The cleaning of our room was poor. The floors were dirty and hadn't been vacuumed or mopped. We also ran out of toilet paper and had to go to the front desk to get more. On top of that, there was no soap in the bathroom. Smoking outside does not have any regulation, not good for non-smokers.

We spent 10 nights at the Seaden Corolla in April 2023. Really nice hotel. I wasn't expecting it to be so clean, but everything was really nice and beautiful. Loved the food, there was no moment to be bored, the animation team did a lot! They really did everything to make you feel good. Also in the evening there was a programm every night.

We had a very nice family vacation at Grand Șeker hotel. The rooms are indeed small and the balcony for one of the triple rooms we had was very small, but the other double room had a big terrace as it was located on the last floor. Superb 5* hotel. Great selection of food everyday, fantastic pool with plenty of sunbeds, good kids room/playground. Entertainment was good, and room was comfortable. side note: the local area/hotel is mainly geared towards germans as the majority of guests appeared to be german . Didn't bother us at all, except for when going to the entertainment in the evenings and it was all in german so was difficult...

Overall it is a nice, budget-friendly hotel, but some things could be improved. Food is hit and miss, too many stews, and not much choice from the grill - every day it was just one type of grilled meat (lamb, chicken etc) and one type of grilled fish. Usually Turkish hotels have shish, köfte etc available for every dinner. No card with coctails, you can only order spirit + cola, fanta etc but the bartenders...

We booked an all inclusive holiday from Czech Republic. We paid about 1000 EUR for one week, no transfer. While the room is quite spacious and beds are really comfy, for that price you expect a better service. Tastefully and modernly furnished hotel, romantic place for nice honeymoon, where you can enjoy beatiful walks on the beach. I recommend a great hotel. everything was fine from the room, food, pools, beach and staff. just behind the hotel is mainly a shopping street, so an ideal location. we will come back again

4th time in this hotel. As always we had a great time. We were pleasantly supprised that there was some changes. The area arround the pool is changed and now it is better then it was. The animation team was better then ever... great shows! All in all we had a great and relaxing 14 days. See you next summer!

A non-smoking hotel full of ashtrays. The "no smoking" signs in the hotel are a joke when people smoke on balconies, terraces, during meals, by the pool, at the bar, and on the beach... really disgusting. The claim that the hotel is family-friendly is quite bold when no reasonable parent would want to expose their children to constant cigarette smoke. Most of the staff, unfortunately, don't speak English...

We spent in this hotel 11 days in half of June. Hotel is especially for german guests, staff can speak german very well, but we speak only english and no everyone from staff can speak english, it is not so good and professional.
