This might have been unusual three years ago, but now the TV looks very small, and the remote only works intermittently, and only at certain angles or when held at arm's length

The hotel has revamped its room amenities – large bottles of gel, soap, shampoo, and conditioner now hang on the wall, replacing the individual "bottles" that used to be there

The very extensive range of themed restaurants is truly overwhelming. Something we definitely do not want to overlook this time is all the effort made by the animation team

During our holiday, the Mini Club was definitely our favorite place! My child wanted to go there every morning that alone says it all 💕 The activities were so creative and fun that time just flew by

I stayed at Liberty Lara next door 6 years ago and as everybody will know, this is a premium hotel that’s so hard to book at peak times. But Royal Holiday Palace really gives them a run for their money

We really loved our experience staying in a villa here! The most relaxing holiday we have ever had! So many positives: great service, helpful staff, gorgeous premium fresh food everywhere (we didn’t however use the main buffet restaurant except occasionally for our kids), beautiful villa with a large private warm pool and private garden area, private beach pavilion, excellent butler service both...

The room itself was great: spaciousand clean with everything we needed to relax. It made the holiday feel special to have the terrace open directly onto the pool and quiet atmosphere away from the busier areas

One downside was that the pool in the Jasmine area wasn't heated. We were pleasantly surprised by the hotel’s zoo and how well the animals were cared for. It was clear they are looked after with attention and respect

The TV in our villa was all in Russian however and we couldn’t work out how to change it but that was a minor niggle. Thank you so much for a lovely stay! We hope to come back soon!

The hotel and grounds are absolutely beautiful! There is so much choice in food and drinks that we didn't know where to begin! The staff have been so polite and helpful that it has really made our holiday for us

Our family had the best vacation at Belconti! The pools are fantastic, the food was delicious with so many options, and the kids absolutely loved the mini club and evening shows. Everything was clean and well-organized

Myself and my wife personally do not prefer to use pool at public places but i observed there were many activities occurred at the pool side (even though it was end-September !). Overall, it is a quiet and safe place

We stayed at the main building (where the lobby bar placed) and all amenities were working perfectly. The beach is very wide with many seats. The towel has a card system allows you to exchange card with towel

I travelled to Turkey with my 6month old and partner and we had a very lovely time. The hotel is a 10/10 all inclusive was the best part 24hr food and so much to do within the facility

Rooms were clean, tidy and a good size with a really nice shower in the bathroom, balcony was good too. We did a package holiday through Jet2 and was very good value for money on what was included within the resort

The staff are amazing my baby got so much attention and left with a few girlfriends lol. I would highly recommend especially for families

The restaurant staff at lunch and dinner are only concerned with clearing tables; during the entire stay, we were asked only once if we wanted something to drink. The drinks (cocktails) are of good quality

7 Google rating is completely inaccurate. The à la carte restaurants are a joke — in reality, they serve the same dishes to everyone. Only the seafood restaurant is worth recommending

A major downside is the quality of the coffee in the restaurants — it is drinkable only in the café. In all other places, the coffee is terrible

Water sports — the prices are completely unreasonable. Jet ski for 15 minutes costs €100. I have never seen such prices anywhere. And no, the jet skis are not better — contrary to what they claim — than in other resorts

We were traveling with a newborn, who had trouble falling asleep — and so did I. It is incomprehensible that beach towels must be taken from the rooms; they are not available on the beach. The pool water is not heated

There is no ventilation in the bathrooms or rooms, and there is a noticeable sewage smell. The entrance doors are not airtight — there are literally holes in them. Room cleaning is at a very good level

As an apology, they kindly arranged a reservation at the Italian restaurant, which was superb and greatly appreciated. Every request we made was met with care and enthusiasm

The main restaurant was huge, with an incredible variety of food that changed daily. There was so much choice that it would be impossible for anyone to get bored

The kids club even looked after our 2 year old son whenever we wanted (free of charge). This is, by a HUGE margin, the best all-inclusive hotel I've stayed at, anywhere, ever

Amazing place! Beautiful 360 degree views, great facilities, a lot of pools, aqua park, beach, entertainment, delicious food, great drinks and cocktails and last but not least - very kind personnel with great hospitality and service

There is also a restaurant in the water park, and a place under the main bar where they make delicious Gozleme from 2:00 PM to 4:00 PM. The rooms are spacious, with a bath and a balcony

Every night there was a show which we also enjoyed, especially the Cuban show. The only thing that was bothering us was the shower; it was periodically for 10 seconds warm and then cold

They also offered us a chance to grab some food at the midnight restaurant if you wanted but we were that tired we just went straight up to bed

Ignore the negatives, yes there aren’t many English families here but everyone is friendly, great location also will book again!

Before we arrived, not going to lie we were very concerned after seeing many negative reviews regarding this hotel but we can honestly say we had an excellent time and can't understand what everybody is complaining about! We would say the hotel was predominantly 80% German guests but this did not affect our stay at all

One of the best features of the hotel is its food - from the restaurant for breakfast/lunch/dinner and a'la cart. Food options are very diverse and everything is very tasty

Also, there is a number of options for those on various diets. What is more, the personnel of the hotel is very nice and always ready to help!

Separate praise goes to Omar and Natali from the Guest Relations department, who have become dear friends to us, for their help and information. Thank you all! We will definitely come back

We stayed at this hotel for my husband’s birthday, and it was truly a wonderful experience! Everything about our stay was perfect the quality of service, the beautiful rooms in the Club building, and the overall atmosphere were outstanding

Joining the pool games and dance sessions was especially fun — it was impossible not to have a great time! One of the highlights of our stay at Club Hotel Sera was definitely the fun sports activities organized by the animation team

The room and the bathroom are quite spacious, there were various shows each evening even ones for kids, and also there was a kids playground that had a lot of games, the food was very good and the pools were quite clean and very hot, though the kids pool was under a big tree and it was colder

Checking in your greeted at the reception they hold your luggage for you and take you up to your room in the elevator that is really fast. Rooms are clean, the entertainment is good bowling spa, pools indoor and outside
