We have recently returned from a fab stay at Beyaz. We travelled with a big group of 15 including our 3 year old son and we couldn’t of been made to feel more welcome. Lovely family holiday - fantastic accommodation with a great atmosphere and close to the town. The villas are clean, the pool area/gardens are superb and the staff are brilliant and friendly. Wonderful hotel for our 10 day stay. All the staff, especially Jucel and Dogan, were so kind and helpful and couldn't have done more to make sure we had everything we needed and took such good care of us. Very clean hotel and the location is perfect for easy access to shops, restuarants, river trips etc. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay here and will be back next year. Thank you all so much.

Stayed two nights to have a day and a bit to explore Dalyan. Used the hotel solely as an accommodation base. Breakfast good, owner very helpful and does speak excellent English. Sorted taxi for us back to airport. Only other guests we saw were Brits. NOTE: the hotel is not by the river as some maps show. It is only a short walk away however (although in the rain it feels a lot longer)

The double bed made the room feel cramped. The cleanliness was very good. There were available rooms during the winter season. My rating would have been much higher if the room had been upgraded.

The hotel was well situated and very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms need a little TLC but it is nearing the end of the season and maybe this will be addressed. Got to say one of the best meals we had in Dalyan this year. So tasty , lots of it and very reasonable. We both had steak and it came with beautifully cooked vegetables and a creamy veg mash that I will going back and begging the recipe for .It’s a shame that there are so few people eat there . I've been to Dalyan about 20 times and stayed in numerous hotels, so I know the area well. My wife and I recently stayed at Dalyan Yunus Hotel for our honeymoon. We have stayed at Keysan on 3 previous occasions and looking to visit again June 2020 if we can find flights from Newcastle. Kamuran and Hulia are lovely hosts and really look after you. The riverside setting is breathtakingly beautiful and you can take a boat to explore the lake directly from the hotel jetty. We travel a lot and this is the most relaxing place ever!

Amazing room and amazing hospitality. It’s a very short walk from the bustling side of the Dalyan coast. Breakfast was all vegetarian but Turkish style. Very nice family owned and operated hotel. Close to downtown shopping and excellent views of the tombs. Only downside is everything in the rooms are outdated and needs a facelift. Bathrooms are extremely dark and good luck with taking a nice shower. The bed sheets and towels are like sanding paper. I guess they do not use softener at all. Wifi does not work in the rooms at all.

This is a nice hotel with luxurious and clean rooms. Location is only thing that could be better as it’s a little bit more outside of the city center (~10 min walk). Stayed next door to here. It looked lovely - very nice apartments, 2 outdoor pools, pool bar. Can't comment on indoor areas or food but it is located in a quiet area, which is a short walk to the centre of Dalyan.
