The hotel was exceptionally disappointing. It barely deserves 3 stars. Let's start with the extremely unpleasant staff, especially the receptionist who works at night, who constantly talks down to people, glares at them and, expressing dissatisfaction, offers even worse conditions. And to be honest, I realized that they don't understand English! Upon arrival, you are not given rooms, you are put in a different type of room, and in order to get your own, they give you the keys to an untidy one and tell you to go and see for yourself if it suits you. Now, about everything separately: Staff - in October the rooms are full, but they have already laid off employees and there is a huge shortage of them. When there are several employees working at dinner, although they do it pitifully, the bartender in the lobby bar is left without help. The employees don't really try, they don't maintain cleanliness, don't take care of tools, etc. Cleanliness - everywhere is a big problem. The standard rooms are still well maintained by the staff, but everywhere else everything is neglected. Food - deplorable food. The best thing for breakfast is fried eggs and pancakes, it is difficult to find anything edible at all for lunch. In the evening, the situation is somewhat saved by grill dishes. The soups are really inedible, they are chemical. There is no variety of fruit. Desserts are just inedible because of the chemical. Some of the dishes right at the entrance remain untouched by anyone. Snacks - the snacks at the snack bar are the same every day, burgers with meat that even cats cannot eat, cold fries that are fried and left cold. For sweet snacks, they bring cookies that taste like sand. The same every day. Drinks - very poor local drinks, cocktails are tasteless, you have to wait for them for a very long time. You can only drink beer in reality. Wifi - there is no free one in the rooms! It is only at the reception. It is a pity. Beds - so hard that lying on your side all the time hurts your hip. Lifeguards - four lifeguards doing the most unreal job, who just sit all day, talk on the phone, laugh and run to eat nasty snacks. And the fact that there is garbage lying around, dirty sunbeds everywhere, they don't care at all. By the way, they often inappropriately and unpleasantly cling to vacationers. Pools - icy water, but clean. There is not a single hot tub for small children. Entertainment - the children's animator is simply powerless, and entertainment actually took place once a week. All other evenings, when it rained, there was no adult entertainment, nothing was planned on Sunday. During the day, I saw a couple of people who organized yoga, water volleyball. Visitors - an extremely unpleasant audience, noisy, swearing, pushing for food. Russians, Kazakhs, Poles, Lithuanians. I will never recommend it to anyone.

We don’t recommend this hotel at all, choose some other place, like seriously! We travelled there as a family of four together with another family of four friends. Based on our stay, this is not a 5-star hotel – at best, it feels like a 3-star. Food & Drinks: The food selection and taste were mostly awful. Breakfasts were the worst, lunches a bit better, and dinners were the only meal that was acceptable. Drink selection was also poor: juices were undrinkable, alcohol quality was the cheapest, and the cocktails reflected that. Rooms: The rooms were clean upon arrival, but during our stay they were barely cleaned. Housekeeping often forgot essentials such as toilet paper or towels. There were also several maintenance issues: a ceiling lamp and a power socket fell out, one of the beds had broken corners, and the balcony door didn’t close completely. Some issues were fixed, but not all. Service & Security: The hotel lost one of our clothing items sent for cleaning. Even worse, €50 was stolen from our bag in the room during the stay, which we believe happened during cleaning. When we raised the issue, the reception told us to call the police. Once the police arrived, we were told we’d have to hire translators at €300 to file a report, or sign a document in Turkish (which we couldn’t even photograph or translate) that apparently stated we had no claims against the hotel. Later, hotel staff even threatened we wouldn’t be able to check out until we signed that document. We refused and had to involve our tour agency to resolve the situation. Overall, the reception and management showed no concern and provided no real help. Positives: The only things we liked were the hotel’s territory with its own access to the beach, and the evening entertainment. Other concerns: During our stay, three people from our family (including myself) and one from our friends’ family suffered food poisoning with vomiting and diarrhea for a day. We did not drink tap water, so it must have come from food or drinks. We later noticed other recent reviews also mentioning the same issue.

Dirty plates, glasses. All the children in the hotel get rotavirus. At dinner in Alya Kart, ants are crawling on the table. The sea is dirty, the beach is in cigarette butts! Terrible impression!
