Perhaps because of the atmosphere, I would recommend having lunch at the snack restaurant near the beach. It's perfect if you're hungry after sunbathing, because if you go to the restaurant you have to get dressed again...
Thanks to bartender Caner and waiter Candra, you guys are great.
After check-in, we went to dinner. The only available table was dirty. Instead of cleaning it, the waitress simply placed cutlery on the dirty surface – disrespectful and absolutely unprofessional behavior. We have never experienced anything like this in a resort of this price category.
This was already our second stay, but it will certainly be the last. For the price they charge, other hotels provide much better service and show real respect to their guests.
More than half of the pool loungers are broken, so when the hotel is busier it’s really hard to find a free spot, alone one that isn’t damaged.
