The hotel complex includes nine 5-story buildings and four 3-story buildings interconnected by corridors, covering 52,000 m². It features a substantial aqua park with 11 water slides spanning 800 m², alongside multiple pools including a main outdoor pool of 1800 m² and a 165 m² indoor pool. The resort offers a private 500-meter beach just 40 meters from the hotel, equipped with free sun loungers and umbrellas. We had a fantastic stay at Crystal Waterworld Resort & Spa! The hotel is beautiful, clean, and very well maintained. Nasim was very helpful during our stay. The rooms were comfortable, and the housekeeping staff did a goos job keeping everything spotless.
The food was delicious with so many choices every day, and the pool area was amazing — perfect for both kids and adults. My son especially loved the water slides and the entertainment activities. The beach area was also lovely, with crystal-clear water and plenty of space to have fun.

Poor hotel food terrible and non premium drinks and poor entertainment... food quality was so poor...drinks all non branded..irish bar they couldnt wait to turn the lights on to complete the night..we had an italian al carte had to que up the day before at 7.30am..poor food terrible service......never again worse hotel in Belek.!!! warm pool x 1 was good....the other pool freezing....poor beach no pier...just very, very poor...never again!!!!

The hotel is not bad. There are plenty of sun loungers on the beach. It's hard to find a free spot near the pool. The food is good; feeding a 10-year-old wasn't difficult. The water park is excellent, but finding sun loungers is a challenge. The food is okay. The entertainment programs focus exclusively on Europe and Turkey. The children's entertainment is good.

First off the food- Main restaurant dinner was of very poor quality and cold extremely cheap ingredients and mostly junkfood barely any fresh fruit or vegetables apart from apples and peaches and some cold what looked like frozen veg it was like a 2 star hotel in that regard the breakfast buffet was terrible freezing cold fried eggs raw boiled eggs and reformed meat idk what the meat actually was bright pink and dripping in grease no toasting machine no oats the so calked scrambled eggs were mixed with butter it was disgusting. The snack restaurants were better they had real meat kebabs chicken lamb and beef they also had some decent food in comparison to the main restaurant. Rooms were extremely dated and need a total revamp the shower wasn't working neither was the extractor. But the main complaint was the a la cart restaurants which was impossible to get into i stood in ques for 5 days in a row at 8 oclock in the morning at this bar only to be told they were either closed or full they are only open 2 days a week every other hotel you book at reception but not here ohh no that would be to easy. Also the wifi is not fit for purpose all in all a terrible experience which cost over £3000

Would not hesitate to book again, as we thoroughly enjoyed our stay, though a few hiccups that were inconveniences rather than actual problems. Only 1 a la carte restaurant open per night of the 4, and all are closed on a Wednesday... we were told to book on the day of wanting your table, as per the restaurant and their own signs, but these rules change. We did as we were told and lined up at 7.50am in the strangest system I've ever known for the booking of a restaurant to be told they were actually taking bookings for 2 days after 🤷♂️ the only reason we wanted to use the a la carte booking was the difficulty of getting a drink with your meal in the buffet restaurant, which is another strange system. You can use the self service tea and juice facilities and the plentiful water fridges but for anything else you can't go to the bar who have these drinks, a server must go for you, but there doesn't seem to be any? haha! we didn't see one in the week we ate there every evening anyway and tried to go a little after the mad rush of around 6-7pm. The other gripe is things work very loosely on times given 😆 if a bar, restaurant or water slide says one time, expect them to be packed up at least half an hour before that time. The hotel is spotlessly clean though, has all the facilities, staff very friendly and helpful and with good English as I have no Turkish at all. It may be because we went at the end of season but the 1st show we saw was a Turkish dance show called glamour, who were absolutely brilliant! but the others less impressive, a magic show which seemed to consist of mostly blowing glitter around the stage and an acrobatic troupe who were an accident waiting to happen as they kept dropping each other 🙈😆 it could be absolutely great but missed the mark on a few things for us as mentioned but for the price am more than happy with my week here x

There are lots of negatives in the hotel starting from hotel staff who don’t know English, (literally no one speaks even a little bit of English. In my opinion the bare minimum for an English level is A1, and still it would be very bad.), ending with the same meals every day with almost no variatons. I am very disappointed in this hotel choice, as I was in a much better hotel with the same price
The hotel is also extremely huge. We got the room on one side of the building, and we needed to go approximately 700-800 steps to get to the restaurant. I understand, maybe it is very thoughtful to burn calories after eating, but I didn’t come here to walk kilometres. On average I got 15,000 steps each day, not counting the activities on which I don’t bring my phone.
The silverware is dirty. Restaurant staff is touching the silverware with their hands, which then leaves a mark of their fingerprint. I strongly suggest wipe the silverware before eating.
The tables are mostly dirty when we sit. I understand that the amount of people in the hotel is extremely big, but why the owner can’t hire more staff?

We had an unforgettable stay at Crystal Waterworld Resort & Spa!
Everything was perfectly organized for our daughter’s 10th birthday — helium silver balloons with number 10, a delicious chocolate cake, fresh fruits, beautifully folded towel swans, and even a bottle of wine for the parents. 🎈🎂
In the evening, the hotel also organized a special dinner at the restaurant — they brought out another cake with candles and sang “Happy Birthday”! 🎶🎉
It was such a warm and emotional moment — our daughter was absolutely happy, and we were very touched. ❤️

Honestly was a very good and clean hotel. The staff were amazing. As soon as we got there everyone made us feel very welcome. They went above and beyond to help out. The guest relations helped with any small issues we did have. The rooms were spacious and clean, they were restocked and clean every morning. Water pressure was good and hot. Food was lovely, always plenty to go by, there's so many different places you can get food, it takes a day or two to figure out where they all are. Most importantly kids club was amazing. They had the kindest staff, they had loads on for the kids so they never got bored. Would definitely recommend the hotel to other guest, dont be put off by the bad reviews. You have to come experience it for yourselves.

The hotel is large, you can find drinks and food everywhere, and the staff is mostly friendly. We would like to thank Nasim, who is responsible for guest relations, for ensuring our satisfaction. The food was varied, and I recommend it to everyone.
