Absolutely lovely- It is built to give the impression of a tree- house and it has a quirky fabulous vibe. The bedrooms have each door painted with a forest scene. Lovely hotel in my opinion all staff very friendly and helpful. Cleaning card in room you put on outside of door if you want room cleaned. Big shower room and plenty hot water. Needs repair. For 4 nights the room was never cleaned, food is always the same. Beautiful view of the water and rocks. Large shower but the floor is very slippery. There is little space in the room, there is nowhere to put a large suitcase and open it. I had a room with a large double bed and one single bed. We have recently returned from a fab stay at Beyaz. We travelled with a big group of 15 including our 3 year old son and we couldn’t of been made to feel more welcome. The double bed made the room feel cramped. The cleanliness was very good. There were available rooms during the winter season. My rating would have been much higher if the room had been upgraded.

The hotel was well situated and very pleasant. The staff were very friendly and accommodating. The rooms need a little TLC but it is nearing the end of the season and maybe this will be addressed. Got to say one of the best meals we had in Dalyan this year. So tasty , lots of it and very reasonable. We both had steak and it came with beautifully cooked vegetables and a creamy veg mash that I will going back and begging the recipe for .It’s a shame that there are so few people eat there . We have stayed at Keysan on 3 previous occasions and looking to visit again June 2020 if we can find flights from Newcastle. Kamuran and Hulia are lovely hosts and really look after you. The riverside setting is breathtakingly beautiful and you can take a boat to explore the lake directly from the hotel jetty. We travel a lot and this is the most relaxing place ever!

This is a nice hotel with luxurious and clean rooms. Location is only thing that could be better as it’s a little bit more outside of the city center (~10 min walk). Extremely good swimming pool, hotel was nice and in quiet area. We had beautiful views of the mountains and pool. Nice location. Room was cleaned on a daily basis. We had working Wi-Fi and working air conditioner. The owner was very helpful and friendly. Suggested places to eat and helped with other matters too. Very good, also for longterm stay, quiet location and close to city center. Supermarkets etc near. Apartments are big, nice balcony or terrace. Very friendly family style hospitality. Full equipment in kitchen and washing machine. Very clean. Nice garden and pool area.

Lovely family run apartments. Clean and basic rooms. Two clean well kept pools surrounded by gardens with beautiful flowers. You tend to see the same holidaymakers come back every year as the family is so kind and welcoming. They will do whatever they can to make your stay enjoyable. Short walk into town of about 10 mins (1km). Nice quiet location.

Stayed next door to here. It looked lovely - very nice apartments, 2 outdoor pools, pool bar. Can't comment on indoor areas or food but it is located in a quiet area, which is a short walk to the centre of Dalyan.

Very clean basic hotel. Swimming pool was very appreciated. Breakfast nicely served by Mehmet. They do not speak much English but they have a lot of willingness. Refrigerator in the bedroom which was big. The only problem was wifi which signal did not arrive to bedroom or swimming pool.
