Went to Turkey in October with my friend to armas pemar beach had a great time loads to do. Food was really nice Outside the hotel over the road you had plenty of shops to explore. The rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help us with any problems we had Will definitely ruturn

This is a beautiful hotel with really good staff. A couple of let downs. No greeting at reception and guests cutting in. My family and I arrived around 2am and were greeted at reception and each given a red ai bracelet to wear. We were escorted to our room in the Mimoza building just beside the main platinum hotel. My vacation at Oz Resort Incekum in Turkey was the best holiday of my life! We were 31.08-05.09 However, the cleanliness of the rooms needs improvement. The staff were friendly, the food was delicious, and I would gladly come back. They just need to improve the room standards, as there was some dust on the bathroom products.

Incredible place with everything around. There are two beaches, one better for snorkelling and observing the marine life. The pool is amazing, big enough with shallow areas for kids and a bit colder water than the sea. The food is great, each evening different type of cuisine. I do not recommend it to parents with children! The animators (as well as most of the staff) do not understand simple sentences in English/German. In the mini club, the animators do not offer games to children if they do not speak Russian/Turkish. Price-performance hotel mainly for russian speakers as well as some local guests and some Europeans. Very friendly staff, clean and tidy rooms. The hotel has a lot of advantages. There are few disadvantages. Between 16:00 and the dinner start, you can eat only in a la carte restaurant where you can order from menu some simple food, I think. Me and my friend came for 8 nights all inclusive. The hotel is lovely, we really liked the quiet pool and the newly built pool area and bar. It is so nice. What is also good is that we never had to “fight for sunbeds” there was always some free. Can’t fault this hotel. It was amazing. Clean and tidy. Food was lovely. Staff very helpful and friendly. Evening shows and kids clubs. The beach is pebbles and rocks so be aware of that if visiting. There are a couple of markets nearby. Haggle! They’ll take lira and euros. There are many different pool areas. The main splash pools and relax quieter areas.

We had a wonderful stay at Justiniano Deluxe Resort! The service was really excellent, and everyone from the staff was always friendly and helpful. All of our 6 was especially impressed by Feraye from the bar who was always smiling and prepared delicious coffees for us every day.

So, Justiniano was a great experience overall. Its so huge, that you have to "understand" the hotel. You have 6 bars, 5 restaurants and everyone has its pros and cons. Arriving at the hotel at 1am we were told we had to go to another hotel until 10am and then they would pick us back up. No food was offered, only bonus is the hotel they took us too had a 24/7 hour bar. The food wasn’t great, feel like they don’t cater for the english guests. Hotel location is pretty nice, however it’s far from the city center. The atmosphere in the hotel is good, animators and the staff is nice. Rooms could be better and renovated in some places, however it’s clean. I think that the value of our stay was fair, we stayed for 8 days, paid around 800$ per person with the flight etc. The hotel was quiet and pretty calm in the day, but pretty loud in the night...

Our room is terrible , it was very dirty, no one cleaned our room for 2 days, towels were not changed. Also the safe didn't work. As for the food and everything was super and tasty, entertainment was also good.

Quality of services decreased during to years...not sharply, but recogniseable. Nice place from families. Nice place for couples.
