Hello, we stayed at the hotel in October. The hotel was good, but the staff were indifferent and there were many arguments. Aylin Hanım, who worked in the lobby, was a very good employee.

The hotel offers good value for money, but the experience strongly depends on the building and room category you choose.
Accommodation
We booked two rooms in different buildings.
• The room in the central building was very good, with a nice view. However, ventilation was weak.
• Cleaning service was generally good, but sometimes too intrusive: staff entered the room even when the “Do not disturb” sign was on.
• A power bank went missing, though we cannot be 100% certain it disappeared from the room.
• The room in the building across the street was a major disappointment: visible dirt, cockroaches, and poor overall hygiene. At night, mice were seen near the pool area. Corridors and floors in this building looked like they had not been properly cleaned for years.
Staff
Most staff members were quite strict and not very friendly.
An exception were the Asian bartenders, who were welcoming and pleasant to talk to.
The woman working at the guest/booking desk (à la carte reservations) was especially friendly, professional, and left a very positive impression.
Spa & À la carte
Spa service was disappointing. Rules such as towel replacement being allowed only once were not communicated clearly. The overall attitude of the spa staff felt unwelcoming.
À la carte restaurants were limited (fish and Italian, although more options were mentioned in the information). Only one visit was allowed and availability was very restricted.
Food & Drinks
Food quality was decent, but after the third day it started to feel repetitive.
Snack options were good, drinks were average.
Fruit selection was limited but sufficient.
Occasionally, after 1 h. soup was not available for everyone.
Territory & Entertainment
The hotel territory is beautiful, with some newly renovated areas.
Children’s entertainment was excellent — 10/10.
Pools and animation programs were enjoyable.
Ppl in the store in hotel were also not so friendly.

It is a good hotel with friendly and supportive personnel. There are some programs held during the day from dart, to disco and performance for children.
I explained the items well enough in each category, but in short I can say you wont regret giving there with the money you pay. The waterpark was also nice

The hotel is wonderful, the view is good, the sea is good, the problem is that it is difficult to find an authorized person to deal with the system, when there was a problem at night, we had to wait for the morning. They gave us a defective room.

This isn't my first time at this hotel. The restaurant has been renovated, and there are several different dining areas. The food is just as delicious. There are plenty of activities throughout the day. The rooms are always well-cleaned. There are several swimming pools, one of which is heated, and there's also a water park with six slides

I would rate this resort 8 out of 10. Overall, I had a good stay, but there are some points that should be improved:
1. The resort clearly focuses on Russian tourists. If you speak English, communication is difficult and there are almost no activities for you. Even the check-in form at the reception was only in Russian, Turkish, and French, which is quite surprising for an international resort.
2. Cleanliness could be improved. The hotel is generally clean, but there are details that are overlooked, such as dirty walls, very dirty elevators in my opinion, and sometimes bed sheets that are not perfectly clean.
3. The food is varied and tastes good, but it is very repetitive. After a few days it becomes a bit boring.
What I liked: the hotel is recently renovated, the lobby terrace is very nice and serves good drinks, the pool is large and clean, and the food, although repetitive, is tasty.
What could be better: the availability of sunbeds is a real issue.

The hotel is in a great location with a beautiful setting. Having direct access to the sea and lots of activities for kids especially mini-Disco, makes it a really good choice for families.
The restaurants are nice and the food is tasty, but the choices are a bit limited and the cuisine doesn’t have much variety.
Our room was on the smaller side for a family of more than three. It had been renovated, but you could still see signs of the hotel’s age, rusty doors, a very small bathroom, and no working Ventilation in the bathroom , which was tough in the hot and humid August weather.
One thing I noticed is that service was much smoother for Russian speaking guests, since most of the reception and guest relations staff seemed to be Russian.
The worst part of our stay was the check-out. I had asked for a late check-out several times in advance and was told it would be possible, but when I went to arrange it, they suddenly denied it. On top of that, our room keys were deactivated at 11 am even though check-out time is listed as 12. After going back and forth, they finally allowed late check-out but only for an extra fee. I didn’t mind paying, but they couldn’t provide an invoice and I had to wait for quit a time which was frustrating. What really bothered me was seeing another guest get late check-out for free from the same receptionist who had refused me. When I asked why, I got no response.
Overall, the location and family-friendly features are great, but the service felt inconsistent, and the check-out experience left a bad impression.

Place is nice, wish the rooms were nicer but with the offered price, I guess it is good. Hotel staff is great, always ready to help and make your stay more enjoyable. I loved the animators, especially Sofia, she is friendly, always with a smile of her face and ready to advise/help you to have the best experiences during your stay.

The hotel is really beautiful, clean and comfortable What I couldn't say about the receptionist, specifically about one woman, Anna or Angela, a Russian-speaking black-haired woman who is a real nightmare and a shame for this hotel. For three days, she kept asking us to change our room, the first time she let us into a room that was supposedly used in an unusable condition. The next day, after much fuss, she gave us the key to another room that was adapted, which we didn't need. This person is the face of this hotel, who judges people by nationality, which is not true for Turkey. Fortunately, we got lucky the third time and met the manager, who was a Turkish girl. Thanks to her, we were finally able to rest and sleep normally on the third day.
