Rubi Platinum Spa Resort & Suites in Avsallar

Hello, we have been to your hotel three times, we will be back for the fourth time in May. It is a very nice hotel, I just want to come back to it again. I have recommended all my friends to stay here. I wanted to ask how much it costs to rent a bungalow on the beach. Thank you

Super hotel. Very convenient location. Excellent and varied food.

A family-friendly hotel. We stayed from June 2nd to June 11th, 2022, with our children and parents. We arrived at the hotel at 9 a.m. Our rooms weren't ready yet, but since we have a large family, we were offered a family villa instead of two rooms. Many thanks to Kristina for this. Cleaning was done daily, and the bar was restocked daily. The lobby bar, pool bar, and beach bar always served delicious cocktails (as well as alcoholic drinks to suit every taste). The staff was courteous and skated throughout the day to ensure prompt service. The restaurant offered something for everyone (from seafood connoisseurs to meat lovers, vegetables, and unlimited fruit from breakfast, lunch, and dinner). Desserts were available not only in the restaurant but also in the lobby bar. In short, we couldn't try everything in 10 days. Little kids will love the beach; it's designed in such a way that the waves in the sea are barely noticeable. There are no waves. You won't need coral reefs; the beach is sandy and there are plenty of sun loungers. The only thing is, when swimming further out toward the buoys, you need to be careful—there are some underwater rocks that you'll definitely want to stand on and relax on. Here, however, the rocks are sharp in places and can cut your feet. The slides operate on a schedule (which is even better for us, since the kids spent more time at the sea). There were always empty seats in the restaurant. The service at lunch and dinner was better than at breakfast, but we think the boys weren't awake yet for breakfast. Every evening, there was a variety of entertainment (discos, light shows, acrobats, a DJ) from 10 PM to midnight. There's a mini-club for younger children; ours haven't been there since they've grown up, but we did see a bubble show once, and even we adults found it interesting. There are sports facilities (tennis, volleyball, shooting range, golf). Overall, the hotel grounds are compact, and everything is thoughtfully designed. It's very green and well-maintained. The only drawback is the pool area with sun loungers; there's a real fight for them. We had to reserve them in the morning, but sometimes you'd arrive and your bags would be dumped. But oh well, we didn't argue. ((() Why ruin your vacation for yourself and others? I recommend the hotel. The only thing is, expect a two-hour drive from the airport. There's a mandatory 15-minute stop (another scam for tourists, trying to get them to buy something for themselves, but we decided beer and juice were waiting for us at the hotel). The photos on the website are accurate.

Excellent hotel with excellent service. We stayed from November 11th to 18th and were upgraded to a superior room (even though we didn't request one) at no extra charge. Check-out was at 5:00 PM, so we were offered the option to stay in our room until then for free instead of checking out at 12:00 PM. The grounds are very clean, compact, and comfortable. European-style alcohol is available 24/7. The food is excellent. The bar staff serves everyone free of charge. I'd especially like to mention the kids' club—it's a wonderful place. The animators constantly entertain the children, and whether they're tired or not, they run, play, and draw with your child. There's a huge selection of construction toys and activities for children. I've never seen such a great miniclub. The whole family loved the hotel. The reception staff responded immediately, even in the middle of the night. We were traveling with a 9-month-old baby and asked if there was a blender in the restaurant. They answered right away and told us where to get one. We've stayed at many hotels in Turkey, Egypt, and Europe. Rubi Platinum is our favorite so far.

The staff were super friendly and attentive, always ready to help. The animation team was fantastic — so much positive energy and fun vibes every day! I especially want to mention Osema — such a kind, energetic, and cheerful guy. He made our vacation even more memorable and full of joy. Highly recommend this place!☺️

Our stay at the hotel was fantastic. From the moment we arrived, they were full of energy, smiles, and positivity that instantly made us feel welcome. Every day they had something fun planned, from beach volleyball to morning gym and evening shows, there was never a dull moment. You could really tell they loved what they do, and it made a huge difference in the atmosphere of the whole resort. Special thanks to the team for their creativity, hard work, and constant enthusiasm, you truly made our holiday feel special. Already missing the laughs and good vibes❤️

The staff at the hotel could not do enough for you. Especially the waiter Fatih, so friendly and always had a smile on his face. Big shout out to Ali who works behind the bars. Extremely plesent and also happy to see you. Also another waitresses Elif Ezel. So friendly and helpful lovely person. The hotel was absolutely stunning from the restaurant were also worth paying the extra money for. I have never had a 5 course for dinner @the bistro restaurant with large portion sizes . The entertainment was good different every night. The place was absolutely spotless. 1 thing I would say is not very many British people mainly, Russians, German and Lithuanians, but everyone we met were all lovely .

This was our second time visiting Rubi Platinum in Turkey because we loved it so much! Our stay was simply amazing – everything was perfect: the food was delicious and diverse, the service excellent, and the atmosphere very pleasant. I also really enjoyed the fitness classes with trainer Anna – her energy and positivity gave me extra motivation to stay active and take better care of myself. She is also highly professional and truly knows her job well. During the holiday, I found new inspiration for sports, and I would definitely love to come back!

I had a wonderful stay at this hotel! The staff were very friendly and helpful, always making sure I had everything I needed. The rooms were clean, comfortable, and well-maintained. The location is perfect, close to everything, yet quiet and relaxing. The breakfast was delicious with plenty of choices. I truly enjoyed my time here and would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone visiting the area.
