Beautiful hotel! Massive! Food, always lots to chose from, there will be something that everyone likes. The restaurant near the beach is great and sp is the little food hall. Always kids entertainment on throughout the day. Kids show ar 8:30 every night. Which is loved by all. Plenty of sun loungers, you don't need to get up at stupid o'clock to reserve one. The pools in October are cold but amazing!!! Kids splash park is fantastic. Overall the hotel is just amazing! We have loved our stay here.

The hotel rooms were very spacious and clean! The entertainment team were brilliant, and was great fun for our 3 year old daughter! There was plenty of things for the children to do!

My husband and I went on holiday at the end of September, we stayed at the royal holiday palace. The distance from Antalya Airport to the Hotel was not long roughly about 30mins, as soon as we arrived we checked in within minutes, and our luggage was brought up to our room. The hotel is absolutely beautiful, opulence and charisma, we really loved it, the people is very very friendly, good customer service. Our room was lovely it had a mini fridge, tv, safe, coffee making facilities, a power shower, we loved it also it had shower gel, shampoo and conditioner, a hair dryer and slippers , no iron or clothes steamer, but we were ok. There’s a balcony and also there’s somewhere to hang your wet swimwear etc to dry. Theres a light switch to light up your balcony which is beautiful, the hotel scenery is amazing. Our bed was really really comfortable, the room was being cleaned daily and a change of towels everyday, the cleaners were really friendly too and did a very good job. The food is great and there’s something for everyone! The waitresses and waiters were very very helpful and friendly good customer service. The beach is amazing and the sea is breathtaking, the waiters comes round regularly to keep you hydrated as it was 34C overall our holiday was paradise, we will definitely return as this was our first time at this Hotel. Upon arrival we were immediately impressed by the helpful staff on the reception our room is great, spacious and comfortable , food choices are good and the entertainment offered is very good and some of the best i have seen, a shout out to Omar, who is part on the entertainment team always going out of his way to. to ensure you feel part of all the activities. we will be coming back again if there was one area for improvement, it would be to have more english speaking staff

the hotel was great wIth lots of activities and food choices throughout the day. This is our 3rd visit to this hotel and we enjoyed our time here. Gorkem from the enfertainment team was very welcoming and kind to check on us daily.. The rooms need an update but generally good.

Stayed from 17-17/9/25. Really enjoyable stay. Hotel is like a palace, very ornate with beautiful bar areas. Gardens and pools are very well kept and everywhere is clean. I was worried before coming here as had read some bad reviews but it was so much better than expected. Big shout out to the animation group. They were by far the best especially Omar and the aqua class with Myria ! Evening entertainment was good as companies brought in. Party night was brilliant actually felt like a club! And foam party good fun. The only negative I have was food was repetitive ( often is at AI) and it needs to be kept hotter. I mainly ate fresh from the grill with salads and veg. Breakfast could be better. Long queues for omelettes Snack bars were great. Lunch at the beach bar also good. You wont go hungry. All staff are a credit to the hotel. They were all lovely.

First impressions were great from a speedy check in to impressive lobby area. Our room was spacious with very comfortable beds however had a strong cigarette smell for the whole time we were there. Restaurant had a selection of food, however we found you needed to visit early as they ran out of the more popular dishes. The pool is vast and with plenty of sun beds . We thought the selection of pool snacks were disappointing but really liked the lunch options at the moonlight bar. The pool party gets very busy and found it concerning that the Tikki bar ( and through our time there all of the pool bars ) gives guests glass bottles and glasses which got discarded and dropped around the pool area. The evening entertainment options were all same some variation of a dance act, it would be great to see more variety. The waiting staff in the restaurant, around the pools and entertainment team were friendly and welcoming.

we had a wonderful stay at the hotel and were extremely satisfied with everything. the animation team and the activities were fantastic special thanks to gulsum Arman Omar and Sasha and also Sehmuz soner ugur and murat for their great energy and attention which made our holiday even more enjoyable. the food was delicious and varied with opitions for every taste. the poolwas always clean and well maintained and the service was excellent. our room was spotless every day we would like to give special thanks to satika for talking such good care of the cleaning. I can sincerely recommend this place to anyone looking for a relaxing and enjoyable Holiday.
