Amazing Family Holiday!
We stayed at Crystal Paraiso Verde Resort & Spa as a family and had an unforgettable time. The staff were incredible – from the friendly housekeeping team to the hardworking waiters, and especially the energetic Crispy Crew who kept the whole family entertained day and night. Everyone was kind, helpful, and really made us feel welcome.
There was plenty to do for both kids and adults, the food was varied and tasty, and the pool and beach areas were clean and well-maintained.
The rooms are a bit outdated, but they were clean and comfortable, and it honestly didn’t affect our experience. The exceptional service more than made up for it.
Highly recommend this resort for families. We’re already looking forward to coming back!

We spent the last week of November at the hotel. Upon arrival, we were greeted by smiling staff at the reception. Since lunch wasn’t open yet, we were directed to the snack bar by the pool to eat. At first, we were given rooms in the last building, but later we had the opportunity to move to a family room in the first building with a view of the entire complex and the sea. Both rooms were beautiful and well maintained. The only issue was that the balcony door in the first building couldn’t be locked (we informed the staff, and they promised to fix it after our departure). The food was delicious, and every family member (even the pickiest eater) found something they liked. The selection of cakes/desserts, fruits, and ice cream varied by time and was diverse. There were many cats around the hotel area—some of them looked unkempt and a bit scary. One disappointing thing was that the pools were very cold—the outdoor pools for both children and adults, as well as the indoor pool. In the end, the sea was actually warmer. The kids’ program was enjoyable, as were the playroom and the outdoor playground. The only downside was that the sound at the kids’ program could definitely be turned down several levels. Overall, we were satisfied and would highly recommend the hotel for families. There are also small shops within walking distance. As for the downsides, the staff in the game machine room were rude, and the whole setup seemed to be built with unreliable extension cords. Also, stroller rental is offered in the hotel lobby for €15 per 24 hours, but I wouldn’t recommend it. The man in charge was arrogant and didn’t acknowledge that something might be wrong. He put the stroller back up for rent even after my 3-year-old child (weighing about 15 kg) repeatedly fell through the bottom because the seat frame was broken from the stroller frame, and the wheels wouldn’t turn properly when there was kid in it.

A great hotel for families with children! Excellent location, lots of entertainment and animation group! Kids and adults will have plenty to do! The rooms are nice and clean, with every day service. We highly recommend this 5-star hotel.

Great for families with kids - pools with slides etc. One pool restricted for adults only (+16) - great alternative for someone who wants a little peace and quite ;) The water in the pools was fresh and clean. The same goes to the whole grounds area - clean with a lot of green view (palms, grass, trees etc.) The food is good, a lot to choose from, everyone can find something for themselves. The beach is close and even if you don't want to go on foot, a bus is available basically all the time. The only minus in my opinion is the indoor dining seats (outside option is much more pleasant however sometimes it is hard to find free seats).

This is the one of the best hotels where I was. Distances are short, but area is big enough. All the time I can find comfortable free spaces at the beach, pool, messhall. I can easy reach every point with stoller. Guest relations solve any inqury easy, peaceful.

Absolutely shit the food was frozen food broken door Handel we got attacked and the staff did not help the shower was switching between hot and cold the whole time. There were brocken cabinets and cupboards the toilet did not flush and the rooms have terrible air-conditioning. The nicest staff was the room service people.

Had 2 amazing a la carte meal. Mexican and Italian highly recommend both.
Only thing we would pick up on is that the breakfast items are only warm/ cold. Eg eggs, sausage, mushrooms, omelettes etc…
Also no omelette station like many in Turkey.

This was our second time to this hotel in Antalya, All Inclusive. This time booked through Holiday Gems. Private hotel transfers there and back total £50, no problems very efficient. Hotel has nice family room like a small apartment - I think a queen size double in one room with a twin room behind in another room. Toilet/shower has one door, to make either toilet or toilet and walk in shower room I.e. so others can access sink if someone in loo. It would be better if there was a separate toilet door, but hey ho. Fridge regularly restocked with drinks. Balcony good to dry out swimming stuff. I can agree that some areas were a little dusty in places, some wear and tear, but quite comfortable rooms. Beds very comfortable. Air con very good. Food- kids loved getting cereal, pancakes with lashings of choc spread, and I liked the fresh fruit, fried eggs and vast range of food on offer. In the evening, there were always the staples available- chips, freshly made pizza, chicken dishes with rice, plenty of salad things with themed nights. I particularly enjoyed the sushi night. Deserts are always a treat. Tons of what looked like freshly made baclava, so for a sweet tooth like me, it was great! Pools, main big one to swim and lie on your inflatables, slides pool including big scary snake ride and kids area (under 10 i think). Kids loved the pool and slides, with real highlights being able to take themselves to the pool side snack area for drinks, munchies and ice-creams throughout the day. You can venture to the beach area if you want to play in the sea and go to restaurant there for dinner. Note if you go i the evening - do put on anti mosquito repellant as the little critters will eat you! Staff are pleasant and helpful. We liked going to the patisserie bar after dinner and ordering coffee/teas with cakes and turkish delight while playing card games.

We stayed at Crystal Paraiso Verde from August 15th to 20th in room 8118. Everything was wonderful, especially the pool and the aquapark. However, we noticed that the variety of food has slightly decreased compared to our visit last year. We also expected a more diverse selection of Turkish dishes at the Turkish à la carte restaurant. But we want to thank the staff for their friendliness and warm service. We also want to give a special thanks to Sedat from the entertainment team for his attention and care. Although we were a little unhappy because our car was accidentally hit in the hotel’s parking area, even though it was not the hotel’s fault, we appreciate all the efforts of the security staff to make our holiday enjoyable. We are looking forward to our next holidays at other hotels in the Crystal chain with great excitement.
