We come to the White City Resort every year.
This year we were surprised by the great hotel service staff. Especially security manager: Zeki Topal who is a very professional person, the right man in the right position.
His ability to remain calm and composed during recent incident ( with drunk guests ) showed great leadership and ensured hotel’s guests calm, was focused on the right priorities.
His professional and thoughtful demeanour enhances that hotel’s reputation for a safe and welcoming atmosphere.
This is very important to us, since we did not feel as comfortable in another hotel due to the lack of security.

A gorgeous beach with options for every taste, including sand (its own lagoon) and a pier. The sea is always clean and calm, with reefs and fish. There are four waterslides, a large pool, and a luxury pool overlooking the sea with a built-in jacuzzi. Stylish grounds with art installations. There's also an amphitheater and an à la carte restaurant (currently open). The food is varied, with different grilled dishes every evening! The entertainment is moderate and unobtrusive. There's a children's corner. There's also a spa and an indoor pool! The hotel is superb!

My family and I stayed there in October 2021. I was very happy with the hotel. The beach was great for swimming, and it was fantastic. It's a small beach, but that's okay. The air temperature was 25-30°C, and the water temperature was 15-25°C. Swimming at these temperatures was a pleasure, both in the pool and in the sea. Regarding the food, I'll say the variety wasn't great, but it was delicious. The room was fantastic—large, cozy, and clean—and the view was excellent. The staff was friendly, helpful, and kind, and they always cleaned the room while we were at the seaside. They brought shampoos, shower gels, and hair conditioners. Thank you for that, and thank you for keeping the refrigerator stocked with drinks and water to keep cool. The air conditioning worked well, but that's all you need.

First experience to this hotel wich is between manavgat and alanya Location not bad Foods and drinks and room let's say good Beach side more stones in one side and other side little sand The only main problem is the personals aren't friendly specifically manager night or security manager such aggressive and unexperienced person Not easy to talk to him and he is shooting to guests if you are still near beach or pool in middle night he doesn't let you enjoy ur time with ur friends And sometimes he is following you to rooms You really have to becarfull of him if you party people at night or of u have a jbl speaker he could just take it from you Well in general hotel not bad but only person who broke our holiday it's security manager or manager night it's man in middle age 55 years old or 56 something like that Wish u all good holiday and Goodluck

I would highly recommend the White City Resort Hotel. Restaurant & bar had a big selection to pick from. All the staff were friendly and welcoming. There’s also plenty of areas for swimming suiting everyone’s needs. Having water slides was another benefit. First time in turkey as well and i would definitely come back. Thank You to all the staff at the White City Resort Hotel

Really nice hotel, we enjoyed our stay. The staff are attentive and kind, they speak so many languages that all guests were happy. Cocktails were great, lots of options. We chose this hotel for the gym and it was well catered for all exercises I usually do. The gym was a good size, even if 6 people are using it all at the same time. The buffet food in the main restaurant was delicious, I frequently had multiple plates at dinner. They had the full array from junk food to healthy options too. The best coffee was had at the patisserie near the lobby during the day. I liked the options of the vitamin juice bar and the garden Starbucks too. It was clever using the qr code for the ordering and menu at the beach bar with a-la-carte snacks that were all delicious. We went to have food there every day it was thar good at the snack bar. The evening shows were some of the best I've ever seen. We've seen flips, acrobatics, fire, smoke, people jumping over people and through hoops, women swinging about on fabric. Good job there was a bar nearby to sort out my mouth from drying up from my jaw dropping at the shows. One feedback though would be that we had no clue what show was going to happen till it started. They have an app, a sign and a board at the beach all saying different things. So when that's sorted, all will be perfect.

The White City Resort hotel offered us a lovely array of options in terms of entertainment, spa and relaxing zones, as well as a generous selection of food options. The room was spacious and comfortable, it was also south facing so even in November we got the beautiful morning sunshine. The staff were all really friendly and welcoming, we were always made to feel as comfortable as possible. We also used the gym on a daily basis, it is compact but very well equipped for a full body workouts. During our stay we went to the spa once and chose one of the options for a full body massage and face mask, as well as hamam and sauna. The ladies were both really attentive and very considerate of each one of our individual needs during the massage. The evening shows - the best shows I’ve ever seen in an all-inclusive setting! They had a different group each evening, presenting a very multicultural and diverse experience that made a long lasting impression on us. We will definitely talk about the shows for a long while after our holiday, the various dancers and acrobats were very, very impressive and something we’ve never seen before, let alone as part of a hotel show program! White City resort hotel is a very modern hotel with a well thought out zones and services, great facilities and value. We really enjoyed our stay and recommend White City Resort Hotel if you are looking for a friendly, comfortable and modern hotel experience.

The hotel has exceeded our expectations on all fronts. The views are amazing. A lot of entertainment to keep you busy and a lot of places to rest throughout. Staff are helpful and stay on top of everything. Our butler Kaan has been amazing and provided us with all we needed. Checked in multiple times a day and made sure we had an amazing stay.
