Side Aventus Hotel

This hotel is far from 4*. When we arrived we didn't have towels in our room at all, and there were only 2 small bottles of water. The elevator is not working on the pair room side, halls are dirty and air conditioning is not working properly. We were given a room on the 4th floor with a noisy air conditioner. When we asked to change the room they tried to trick us that they are full but since I was persistent they gave us a room on the second floor. They weren't able to put 3 sets of towels a single day, water also, shower gel as well. The beach is beautiful but is far away from the beach bar, and the sea, there is also always something missing in the beach bar, either beer or salt, or ketchup. Food on the beach is poor, frozen burgers nuggets and turkish pita. Fries are tasty. When the vitamin bar was installed they are not offering fruits anymore and vitamin smoothies are expensive. They also never have beach towels. However, food is delicious, Chefs are really trying and making sure nothing is lacking, Italian dishes are poor but Turkish are great. There is a big selection of salads and pastry and are actually tasty. There is a night program, animation team is great, staff is also hard working although the conditions are bad.
