second year in a row, I’ve been asking—is it really impossible to bring in at least some budget-friendly New World wines (Chile, South Africa)? I ended up ordering Spanish wines for an extra charge at dinner. A slightly unpleasant situation with check-in. We requested a first-floor room in advance, but the only one available was in a very inconvenient location—near the parking lot and the kitchen entrance. The next day, we were offered a room in a building with a steep uphill walk, so we declined. We rarely used the balcony, but it’s a shame. Compared to last year, the overall comfort felt lower. Early check in - thanks! Still, thank you for the vacation overall.
