The catering for gluten free isn't great. Only some items labelled and staff not helpful with this. The air con in the room isn't great. We were told when we arrived we can change rooms if needed

I have been going for 5 years but this year I was not satisfied. The hotel is very good, the service, the staff, the lifeguards, the cleanliness are all top notch but the quality of the staff has decreased

We stayed at Dobedan Exclusive Hotel Belek in the first half of October for 2 weeks. We enjoyed our stay and were satisfied overall. The staff was helpful, though communicating in English was sometimes hard

Although the check-in time was at 14:00, the receptionists were very helpful and allowed us to check in much earlier since we had a small child. The food was tasty, the beach was big, and the hamburgers were delicious

The room itself was great: spaciousand clean with everything we needed to relax. It made the holiday feel special to have the terrace open directly onto the pool and quiet atmosphere away from the busier areas

One downside was that the pool in the Jasmine area wasn't heated. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s zoo and how well the animals were cared for. It was clear they are looked after with attention and respect

Yes, hotel needs restoration in some places, but the general atmosphere, personnel, food and drinks were good. We had a swim up suite which was the best decision as you have full privacy, sauna and jacuzzi in your room

Hotel is really renowated with taste! Full of natural colours, art, modern furniture and smells beautyifully! Hotel is well organized, rooms and bungallows are in upper location and pool, Restaurant and activity buildings are located closer to the sea

The hotel has lots of cats, all well looked after with little cat houses around – such a sweet touch. No problem getting sunbeds by the pool at any time of day

What we were missing were bath tools, slippers and sewing kit, which are normally in standard equipment in hotels with 5*. In bathroom there were no hanger for towels. Food was really good, fresh and delicious

Inclusive desperata, which were tasty! There were many free sunbeds on the beach. Shows were doneony twice a week, but there were live music evenings, nice to dance of seat and listen to the artists
