Great quality on price ratio. Stayed 2 weeks in a regular room (not swimming pool view so the cheaper option) and paid less than 900€ for me and my 7 year old daughter. It was the last weeks of october 2025 so that also probably explains the lower price, and I booked directly on the hotel's website. Temperatures about 25-26°c and almost only sun. Good food in the main restaurant : everyday different types of meat, fish, vegetables, fries, bread, salad bar, deserts... also next to the swimming pool there is a booth were you can get fries and hamburgers, and also a patisserie for cookies and ice-cream, and another booth for Gözleme (traditional baked flat bread with filling). You can't go hungry. There are swimming pools, water slides. The temperature of the water was a little cold (i estimate around 21-23°c) but the sun is there to warm you, or you can go take a hot shower in your room. There is a nice little beach that you can access bus mini bus or by walking slowly for about 10 minutes. Thanks to the underpass you don't have to cross the big road.
There are some touristic activities to do but we mostly stayed in the hotel because we wanted to just play,eat,sleep. There is also a small Bazar about 200 meters away from the underpass where you can buy some souvenirs and it makes a good little evening walk. Animations were good also : mini disco for kids at 20:15 and shows at 21:15 : magician, Turkish night, party, live music, Mexican dance, bingo...
About improvements that I would think of : in the gym something to do pull exercises or just a bar for pull-ups; in the mini-club more equipmentand games and someone who will do the activities with the kids instead of just being present, and also take care of the strange smell in the room.
Even taking this into account 5 stars are deserved for the quality to price ratio.

The animation team was amazing tayfun was best of the lot. Beach bar also top class can’t fault the staff. The pools are also great for kids relax bar with mohammet is a must for drinks.

I had an amazing stay at Numa Konaktepe Hotel! The guest relation manager Naci , Ozcan were so kind and helpful, always smiling and making sure we had everything we needed. The rooms were spotless and comfortable, and the food was delicious with so many options every day. The pool area was beautiful and relaxing, and the beach was just a short walk away. Definitely one of my best holidays I’ve ever had — I’ll be coming back for sure!

Hotel itself is very nice with a pool on its private beach accessed through an underpass then a free minibus to it or a 15-20min walk it has a bar, beer or wine only freshly made pizzas and buffet area. 3 pools on complex plus a slide pool with one indoor, a gym sauna massage area. The adult pool has an outside bar and is for adults. The main pool has the slides adjacent to it. Entertainment during day with darts, water polo, evening entertainment is near the pool bar and stage but unfortunately if the weather is poor like we had torrential rain then everything is cancelled as there is no indoor area to move it to. The reception is 24 hours. The rooms are spacious, great showers very clean we had balcony but what let's it down is there is only a small wardrobe not enough for 2 people really. Food average all inclusive but always something to choose. On to the staff, entertainment staff,bar staff, restaurant staff and cleaners probably the most friendly, polite and professional staff we've ever had and the cleaners excellent. Downside was we were stuck in the lift twice on the day we arrived with the emergency telephone not working also, very stressful even though it was only about 5 mins not a pleasant experience. Also had a major power cut on the Wednesday for most of the day nothing was working.

Had a excellent holiday. Hotel and staff were excellent. Reception staff were very good in sorting out a little problem we had when we arrived. Good choice of food especially down by the beach bar area with a pizza oven available. Read about the transfers to the beach were non existence on some of the reviews but they were as timetable said. Good value for money Hotel. Could always get a sunbed. Overall a excellent experience.

2nd time here 2nd12th September and it was nearly as good as the first time room was immaculate cleaned every day food was good with a good selection for even the pickiest of eaters even vegetarians big thanks to Ibrahim who constantly checked if we needed anything . Plenty of sunbeds loungers round any of pools and there was cleaners walking round cleaning after loungers became empty ready for next person to use beach bar is what makes this for us they've a pizza lad making pizzas to order (bit of a wait but well worth it ) plus meal times food was out which is brilliant quality cooked down behind bar in purpose built kitchen now up at quiet pool (over16only) in evening we found Muhammed to be a bit off with ppl most night after entertainment finished we went there and if i asked for brandy or raki it was always "no" until final night when we chatting to some friend we met there then he was round her like a rash trying to get us laughing with him sorry but treat us badly first can't come bk cos there's someone you fancied . Entertainment team met one last year he was brilliant but this year he's a totally different person . Im not a person that likes being hugged by strangers or fist bumped or shake hands every time you see me a simple hi is enough but he told his team member to grab/hold me whilst he was going to grab me luckily his mate advised him against it. Big thank you to azad and gorkem they has a laugh all through10 days overall a brilliant place just the 2 incidents that put a spoiler on it but as they say everyone can't like everyone would I still recommend this place?yes definitely 100% ignore the bad reviews about cleanliness/both are top notch

A really clean and comfortable hotel, all inclusive with a family pool area and a separate "no kids" quite pool. The section of beach that's included was quite rocky, but the pool and bar at the beach were great. There was a large variety of food available at mealtimes but the breakfast was a little repetitive each day. For what we paid the hotel was outstanding, we would definitely return.

Muhammet is one of the best waiters and cocktail makers very pleasant man very polite goes above and beyond for everyone be sure to ask for a muhammet special they will blow your socks off haven’t ever met a man so polite and with how many people come day and night and go home he is the only member of staff to remember names would recommend

Just returned and was disappointed to find the standards have dropped. The food felt recycled, and the cakes tasted as though they had been frozen and then defrosted — definitely not fresh. The staff member at the quiet pool bar was also very rude. The toilet door gap is so big you can see someone standing outside the door so no privacy.
