We had a nice stay here. Location ok near local shopping. Rooms served the purpose well. Thank you very much for the upgrade to the main building! Pool area rather nice. One small minus is that sometimes it is challenging to find a sunny spot by the pool as too much of the area is shaded by the fabric roofing that cannot be moved. Also, some people reserving sun beds and not being there for hours is not appreciated as others could use the sunbeds. Heating the pool by using solar power might be an idea. Beach ok but also there, too much of the space shaded by the fabric covers that cannot be moved. Guests better nationality wise compared to many other places in Turkiye. Not too many of that specific nationality that we do not appreciate for their behaviour. Food rather nice most of the time. Rarely any table service for drinks. Also at bars, the staff more attentive after tipping. A la carte more like a set menu as you do not get to choose anything. Evening shows at an indoor theatre, which noes not make it very attractive. Better when arranged by the beach at times. Did observe some of the staff grooming young girls and some women. Maybe that is a service of some kind. Many of us fell ill with a tummy bug of some sort, or could have been caused by covid, who knows. Thankfully a quick one day bug... overall, a nice experience. Thank you!

Sealife Buket Resort & Spa Hotel 5 etoiles Okurcalar Overall cleanliness in the hotel was very poor. The food was absolutely atrocious—closing your eyes, you could not tell what you were eating, as every dish tasted the same. During our stay, many guests developed serious stomach problems; this had never happened to us elsewhere in Turkey. The à la carte restaurant was a joke, with dishes simply brought over from the main 'restaurant.' The staff did not speak a single word of English. In October, the beach was packed, with no chance of finding a sunbed—the area was narrow and overcrowded. The Kids Club itself was nice, but staff were persuading children to make sand drawings for €15 (!). The guest relations desk was staffed by a rude Russian woman who dealt with us while playing solitaire—she did not speak a single word of English. The entire hotel had just one coffee machine serving real coffee, which was often out of service. Meal times were far too short (lunch lasted 1.5 hours from noon, and dinner just 2 hours from 18:30). Outside of these windows, the food laid out by the pool was even worse than the ‘restaurant’ menu—a nightmare; we ended up dining outside the hotel. Cats were present everywhere, and while this might be understandable, having them inside dining areas was not. I am allergic, and having to eat in a closed ‘restaurant’ (more of a canteen) with a cat wandering around my legs was extremely irritating—and the staff did nothing about it. Housekeeping was a joke—no water provided as advertised, except on the day of arrival; when we requested water, we were sent to the bar. No “do not disturb” signs were available, resulting in several awkward situations where cleaning staff would barge in with a key card even if the door was locked. We were guided by the 4.3 rating on TripAdvisor but were extremely disappointed. I have no idea how that score was awarded; to me, the hotel deserves at most a 2. In reality, it doesn’t even merit 3 stars, so please do not be misled by its supposed 5-star status. I strongly advise against staying here. We were really pleasantly surprised. The food was great every day, with a good variety and a nice snack bar. There was entertainment for everyone and good-quality drinks. The main guy responsible for entertainment was fantastic — full of energy! For the last week of October, it’s an amazing gem to escape from the cool European weather. I would recommend this hotel to everyone.

The employees at this facility were excellent, kind and helpful! This was seen at the front desk, the dining facility, the cleaning staff, and the entertainment leaders. This was our second year at this resort, which is a good and economical place for a family who wants a great place to swim on the beach with nearby shopping. The food offerings did seem a little cheaper this year. Most staff speak basic English and/or Russian.

I've been here for my second time and I wholeheartedly recommend it! The people who work here are wonderful! The waiters are helpful and polite! The pool and beach are clean and safe. There's a great lifeguard who protects children and others. He's very kind and helpful. I'll definitely be back because it's wonderful!

We stayed in this hotel for 5 days and it was a very good experience. The room they gave us was phenomenon. Clean, beautiful, spacious and a free upgrade from what we had reserved. We had reserved a simple triple room but they practically gave us a dublex 5 person room in the main building. From the main building which was the furthest building from the entertainment area, it took about 3 to 4 min to get to the beach and the pools. There are 2 pools, not anything special, 2 slides which were small but surprisingly fun and they were open certain hours through the day. The beach was okay but crowded and a bit disorganised. The entertainment crew were okay. There was a free ping pong table which was very fun for us. The food was really good. The variety and taste were higher than our expectation and there was a bonus night which you should have reserved beforehand. We had Italian food and we were pleased with the service. Another positive note to mention was that the last day after checking out at 12, we could still use the amenities, and eat lunch and everything which was very convenient for us since our flight was at 9 pm.
The negative points worth mentioning were 1. The whole hotel was nice but and it’s a very important but for these kinds of resorts, it didn’t have that luxury and exclusive feeling you would like to feel in a resort like this. The beach was very crowded and disorganised and you could see the other hotels beaches right next to you (about ten hotels all next to each other) so it made it even more crowded looking. You could also see other hotels’ pools, slides and even hear their music. So all of this lowered the hotel’s “exclusive feel”.
2. The woman in charge of reserving the restaurant was VERY rude and unprofessional. She was the most unfriendly person I’ve ever seen in a hotel and I don’t know why she’s been given that job.
3. The last night we asked at the reception about getting a taxi to gazipaşan airport and they told us it costs 40 euros. The next day they told us it was actually 85 and that the other woman had made a mistake. This changed our plans a bit and left a bitter taste in our mouth.
The last good thing to highlight is again the quality of the food. They had grilled meat, chicken and fish every night and all the other food was also great.
Ps. The weather was okay in case you want to travel in the second week of October. You could sunbathe through the day and enjoy the water but the nights were a bit cold which wasn’t that bad either.

Dont take photos with parrots, it will cost you up to 300 eur(scam). Toilet door wasnt closing (also there wasnt ventilation in toilet). Register in one time restaurant from first day or they will lie to you later and willnt register you. Be careful in the morning, mini bar and cleaning ladys just enter even if you hang "do not disturb" from outside of the door. Pool was clean. Bars are working really good and all of the waitress are working hard. Food is good, also kitchen looks clean. Animation guys are also really hardworking and trying to let you enjoy your holidays.
