We had a wonderfull time with our family at the Oz Sui hotel and we will come back for sure! The guest relations ladies: Emine and Inez for the way they took care of us and for the organisation of our daughters birthday party. And ofcourse Ecem cause she is always smiling, Metin and Sevket for the drinks, Goksel for the entertainment and Cihan for looking after us at diner time. 5-Star Experience – A Perfect Holiday in Turkey!

We had an absolutely fantastic stay at this all-inclusive resort in Turkey. From the moment we arrived, everything was smooth and welcoming. The staff truly go above and beyond to make sure guests feel comfortable and cared for.

A special mention must go to Nina, the massage therapist at the spa , she is absolutely brilliant! Her massages were deeply relaxing and therapeutic, and she really knows how to tailor each session to your needs. The entire spa team was friendly, professional, and created a calm, rejuvenating atmosphere. I would highly recommend taking advantage of the spa services during your stay!

The hotel staff, from reception to restaurant teams, were always smiling, helpful, and efficient. The cleaners also deserve a big thank you , our room was spotless every day, and the attention to detail throughout the resort was impressive.

The food, facilities, and service were all top-notch, and we left feeling completely refreshed. We can’t wait to return!

Very good hotel experience. I came here for my honeymoon. Everything was perfect. We received the room decorated, champagne fruits, 45 min of massage both, a breakfast at the room and a la carte reserved for a day. The staff is very friendly, very polite.

We have stayed in many hotels before, but this one truly exceeded our expectations. The staff is incredibly kind and always ready to help, which impressed us from the very beginning. Access to the beach is also very convenient – the hotel shuttle runs every 10 minutes to and from the beach, so we never had to wait long.

From the moment we arrived at the reception, we were warmly welcomed by the bellboys. We would especially like to mention a young man named Ali, who also helped us on our departure. His kindness and professionalism left a strong impression on us – he even helped us weigh our suitcases manually since we didn’t have small change for the scale, and his estimate turned out to be completely accurate at the airport. Attention like this is something truly special.

The food in the hotel was excellent, and all the bars were of a high standard. However, the beach bar was something exceptional – the staff working there were extremely friendly and welcoming. A special thanks goes to the waiter named Can, who played with all the children at the beach and made them feel at home. Thanks to him, our son felt as if he was truly among family.

Unfortunately, we did experience one unpleasant situation inside the hotel. One evening, in front of several guests, the hotel manager harshly criticized the staff in a very inappropriate manner. This left a negative impression, not only on us but also on other guests who witnessed it. Her unfriendly attitude and the way she looked at people made us feel uncomfortable. Honestly, although we would gladly return because of the wonderful staff and waiters, we decided never to come back to this hotel because of her behavior.

Overall, the hotel is beautiful, the food and service excellent, and the staff simply fantastic – especially the bartenders and the beach staff who made our stay truly enjoyable. Unfortunately, one member of the management can spoil the overall impression, but that does not diminish the effort and kindness of the workers, to whom we give our highest praise.

The hotel is very fascinating, me and my family were mesmerized by the architecture and how good it is organized. Tha managers have thought of every little detail that you wouldn't even think about! From automatic doors in the public restrooms on every floor to the pastry that looks like it's from Paris, this hotel really catches the eye on the inside and the outside with the beautiful statues of Poseidon. The beach is very easy to reach, the food is very delicious 😋 you can really tell that the hotel is taken care of, I can't wait to return there next year😍🥰

We stayed at the hotel for eight days. It was our first vacation in Turkey, and it was wonderful. The hotel met all our expectations. It's beautiful, with plenty of bars and restaurants, plenty of food and snacks available practically 24 hours a day, great drinks, and the staff were very friendly and always smiling. Communication in English and even Polish was easy. There was entertainment by the pool every day, and in the evenings in the amphitheater, there was always something interesting going on. We greatly appreciated the wonderful Polish animator, Justyna, who was always there to help, and the hotel manager, who speaks many languages, including Polish. It's exceptional that they're eager to learn Polish here to better care for their Polish guests and make them feel comfortable. The beach is a short walk away, but quite steep, and you can reach it by hotel shuttle every 10 minutes. The beach is beautiful and has a nice bar. We can wholeheartedly recommend this hotel ❤️

Excellent hotel, delicious food. In peak season, there's no problem finding free space in the restaurant or at the swimming pool. The hotel is very clean. There's really nothing to complain about. The staff is friendly and helpful. Special thanks to Justyna, the animator, who does a fantastic job, always helpful and smiling! Big applause for OZ Hotel!

Great hotel. We had to change the rooms twice since we specifically asked for views to the pool but maybe they did not understand us. The food is good and there is a wide variety of it at each meal. The beach is nice and a tractor picks you up and leaves you right at the beach where drinks and food is also present and included in the price of the hotel. They have live festivals each day and always prepare and clean the seats etc each time. Overall good price for the stay
