The Turkish bath was amazing!
Jaja and Masha were always running activities around the resort and were both professional and fun. However, some animation staff (M and T) did not act so professional which as a group of girls made us feel very uncomfortable and resulted in us leaving our night early. Other than limited food options for those with dietary needs and certain staff members everything else about the hotel was enjoyable.
cons: food was really repetitive each day, i got tired of having the same thing each day. also, the desserts were really really sweet, i nearly passed out. i didnt really like them, one thing, they should actually tell you what the desserts are because i thought coffee cake was chocolate cake.
MASSIVE CON: I notice that the owners are actually pasting the same response each time, it seems like they can't have the patience to write a full response.
1. the rooms were nothing like in the photos. they were smaller and theres no wifi in the rooms - only in the lobby, restaurant etc. it wasnt really clean and the towels smelled so bad.
2. it was written that this hotel is halal - it is not. people consumed alcohol all the time, there's no restriction for bathing suits etc. if you are looking for a halal hotel dont book this one!!!!
3. the safety was a 0. there were splitters of glas all over the beach and my daughter stepped on it! no one really wanted to help...
4. theres music until 12 pm and random people were running around my room and screaming until 2 am.
i don't recommend this hotel at all, please stay away.

Loud music at the pool.food ok, but taste like in nursing home.
Family 2+2 (17 and 7 ) get a standard room 1 dbl bed and 1single. They have to pay extra for family room.
Racist behavior from another gest, (Turkish guy)after call manager he didn’t do nothing.
No one speaks English so even if u need anything nobody understands u.
There is nothing around, no shops no attractions.
1 shop at the hotel , but the prices ther are sooooo high!!!
Think twice and do good research before u choose this hotel.
Best Turkish hamam bath ever had, loads of entertainment throughout the day for kids. Will go there again and recommend 100%.
