The rooms were too small and so was the shower area. There is no elevator in the building either. Regardless of these problems, the location of the hotel is in a nice place.

Tired and dated .beds comfy rooms clean but sunbeds broken staff are rude .could be so nice but pics on website are misleading

Had a two night stay here and cannot recommend it enough! The staff are helpful and hotel is well kept, pretty and clean in all areas. The beds are the comfiest I have ever stayed in in turkey ( they are usually rock hard) location is ideal for an easy walk to all the bars etc but the hotel is in a quiet area. Long overdue review — I spent several wonderful days in September here. Semih Bey and all the staff were kind, welcoming, and helpful. The hotel was well situated and very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms need a little TLC but it is nearing the end of the season and maybe this will be addressed. The breakfast was a typical Turkish breakfast but was plentiful. The only downside for us was there was no kettle in the room. Got to say one of the best meals we had in Dalyan this year. So tasty , lots of it and very reasonable. We both had steak and it came with beautifully cooked vegetables and a creamy veg mash that I will going back and begging the recipe for .It’s a shame that there are so few people eat there . I've been to Dalyan about 20 times and stayed in numerous hotels, so I know the area well. My wife and I recently stayed at Dalyan Yunus Hotel for our honeymoon. We have stayed at Keysan on 3 previous occasions and looking to visit again June 2020 if we can find flights from Newcastle. Kamuran and Hulia are lovely hosts and really look after you. The riverside setting is breathtakingly beautiful and you can take a boat to explore the lake directly from the hotel jetty. We travel a lot and this is the most relaxing place ever!

This small hotel is in a great location on the river overlooking the rock tombs. Friendly helpful staff. Pleasant rooms, a few of which have views of rock tombs. Does a good breakfast snacks and evening are available and you have a wonderful view as you eat. Worth considering for a stay.

Unfortunately I did not get to stay at this hotel in the end. However, the customer service from the moment I booked was impeccable. Especially Emrah. Deserves a special shoutout. I look forward to staying here in the future.

A lovely family run hotel. During our stay the owners and staff were the most helpful and friendly that we have encountered in any hotel that we have stayed in throughout the world. From phoning up to get times of busses or boats to arranging and advising on trips and walks, nothing is too much trouble.
