Unfortunately, our stay at this hotel was not what we expected based on the website and the travel agency’s description. 1. Hygiene: Very poor. We saw staff wiping glasses, plates, and dirty tables with the same cloth. This made us very worried about getting sick from unclean cutlery and dishes. I want to emphasize that the staff were very kind and polite, but the way they are forced to clean is unacceptable. The hotel management should provide better working conditions and proper hygiene standards. 2. Food: The food itself was not terrible – some dishes were tasty, some completely bland – but the real issue was that the same food was served every single day for 10 days. Same salads, same meat, same fish. Every lunch included frozen beef rectangles. For a short stay this may not be a problem, but if you stay longer it becomes unpleasant. The chefs are doing their best, they are friendly and professional, but clearly limited by hotel management.
Special compliment to the chef at the snack bar who made fresh pastry with cheese – very skilled, professional, and kind, even managing difficult guests who were trying to cut the line. 3. Rooms: If you get a room in the new part of the hotel, it’s nice. But in the old part it’s a big disappointment. The hallways smell of mold, bathrooms have no ventilation, and there are visible signs of mold on the ceilings. Housekeeping staff cleaned well, but one day we even received a face towel full of holes. The biggest problem was that we were placed in the old part, and since our child has allergies and asthma triggered by mold, we begged every day to be moved. Unfortunately, no free rooms were available. In the end, we swapped with friends who luckily had a room in the new section. 4. Beach: Complete chaos. Guests leave towels on sunbeds for the whole day without using them, so free sunbeds are impossible to find. When we complained, the manager (a woman named Irena) told us that guests complain about this every day but she cannot do anything. She even suggested we sit by the pool instead of the beach. Very unprofessional. 5. Spa: Excellent. A big compliment to the whole spa team – especially Marija and the young man who invited guests to try massages. Wonderful people, great experience. 6. Medical Service: Dr. Emre was amazing – professional, kind, and truly caring. However, the website claims there is a 24/7 doctor available at the hotel, which is not true. The doctor is only there from 08:00 to 19:00. After that, if you need medical help, you must pay €80 for transport and €200 for a doctor’s visit. Honestly, if it weren’t for Dr. Emre, Marija from the spa, the massage staff, and a few smiling chefs, we would have left the hotel much earlier despite having already paid. Overall: This hotel desperately needs proper management. The staff are doing their best with what little they have, but hygiene is a complete disaster and the managers clearly don’t care. I never once saw a hotel manager during our stay – only

DO NOT GO THERE ! avoid at all cost this hotel is a tourist scam : - sea view room booked but no sea view just a lovely road see - rooms are totally disguting and not clean - old facility falling appart - staff is the worst, rude, inefficient, no help from them and the cherry on the cake is that the housekeeping is stealing stuff in your room (don't even ask for help to the reception or the security or even the police because they are working together) - this hotel definitely belong to somekind of MAFIA AVOID DON'T GO THERE, I'm warning you go somewhere else

Avoid avoid avoid just leaving today and the worst hotel we have ever stayed in which is just an about reaching 3 star at a push! Rude receptionist, unhygienic toilets, house keeping needs chasing, food disgusting.

What a shower of sh!t, if your British you are a minority. Full of Russians,the staff are racist towards Brits, staff don't care or help in anyway. They even say they hate British people, We booked to stay here for 10 nights on the first night we wanted to go home, spoke to our travel advisor about getting moved, first time in alanya done most of turkey on holidays this is not a place to come back to Staff are no use unless your russians and other nationals apart from British We had a superior room , nothing superior about the room, Had issues all holiday with the staff , IF YOUR BRITISH STAY IN ANTALYA AS I WONT BE COMING BACK TO ALANYA STAFF ARE RUDE, MANAGER IS AS MUCH USE AS A Chocolate TEA POT Cleaners are arrogant towards you , Do yourself a favour read the reviews about this hotel , don't book it

well where do i start!!!!! hotel need updated no bowling not all bars are open etc all being used as a store room. staff very rude and And if your from the UK your not welcome they only cater for Russians. no such thing as waiting in a que the Russians push you out the way for food and take the whole tray of food no manners what so ever they are just rude and arrogant no please or thank you . The entertainment at night is all Turkish/Russian.we asked if any English music would be played and got told no there is more Russians to please that yourself. while myself husband and children one being a baby a fight broke out over Russians stealing peoples seats. food is fish and chicken everyday breakfast well if u want chips,sausages in tomato sauce the you'll be fine no eggs etc. Pool area is clean but missing lots of tiles and baby pool missing lots of railings and glass in pool . slides loads of people in the pool and steps are very slippy also no cover on the filter very dangerous as my daughter hair nearly got pulled in to it . Life guards are young boys who just like to show off and flirt with all the girls you have to get up and be down the stairs at 5.45 to get sun loungers and make sure someones there or your towels will be anywhere as Russians come down and move towels mid day etc. no baby changing toilet and no kettle in the room for making formula. got told from management that i can use the coffee machine for bottles. in the 2 weeks we were there our room and bedding got changed twice i had to ask for them to be changed and the cleaner kept turning our air con off so our baby's bottles were going off, WIFI is free in one of the areas but lags due to everyone being on it we paid £50 for Wifi on 2 phones and it kept going off due to them changing the password went down to reception and got told not to come back again if it went off. we seen fully growing men in children and women's faces and shouting . spa and fitness centre well no indoor pool, a tiny little gym and the steam room you only get in it for 5 mins my husband got a hot stone massage to try help his back/neck all the women done was stand on his back and took his shorts off with out his consent. security gate has guard dogs that look really ill. the ice cream you were only aloud 1 cone as a family of 5 we were only aloud 2 cones when other people were getting handed loads.AVOID IF YOU ARE FROM THE UK. We were the only British people there the whole holiday. only good thing was the bar staff were friendly and staff clearing tables were nice enough

This is NOT a 5 star hotel! Decor is tired and dated. Staff struggled to speak English. Some were rude. Staff constantly harassed our daughters for there contact details. Food was bland and choice was limited and repetitive. The photos of this place are also not accurate with alot being used from their other hotels. Not a friendly holiday other guests did not like English and blatantly glared at us and bumped into us (mostly russian). Bowling alley, disco hall all derelict. Hugely disappointed as this was our first trip to Turkey at a "5star hotel" but was hugely let down by On the beach. Complaint submitted.....we will await an outcome.

I had a horrible experience here, me and my family did our best to make the most of it but it truly didn’t get better. FOOD: food here was absolutely disgusting. The main buffet barely had any variety to eat from, al the fruits were rotten and stayed there the whole week i was there, one area that gave meat like foods which usually finished in 20 minutes. The a la carte was alright but the food was freezing when it was served. STAFF: over 4 staff at this hotel were hitting on little minors at the ages of 13,14 and trying to keep in contact with them. Staff were no where to be found during the day and always had an attitude. These staff were all pedophiles and consistently hit on me and my family members regardless of who was around. Please please be careful there were so many more faults at this place like the cleanliness etc with little goods. do not book here please
