The hotel consists of a main building and site of Theodore, made in a Roman style that allows you to feel the magic of Roman history. Consists of one 7-storey building and one 6-storey block Theodora (300 to the beach). Between Theodora and the main building through road.

Beach: own sandy-pebbly beach, the first coastal line. Umbrellas, sunbeds, mattresses, towels – free of charge. The length of the beach – 100 m.
Food. Ultra All Inclusive (07:00 – 24:00)
Breakfast, brunch, lunch, dinner buffet. Night soup at certain times of the day variety of snacks. Alcoholic and non-alcoholic drinks of local production – for free.

You have 6 bars, 5 restaurants and everyone has its pros and cons.
The best bar is definitely a Moonlight bar. And the master bartender - Mehmet (you can see in our photo) is a top notch bartender- 10/10. I really love to see such professionals and friendly persons in hotels.
The restaurants are varying but the main one is GREAT!
Always look into the GRILL section because you can always find some steaks, fish, etc there - AMAZING.
The beach is very nice, but it's Stone-ish - which is acceptable and the water is AMAZING and AZURE - wonderful.
This hotel is like 95% Russian, which is absolutely not a problem but the personal know more Russian than English. So bear this in mind. But personal know English as well (e.g. the Mehmet from the bar).
Generally, we LOVED the stay and I would definitely would come back. I love it here
From the areas to improve: food (some) and alcohol were a bit below overall hotel experience.
Rooms were nice and clean. Area is full of trees. Beach is a bit rocky but large with wooden sidewalks.
When we checked in very little informations about the hotel we're presented to us. We received a list with the time tables and a map that is ONLY in russian. And before we checked out, i asked if we can have some help with getting all the luggage down from Theodora building to the reception at 01:10 AM, they said there is no staff at that hour( i think the name of the person who said that was MURAT) BUT SURPRISE, I SAW IN FRONT OF MY EYES THE CART WITH A GUY DOING A RUN FOR SOMETHING AT 1:20 AM(took a picture of him :) ) Probably i needed to tip and beg them for the service 0/5 despicable.
We stayed in the Theodora building, which is on top of the hill pretty far away from the beach and you need to cross a dangerous street full of buses and trucks in from of the building with no pedestrian crossing right before a sharp corner.
The rooms were nice and spatious, clean and the cleaning service was very nice.
The bathroom shower had problems with the drain, if you used the top shower on max speed all the bathroom floor was flooded. From time to time the smell from the plumbing came into the room and smelled very bad.
The food was ok, no health hazard, but for a 5 stars hotel was mediocre at best, the only different thing from a 3 or 4 star hotel menu was the constant choice of grilled/oven fish, a nice choice of sweets and the fresh made burgers from the beach bar. They had 3 restaurants that needed 1 or 2 days reservation before going there, italian was full, we tried the turkish one, almost the same food from the main restaurant, just presented in a nice way.
The beach had a limited capacity based on the number of the guests that were present. To enter the water you needed rock shoes and it was very steep. From knee height to neck height in 1-2 meters.
All in all, the hotel was ok, had a lot of issues, but besides the lack of help with informations from the reception desk and poor english skill of the staff nothing was a deal breaker.
