Upon arrival, we were pleasantly surprised to receive a complimentary upgrade from a Forest View room to a Beach View room, which made our vacation even more special

The staff was friendly and attentive, the atmosphere was relaxing, and the location was perfect. We truly enjoyed every moment and would love to come back again

We had a wonderful stay at Ethno Belek Antalya! Everything exceeded our expectations

We particularly appreciated the staff serving cocktails in the Marin Bar, the cleaner of our room Guylan who took excellent care of us, the security guard Abbas, the guest services guy Effy and so many more of the staff too numerous to mention! All the facilities - beach area, pools, bars etc fabulous

We stayed at the hotel for 10 in a basic room. Every member of staff was friendly, courteous and helpful. The food was exceptional with a wide range of different cuisines, always beautifully presented

Staying at Baia Salima Kemer was a truly wonderful experience. The hotel is located right where the forest meets the sea in Beldibi, Antalya, so you can enjoy both lush greenery and the coast within one resort

We quickly learned that we were one of the few British families staying, the majority of the other guests were Russian, and a lot of the entertainment was spoken in Russian, worth noting if you’re very social

We’ve just spent a week at Baia Salima and we’ve been extremely pleased with our stay overall. We are a family of 4 from England, with a 4 year old and 5 month old

The staff are amazing, even those with limited English will go above and beyond to help. Our room (number 2623) was perfect, we were in a family room with a large double bed, sofa bed and a travel cot

 The rooms are newly renovated and comfortable, with balconies or terraces in most cases, giving a nice sense of space and connection with the outside

The beach is very nice and they also have a bar at the beach where you get drinks and food. Lets talk about the food from 07:00 am to 00:30 am there is always something you can eat

Only 59 television channels and not one French. The mini bar is just a bottle of water! Difficulty connecting to wifi. Some rooms quite far from the restaurant. The rest is correct.

It is very good that the wifi is included in the rooms all over the hotel and is fast. The beach side was great even in this season. Bar staff are both fun and smiling. I owe a debt of gratitude to the authorities

We were also pleasantly surprised by the beautiful October weather - sunny, warm, and perfect for both beach time and exploring. The hotel is not far from the ancient town of Side, which is definitely worth a visit

We had a wonderful stay at this 5-star family hotel. The kids’ entertainment was excellent - plenty of fun activities and a great team that kept our children happy every day

Everything felt well organised and taken care of during our stay. For a 5-star hotel, the pricing is reasonable and offers good value for the quality and service provided

The staff, especially in the restaurants, give an overall unmotivated impression. Guests are often ignored, and the quality of drinks, especially the cocktails, leaves a lot to be desired

There is access to private beach also with pubs and restaurants belonging to hotel. They cleaning rooms every day and you don’t need to take your own towels as they offering beach towels for free

The restaurant is large with lots of choice and also outside cooking. The pizza station was really nice and the jacket potatoes were too

If that wasn't enough choice there was the beach bar who served up tasty snacks eg burgers,wraps with spiced meat,salads and drinks

The beach area is also very nicely designed and offers a good selection of food and drinks. A major drawback is the towel policy

Although our ages ,66 to 81, wasn't a difficulty because the front door staff were always on hand to drive you in their buggies to where you wanted to be. It was brilliant,no walking if you didn't want to and was fun too

The food in the restaurant is very good and has a lot of variety. We came with our family and we would like to come again and we especially thank EREN from the animation team

The food was delicious, and every day there was an amazing show. You’ll find the best drinks from Enes, the bartender — such a cheerful and kind guy

This is our second time coming to this hotel and everything is very nice and fun. The animation team and shows are of very high quality. The hotel is a short walk to the beach and the sea is very beautiful

What impressed me the most was the café — it looks beautifully sweet, like something out of a candy shop. In the lobby, they serve delicious Turkish tea and Turkish coffee

We had a lovely holiday but it isn't a 5 star hotel, a 3+ at most. Rooms a bit dated but did the job and were a lovely size. Mini fridge with drinks and aorcon worked very nicely indeed

Big hotel with huge playing area and park. Animators are very active.all of them. Rooms clean. We had a wifi problem for one day. colourful and tasty foods.

My stay here was great for all the time I was there. Amazing food, drinks, activities, different bars and snack bars, restaurants, parties at night. It was bliss BUT I was scammed by the shop selling bags and perfumes

This was to give the other guy time to swap my good colognes with bad ones. When I got home I opened them and they were half filled, soo old bottles with coloured fluids in them

I'm from Estonia and recently traveled to Turkey for the first time. This was my very first time staying in a hotel, and I have to say the experience exceeded my expectations

A lot of refubishment was going on on site which left its mark. In winter season, most a la carte restaurants and outside bars and pools are closed

Sure enough my request was met, thanks to Hakan and the night staff at the hotel being very helpful and understanding of my circumstances which was a great help to me and made my stay very pleasant & comfortable

I spoke to a gentleman named Hakan at customer relations, Hakan listened to my request and was very understanding and calming when I spoke with him

Hakan reassured me that he would do his very best to grant my request as he had to liaise with the night staff members to do so

Hakan’s calm demeanour and communication was first class. I’d highly recommend staying at this hotel

It is kept very clean and with better service than the rest of the hotel. The spa part of the hotel gave me a luxury feeling, but still not as good as Xanadu resort hotel where we have stayed twice

The restaurant and lobby bar staff were friendly, polite, and always willing to help. The food was truly excellent – fresh, full of flavor, and with a great variety every day

The large terrace with a nice view and bar service (including shisha) was the perfect place to unwind in the evenings. Our room (a triple with a garden view) was spacious, clean, and comfortable

However, the first room we got was quite small and felt a bit claustrophobic – very tiny bathroom and a narrow 140x200 cm bed

The weakest point for us were the drinks – inconsistent taste, even when ordering the same one from the same bartender

The location is perfect—right between the lake and the sea, offering beautiful views and easy access to nature. The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the food was delicious with a wide variety at every meal

The hand sanitizer dispenser didn’t work on several days during our stay, which is unhygienic considering how many people touch the serving utensils. One person in our group got sick with fever, vomiting, and diarrhea

Greenmax Hotel truly exceeded my expectations! The entertainment team is one of the best I’ve ever seen. They’re not just doing their job — they genuinely love what they do, and it shows

The entertainment team was good. Especially Memethen, he included the kids in the games and was always happy and including. Berik was also good in the poolgames and the rest of the team was nice

It felt deceptive and took away from the “all-inclusive” experience. The beach area was another downside. It feels more like a public beach—crowded, noisy, and lacking any sense of exclusivity or comfort

Alcoholic drinks are of average quality: we tried red, white, pink wine, martini, beer - ok, but we did not like the champagne

One of the biggest letdowns was the drinks—the alcohol is clearly fake. They’ve added some kind of flavoring to mimic the taste, but there’s no actual alcohol content

this is a really good place to stay and get relax, the food is really good and you have a lot of different choices, the activities were also great, different tips of games, friendly people and it was really funny, the place in general it’s beautiful and organised

Staff hardly spoke any English. Although they were helpful,Was difficult to communicate with them. This hotel caters mostly for Russians and Germans. Biggest disappointment was the restaurant

There is one girl in lobby bar and her name is tugba. Animation team always positive and friendly. Restaurant service is great and food are so great. Entertainment manager Erdrich is so helpful

We're currently staying at the Zhador Hotel, and we absolutely loved everything. It's a great hotel for a family vacation, and the grounds are stunning

The restaurants are, of course, bursting with food: fruits, vegetables, meat, fish

We were there for work, but combined it with relaxation. The service was top-notch for the off-season, there weren't many people there, the food was plentiful, and alcohol was available until 2:00 AM

The rooms were comfortable and clean, the reception worked perfectly, and all services were well organized. We also really liked the bar and the restaurant — everything there was excellent

We arrived at midnight and, despite the late hour, were offered a meal in the restaurant and drinks at the bar. The room was very spacious and clean, with a fridge stocked with water, beer, and sodas

Every morning, there were poolside activities led by professionals. The restaurant and food were top-notch; everyone found something to enjoy, and there was never a dull moment

We have had the most wonderful ten days at the Adalya Artside. The hotel is spotless, rooms are spacious and food is as good as we have ever had at an all inclusive

The pool bar staff were excellent, especially the waiter, Laktosuz, who served his signature drinks and always found time for a joke

The room was cleaned and the fridge restocked daily. The pool was very large, divided into sections for children and adults, and there was never a problem with sun loungers

Highest recommendations for this hotel. We've been traveling to Turkey for several years and have never found a hotel as wonderful as the Adalya Art Side

The restaurant was also very crowded, with long lines and noise. The hotel was dominated by German and Russian guests – many were quite loud, which spoiled the relaxing atmosphere

There are opportunities to play football, volleyball, Latin dancing, table tennis, and water sports. There's also a foam party and foam pool once a week. Amazing evening entertainment, including live music

Pros: large rooms, comfortable beds, a wide selection of pools and water slides – everyone will find something to enjoy. The food is very good and varied. There are plenty of dining options

However, considering that we paid for an all-inclusive stay, all these items are already available in the restaurant

And all day they had 2 bars, beach bar and a pool bar. The rooms were spacious and clean. They had a minibar witch had lots of drinks and were filled once a day

In the mornings there was the coffe bar and the breakfest buffe and for the lunch there were two snack bars with very good food on a ala carte menu and a lunch buffe, all so with some sweet spots for ice cream or a selection of cakes, and for dinner there was a dinner buffe and allso restourants for extra charge of 15€ per person

Juju Premier Palace is one of the best hotels I’ve ever stayed in. The animation team deserves special praise — always smiling, always entertaining. They know how to create the perfect atmosphere for guests of all ages

Amazing hotel, this is our third time staying at this hotel. The location is perfect - far from noisy roads and other hotels. Animation never keeps you dull - great professional shows, very engaging and fun

Overall, it's a good hotel, but they have a strange policy: a one-night stay is ~$400. For bookings of three or four, the price is more reasonable, closer to $200

The housekeeping is spotless, and if you're polite and give a tip, they might even bring a hotel bag with the logo. The entertainment was good, and there was a foam party

great food, friendly and funny staff, clean rooms great pools, sadly the slides were closed at the time I was visiting this hotel, but its worth the price.

For example: restaurants (both free and paid), the sea, swimming pools, a zoo, a huge grounds, a park, bars, a spa, free Wi-Fi, free parking, a play center, 4 floors, and a very large trampoline

Love this place. Fist time I returned to hotel and we spent 3 weeks here. It feels cozy. Great food and great beach.Renovated rooms. It doesn't feel like luxury place, more like cozy place for relax.

Our vegetarian grandmother found plenty of tasty dishes every day, and the desserts were a big hit with the kids! The mini club was a highlight for our youngest – they loved the games, crafts, and friendly staff, while we adults got to enjoy some quiet time at the spa and pool

One small suggestion: during peak times like school holidays, sunbeds by the pool can fill up early, so it’s a good idea to head down in the morning. Still, the staff was always helpful in finding us available spots

Excellent hotel with high standards of service and maintenance. Particular regard must be given to Fatih and his team in the buffet restaurant for their care and attention to customer requirements in a busy setting

The Sueno Deluxe is an amazing hotel with everything you could want for a stay with family or friends

You fell “at home”, been to 6 other hotel’s in Belek but this feels great. Nice and friendly staffs, always helpful. I think it’s time for a renovation even if thing’s working but not top class compared to other hotel’s.

In November the outside areas are not available but inside the teams running the bar offer exceptional service and the buffet for breakfast and dinner offer an incredible variety of food

Food, service and public areas are very nice. But the room even when it was a junior suite is old and the furniture was broken everywhere. But definitely the service and people are exceptional

The 'fruit hut' was a really cool idea. In the evenings, there was a lounge cafe on the beach with a pleasant waiter. The beach was large and comfortable. Quick and easy transfer from the airport

Loads of kids everywhere, happily playing. It felt like they outnumbered the adults. Even in the adults-only (16+) zone, there were guests with infants, and no one seemed to say anything

On Saturday, the disco at the neighboring hotel was so loud you couldn't fall asleep before 11:30 PM. Overall, the hotel is good – the food was excellent, and the staff were fantastic

From the very first moment, Concorde Deluxe Resort Antalya impressed us with a smooth and pleasant check-in process, making us feel welcome right away

The hotel's exterior looks old and tired in some parts. The food in the main restaurant was good, with a wide variety, and the service was fast and friendly

However, the hotel was overcrowded in August, making it difficult to find a free table in the restaurant. When a table became available, it was cleaned very quickly

One downside was the lack of a doctor in the evenings and the absence of basic medications at the hotel. However, there was the option to order them via courier or call an ambulance if needed

Otherwise, everything was excellent—great evening entertainment with a mix of live performances, including a Mexican-style live band, which was absolutely fantastic !

We were initially disappointed, but the hotel quickly moved us to a better room, which was excellent customer service, and made us very happy. Thank You! The rooms have been renovated, but not with the highest quality

The hotel is very large, and overall, the service was good! Although we had communicated our special requests in advance, upon arrival, we were given a room with a crib, which we did not ask for
