There were plenty of options between the buffet and à la carte restaurants, so we never got bored. The atmosphere at the hotel was lively but not too much, which made it perfect for a laid-back stay

My stay at Granada Luxury Belek was absolutely amazing! The resort is huge and beautifully designed, offering something for everyone. The rooms are spacious, modern, and very clean

The catering for gluten free isn't great. Only some items labelled and staff not helpful with this. The air con in the room isn't great. We were told when we arrived we can change rooms if needed

He put the stroller back up for rent even after my 3-year-old child (weighing about 15 kg) repeatedly fell through the bottom because the seat frame was broken from the stroller frame, and the wheels wouldn’t turn properly when there was kid in it

Both rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The only issue was that the balcony door in the first building couldn’t be locked (we informed the staff, and they promised to fix it after our departure)

Our stay at Rixos belek was nothing less than excellent! The whole experience started as soon as we landed with the premium transfer from thw airport, got to the villa and our concierge was waiting there for us with flowers and champagne

One downside was that the pool in the Jasmine area wasn't heated. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s zoo and how well the animals were cared for. It was clear they are looked after with attention and respect

What we were missing were bath tools, slippers and sewing kit, which are normally in standard equipment in hotels with 5*. In bathroom there were no hanger for towels. Food was really good, fresh and delicious

Inclusive desperata, which were tasty! There were many free sunbeds on the beach. Shows were doneony twice a week, but there were live music evenings, nice to dance of seat and listen to the artists

The selection has been significantly reduced, and many dishes are now unappetizing. Sometimes they undercook, sometimes overcook, or overcook. You definitely won't go hungry, but it's just not very welcoming

We would like to start by thanking you for a wonderful stay at your hotel. The location, the beautiful surroundings, and the friendly and welcoming staff made our holiday a truly enjoyable experience

The facility is well-equipped with toys, and the staff, led by Manager Kate, put in tremendous effort to create a fun and welcoming environment. The mini disco show was a particular favorite

Lots of staff, most generally helpful, except strangely Guest Services who seemed completely disinterested / unapproachable / unknowledgeable when asked to assist with bookings etc

There are two distinct hotels, Bohemia looks far better and would have been worth paying the extra (à la carte restaurants included, upgraded rooms, beach facilities etc)
