The service - price policy is perfect, the hotel is not very new but everything is clean, live music every night in three different locations, lunapark for kids every evening, pebble beach, but the water is clean, good and tasty food, very suitable for young couples with children, highly recommend!

Went to Turkey in October with my friend to armas pemar beach had a great time loads to do. Food was really nice Outside the hotel over the road you had plenty of shops to explore

The rooms are a bit outdated but very clean. The staff were amazing and couldn't do enough to help us with any problems we had Will definitely ruturn

The pool is huge, so I never thought it was crowded, and there were no problems with safety either, as the water was constantly monitored by lifeguards

Also, there were lots of very cute cats, different kind of animals! One even took my seat haha

However, there were problems with language skills, most of the employees spoke only Turkish or Russian, few understood or spoke English, but the guest relations team was excellent in this area

A well-coordinated team of staff makes your vacation unforgettable! A room with a beautiful view of the sea, the sound of the waves and the cleanliness that Havva brings is pleasing to the eye! A compliment in the form of a rose and a heart on a bed of petals simply delights! Snow-white linen and towels that are changed every day, delicious varied food, friendly and helpful hotel staff, a spa center...

We stayed at Granada Luxury Okurcalar from 19th - 24th October, the resort was very clean, the staff went above and beyond to accommodate our needs during our stay

Our room was on the 8th floor with a balcony and sea view, we couldn't see the sea or the pool as the wall was very high, however the room was very clean and spacious

The staff were friendly and truly made our holiday a holiday to remember, I would like to thank Mehmet, Atta & Muslim from the snack bar, Pasha & Bayram from the coffee bar and Muslim from the shark night club

There was a wide range of food and dessert options and the food was of a high standard. The night shows are always different and were very fun to watch

There is a lot of things to do throughout the day including activities such as water pollo, beach volleyball, darts etc

There is also an outdoor heated pool and very large indoor pool which our children preferred. The kids slides and the older kids/adult slides were fantastic, a really great addition

Plenty happening during the day by the pool too, including shows in the middle of the afternoon, but equally easy to have a relaxing time away from the noise

I would like to thank the hotel staff, manager Svetlana and guest relation chef Emir for resolving problems very quickly and professionally. To the maids, for their smiles and perfect cleanliness in the room

We came at the end of the season and found it to be a much quieter experience than in the height of summer - the final day, all the hotel guests were outnumbered by staff which actually was a great experience! The weather was excellent this time of year (Oct half term) and the pools and sea were plenty warm enough

So many chefs walking round and people to assist when needed. The food has been a real highlight. Worth noting as well how many bars and kiosks are dotted around for you to get drinks & snacks

We had the most wonderful stay at Mylome Luxury Hotel and felt so well taken care of. The dining staff and cleaners were always kind and professional, but the pool staff truly made our holiday unforgettable

In particular, guy called Speedy Gonzales. He is so full of energy, always smiling, and makes everyone feel welcome and special. Speedy makes the whole atmosphere around the pool brighter and happier

Special attention to the swim up rooms, this is generally cool, the rooms are located on several floors, from which there is a view of the sea, the pools are on the balconies. I recommend booking these rooms

Only 3 things that I did not like! 1 early morning drinks tea/coffee was only available at the beach bar which was a bit of a walk from the hotel, waking up early you can’t make hot drinks in your room due to the noise

Pools - spotless, water and surrounding areas, cleaned constantly through your day, no spilled drinks, no rubbish, drips from pool mopped up regularly) we didn’t get his name but we sat mostly at main pool 5, but it was kept immaculate

Skater team - again at main pool 5, our skater guy knew our drinks order by second day, made us feel special and catered for so well

The hotel has a beautiful, well-kept territory and relaxing atmosphere. Everything was clean, comfortable, and perfectly organized. Highly recommend for a peaceful and enjoyable vacation!

And the other bars don’t open until 8:00, 2, one of the bars did not have enough staff to deal with the amount of people that were waiting for drinks, it was only a small bar and everyone was there from either the fair or the mini disco

Our family room was huge with extremely comfortable beds, and the mini bar selection was excellent. The pool area is glorious, with plenty of space for everyone

Like most resorts, you do need to head down early to secure a sunbed, but aside from that, I have no complaints

Great food and drinks! Original brands of soda and alcohol was nice surprise and a big plus for us! Quality of food was also good, much better compared to some other 5 star all inclusive hotels

Exceptional hotel experience! Cuisine was outstanding-gourmet breakfast buffets, exquisite seafood, and decadent desserts

Pools are very nice but if you don't come early in the morning you will stay without sunbeds (same for the beach). The shore has rocks and you shouldn't go into the sea without swimming shoes

The sea was warm, and the beach was well maintained. We especially liked the animation team — they created a cheerful mood for everyone, even at the end of the season

We had a great holiday, food was good, the restaurant could do with fans outside as it was hot! Pool great, beach was good. Overall we had a great holiday even though we were the only English family staying.

Incredible place with everything around. There are two beaches, one better for snorkelling and observing the marine life. The pool is amazing, big enough with shallow areas for kids and a bit colder water than the sea

pros: It looked nothing like what it was in the photos, but overall, a good hotel. Pool was nice too and the sea was as well. However this didn't seem like a 5-star hotel, more like a 3-4

The food is great, each evening different type of cuisine. Rooms very comfortable and clean, friendly stuff, air conditioning working well

The facilities are top quality: the swimming pools are clean and well-maintained, there’s plenty of entertainment for children, and the food is simply outstanding — fresh, delicious, and with great variety every day

There’s also a river near the hotel that flows into the sea and brings in cold water. As a result, the sea itself was warm, but the top layer — about 10 cm — was noticeably colder, which made swimming unpleasant

Out of the three pools, only one is heated; the rest, including the kids’ and aqua zone pools, were cold, making it uncomfortable to swim

Despite the small staff, all departments were good. Oktoberfest was very nice 🩵The sports area was excellent, with many fitness classes. Dance and sports coach Gizem was excellent. We recommend the classes to everyone

We stayed 8 days at Kirman Premium Sidera Hotel as a family with three kids, and we couldn’t be happier with our experience. Everything was perfect — from the warm welcome to the excellent service throughout our stay

the prices in the hotel shops are reasonable, you can really bargain)))) we took a hookah - the hookah man was completely positive)))) the hotel is so thought out to the smallest detail that on any floor there is a place to sit and relax

The staff at the pool bar was very nice, we gave them some tipps of course but they treated us like kings

Beautiful place, view, pools we liked. But Poor animation program, same food every day. On the last day we got food poisoning…

Also, some people reserving sun beds and not being there for hours is not appreciated as others could use the sunbeds. Heating the pool by using solar power might be an idea

Beach ok but also there, too much of the space shaded by the fabric covers that cannot be moved. Guests better nationality wise compared to many other places in Turkiye

A wonderful hotel for a holiday with children. The relatively small area allows you to relax and look after the children (they won’t get lost, as happens in large areas). The beach is very close, clean, well-groomed area

Location ok near local shopping. Rooms served the purpose well. Thank you very much for the upgrade to the main building! Pool area rather nice

From the main building which was the furthest building from the entertainment area, it took about 3 to 4 min to get to the beach and the pools

One small minus is that sometimes it is challenging to find a sunny spot by the pool as too much of the area is shaded by the fabric roofing that cannot be moved

The beach is fine, although some sunbeds were broken—this is not the staff’s fault but rather the result of careless behavior by certain guests

If the hotel intends to cater exclusively to Russian-speaking guests, then perhaps reservations should be restricted accordingly. The swimming pool was another issue: the water was not changed once during our 7-day stay

I would have given 5 stars, but I must reduce the rating due to the impolite behavior of the tall receptionist, who acted arrogantly, mocked hotel guests, and refused to speak English or any other language besides Russian

Moreover, he even ridiculed Russian tourists, which left a very poor impression overall. The same problem applies to local tourists—those who do not speak Russian are denied both information and basic courtesy

The hotel staff, including the managers and waiters, deserve the highest praise for their dedication and hard work. They genuinely make an effort to ensure that everything is available to guests at all times

On a positive note, special thanks go to the animator Gamze and the spa center staff for their excellent service. The location is not ideal, but transportation is always available, and nothing is really too far away

Most of the rooms have a sea view and are directly facing the entertainment area, where there are every night extremely loud performances/shows/discos till midnight

The hotel has a lot of advantages. Between 16:00 and the dinner start, you can eat only in a la carte restaurant where you can order from menu some simple food, I think. I would better grab a sandwich or  finger food

Only one cook on the barbecue station during dinner time, disaster. Lack of simple shallow pool for babys. Nights are really cold in October so the water in the pools cools down and they didn't have heated water

Cant list everything but food was wonderful/ entertainment fun everynight/ beach was perfect/ pool was great with no rush for the sunbeds/ great massage at spa / oktoberfest so much fun. Coffee bar and waffles amazing

From the neighboring hotel you could hear entertainment by the pool, but here there was nothing, only aerobics. They wrote that at 12:00 there would be pool games, but there were none, just silence

First time we come to Saphir resort and we like here with my family. Because of restaurant and delicious food we gain to many calories but we’re lucky about everyday we had aqua gym with ilhan

All inclusive, but the food quality is not very good, meat products are especially not recommended. They also make you pick up beach towels from spa, where they try to sell you services like massage

The sea was good for those who know how to swim, not very suitable for children

The staff is overall ok, but some of them are rude. Nice beach and sea is very nice around this hotel's area. If you have a sensitive stomach, you should bring some medications

We got two rooms, one was a family room where two single beds were placed at the entrance, then there was a toilet and at the end the room with a door and a balcony (plenty of space), the other room was a standard double room

For our birthday, we were served drinks and fresh fruits in the room (these were surprises from the hotel). The pools were large and the most beautiful was the children's pool, which had a pirate theme

The beach setup is great, sunbeds are free and there’s a bar right next to the beach and pool so you can enjoy drinks without any costs. There are loads of shops and restaurants nearby

Bad things about the hotel: If you booked through On the Beach, be cautious when you arrive. You’ll likely get a text from a rep/tour guide. At first, it seems like he’s there to help but don’t trust everything he says

I’d definitely recommend Palm Restaurant, the food is incredible and the staff are fantastic! When you come out of the hotel, turn right and keep walking and you’ll find plenty of restaurants and shops further down the road

He’ll tell you there’s nothing around the hotel and offer you a free taxi to some “recommended” shops but this is misleading. There’s plenty to see just by walking out of the hotel

Turn left for lots of shopping and turn right for even better shops and restaurants! Another downside is that the hotel seemed to be full of rude Russian guests when we stayed

We were the only English guests, and queuing for drinks was frustrating, people would constantly push in front and the bar staff would serve them first even though they saw us waiting

I had a good experience,the hotel was okay,the food was good,the shows were amazing,i loved the aspect of the beach,but theyre all money hungry,the fact that you have to pay for wifi,and the workers always asking for tips is annoying,Some of them didnt want to serve me just bc i didnt tip
