Just comeback from 7 days all inclusive. In my opinion this 4star hotel .Lost of positive feedback like-good location,good customer service, good housekeeping, mini bar with glass Coca Cola, Fanta , close to private beach, good quality food , they didn’t charge for late check out , good gym,good atmosphere and music but also lots of room to improve- hotel was build in 1996, reception ask for 15euro per hr to put lights on tenis court, on arriving they put family of 4 to 3 bed room( however was resolved by manager next day). Rooms nice but mattress on single beds very uncomfortable. Poor acoustic in rooms, apparently small swimming poole inside was heated- I don’t so- maybe 25-26 max. Shop owner rude and tourist not welcome if you don’t want to pay x3 market value price.

they let me go at 12Pm even though they know i have my bus 2 hours later i don’t think that’s very much 5star hotel. the staff asked for money everyday.

I had a pleasant stay at the hotel. The staff were friendly and helpful, the room was clean and comfortable, and the location was very convenient. Breakfast could have had a bit more variety, but overall, it was a great experience.

Very good hotel, delicious food, an incredible number of meals, great service, delicious drinks, a great beach, swimming pools, peace and relaxation guaranteed. Great entertainment and evening programs, everything at a high level. Five-star hotel

I stay in at least 20 hotels a year through business and private travel. This is not a 5 star hotel. Advertises an indoor pool, but it’s closed during the summer and only used in bad weather. Then don’t advertise it. Some people don’t want to spend all day in the sun. Smokers everywhere. More accommodating to smokers than non-smokers. Games room only opens at 19:30, again don’t advertise it as an option if use is limited. Also, the information board shows 16:00 but when asked, it’s only the pool tables that open at 16:00. Guest relations has very limited english. Advertised additional a la carte restaurants but was told only able to book on Saturdays. Highly frustrated with this, as there were people dining at the restaurant the very day we asked for a booking. Dinner was extremely crowded, with long queues to dish up hot food. Gym only opens at 8:30. What about the people that prefer to exercise early morning? Guests reserve lounges from before 7am, even though it is indicated no reservations. So if you are not super early you don’t get a seat. Rooms are not cleaned properly. The soap dispenser is not refilled for the whole stay nor were dirty glasses replaced or coffee cups removed. Rooms are relatively spacious, but really lack comfort and style. There are little to no hooks in the room to hang towels, hats etc. And no decor. The shower temperature doesn’t remain consistent. And the rooms are not soundproof. On the plus side, the pools are very clean and we enjoyed the swimming. The pier on the ocean is a very nice touch and we enjoyed lounging on it or swimming in the sea. What did stand out were the massage therapists. I would highly recommend going for a massage. Overall I would not recommend this for a 5 star experience and I am surprised the hotel received this rating and maintains it.

The hotel presents itself as a 5-star property, but the level of service and quality is far below expectations. The food selection is very limited and not up to the standard the hotel claims. The staff is unfriendly and shows no willingness to assist guests. Room cleanliness is not at a satisfactory level – I expected much more for this price. The beach is poor, overcrowded, and lacks any privacy. Rooms with a “sea view” also overlook the pool, which means constant noise. At night, workers move sunbeds around the pool, creating even more noise, so a peaceful sleep is impossible. Overall, this is not a professional hotel and guests are not valued here. Unfortunately, I would not recommend it to anyone expecting quality and service worthy of 5 stars.

We had a fantastic stay! Everything was very well organized, especially the food, which was delicious and varied. Our room was clean, comfortable, and tidied up nicely every day. The mini disco for the children was a real highlight, and the evening shows were both fun and entertaining for the whole family. The staff were incredibly kind and welcoming, and the animation team kept the atmosphere lively with activities throughout the day. We had an early morning flight at 6 AM, which meant we had to leave the resort around 1:30 AM. Just as we were about to head out, our rental car suddenly wouldn’t start — a very stressful moment in the middle of the night! Thankfully, two security guards quickly came over to help us. They managed to get the car running again within minutes, and thanks to them, we made it to the airport on time. Huge thanks and a big thumbs up to the staff for their help and quick action! Truly appreciated. In short, we had a wonderful holiday and would definitely love to come back!

We've visited this hotel which presents it self as 24 hour ultra all inclusive... We've expected 24 hour food and beverage access... not at all You can eat between 7-21, after 21:00 poor service Hotel itself was very clean, rooms were very nice, just the meal and dishes acces weren't sufficient
