Rooms nice but mattress on single beds very uncomfortable. Poor acoustic in rooms, apparently small swimming poole inside was heated- I don’t so- maybe 25-26 max

The absolute best piece though is the sea - 24 degrees, clear, turquoise water with a beach with pebble size stones (which is very good)

LOVED THIS HOTEL!!! Had a brilliant time with the family last year, ignore the reviews, people are too fussy! Food selection was great with wide variety and plenty of options to choose from

Every morning, fresh pastries for breakfast and freshly baked bread for lunch and dinner (for different tastes) Every day, new vegetable dishes appeared on the menu (which I was very happy about) A large selection of cheeses of different types

As for the beach, it's a separate song. The guys who work at the beach bar are great!!! Some of them speak 4 languages, and that's commendable! The beach was always clean and clean

There is also a cafe that is open from 11 to 17 and you can also sit there quietly, drink your coffee or your favorite (the most delicious in the world) tea with a tidbit of chiskeik (I sincerely recommend)

My girls are 13 & 16 this resort isn’t for their age group,but younger children were having the time of their lives which was nice to see. I don’t think they have many English speaking families here as 99

You have to put your towels on the deck chairs about a week early to beat one of the obvious nations to them. Thank you to the staff who through a difficult job always smiled and said hello

Close to good pebble beach and close to sea hence why the score of 3/5 has been given if not for pools and staff this score could have been considerably lower

The drinks on all inclusive are great and the waiters will deliver drinks to you at the pool. The entertainment at night is quite good and different each night they’d have dancers, competitions, bingo and disco

To the hotel management: please consider giving your staff a raise – they truly deserve it, they are the heart of this place! 💖 There’s only one small suggestion: for guests who are not strong swimmers, it would be great to have a shuttle to the nearby public beach, as it’s a bit difficult to walk there

Amazing Family Holiday at A Good Life Utopia Family Resort! I’m currently staying here (October 30, 2025), and I just have to say — this hotel is absolutely amazing! Whether you are a family with children or a young couple, you’ll find everything you need for a perfect holiday

The animators were fantastic — full of energy and made every day so much fun for both kids and adults. The whole atmosphere of the hotel was warm and welcoming. Everything was clean and well organized

Definitely you should try rakı with meze ✅ Quite location and big area. Good for walking during the day. ✅ Amazing sunset views ✅ Such a amazing shows during evenings for both adults and children

An amazing resort with amazing staff ✅ Staff speaks English and Russian ✅ From Lobby Ali bey was so kind and helpful for my every question and personally helped me to solve my questions

✅ From animation team “Funky” is the one of the best animoter I saw. He loves his job you can see and feel it and his energy is addictive. Grilled fish and meatballs were so good

Apologize for not remembering all the names! From the areas to improve: food (some) and alcohol were a bit below overall hotel experience. Beach is a bit rocky but large with wooden sidewalks

So, Justiniano was a great experience overall. Its so huge, that you have to "understand" the hotel. You have 6 bars, 5 restaurants and everyone has its pros and cons. The best bar is definitely a Moonlight bar

But to be fair entire staff deserve great thanks, one of the waiters who also played the guitar at the restaurant, lady welcoming guests at the restaurant, chief making pizza

And the master bartender - Mehmet (you can see in our photo) is a top notch bartender- 10/10. I really love to see such professionals and friendly persons in hotels

The restaurants are varying but the main one is GREAT! Always look into the GRILL section because you can always find some steaks, fish, etc there - AMAZING

We had a wonderful stay at Justiniano Deluxe Resort! The service was really excellent, and everyone from the staff was always friendly and helpful

Just returned from an amazing stay at Holiday Park Resort Name and everything was perfect! The beach was stunning, the pool was always clean and relaxing, and the restaurant served fantastic food with beautiful views

Unfortunately, we did experience one unpleasant situation inside the hotel. One evening, in front of several guests, the hotel manager harshly criticized the staff in a very inappropriate manner

5-Star Experience – A Perfect Holiday in Turkey! We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort in Turkey. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming

Access to the beach is also very convenient – the hotel shuttle runs every 10 minutes to and from the beach, so we never had to wait long

A special thanks goes to the waiter named Can, who played with all the children at the beach and made them feel at home. Thanks to him, our son felt as if he was truly among family

However, the beach bar was something exceptional – the staff working there were extremely friendly and welcoming

in general, everything was so stylishly fashionable for the youth for that time)), and the view from the balcony to the sea is amazing, we lived on the extreme floor, there were pentahaos above us (in them we also got to our friends, well, quite good numbers too)

Ppl in the store in hotel were also not so friendly. Beach The beach has sand and then rocks. Swimming can be a bit difficult, but still manageable

It is a good hotel with friendly and supportive personnel. There are some programs held during the day from dart, to disco and performance for children

Food & Drinks Food quality was decent, but after the third day it started to feel repetitive. Snack options were good, drinks were average. Fruit selection was limited but sufficient. soup was not available for everyone

• A power bank went missing, though we cannot be 100% certain it disappeared from the room. • The room in the building across the street was a major disappointment: visible dirt, cockroaches, and poor overall hygiene

Our room is terrible , it was very dirty, no one cleaned our room for 2 days, towels were not changed. Also the safe didn't work. As for the food and everything was super and tasty, entertainment was also good.

We have been guests in hotel on september 2025, hotel is quiet nice, food is tasty, rooms are clean, entertainmet is good, a big thanks to lovely Alia from Kids Club. We have had a good time and nice relax here.

New reconstuction of outside facilities (infinity pool). Quite a rush during dinner and lunch. Good a variety of meals for a week stay. Quality of services decreased during to years. not sharply, but recogniseable

Weng to this hotel for a Family vaccation. The area are perfekt, food and hospitlity. There is only one thing, spoken language. All event , even for the children was russian

I stayed here with my family for almost a week and I really enjoyed my stay here. The location of the hotel is beautiful, it is very close to the beach and the view is also amazing

The restaurant staff is practical and well-run. The bar staff is helpful, and the reception staff is always ready to help

The beach is with stones not with sand so you will need to use special footwear for it

Even at the end of my stay I was not tired by the food offer, which is a big compliment in itself. The only possible downside was noise from neighbouring hotels at night and I am not a fan of instant coffee

Communication in English and even Polish was easy. There was entertainment by the pool every day, and in the evenings in the amphitheater, there was always something interesting going on

It's beautiful, with plenty of bars and restaurants, plenty of food and snacks available practically 24 hours a day, great drinks, and the staff were very friendly and always smiling

We received the room decorated, champagne fruits, 45 min of massage both, a breakfast at the room and a la carte reserved for a day. The staff is very friendly, very polite

I wanted to book one of the al a carte restaurants as we could have 1 free booking, got told it had finished ! Entertainment was good on the night and beach foam party was fun! A lady called Janet was lovely to our daughter x Everything was in Euros which was annoying as we had English money or Lira , and was quite expensive

Our room 2125 was meticulously cleaned daily with towels and refreshments refreshed daily. Have been to many AIs but this was excellent. The food and service was excellent

Pool are is ideal size ,we did get up early every day to secure beds that we wanted but we did find that there was loads of beds enough for everyone including beds at private beach, the peir at beach is stunning and sea water was lovely for a swim although very rocky ,alot warmer than the pool in hotel which was absoloutely frozen every day!! Very good hotel, delicious food, very tasty alcohol but the snack bar always ask is about for who !!!!! Why we doon’t know !!!!!!! But beautiful view, and very fantastic people from animation team sprawiały and them so good and friendly with us

Excellent hotel, very cosy with accomodating staff. Highly recommended if you have kids! There’s lots of ammenities, great bars and overall things to do. Close to Alara Bazaar where you can buy plethora of stuff.
