Smile Hotel

In the hotel, the cleaning team, the reception, the cafe, the restaurant and the managers were very friendly people who did their job very well. sister is very good at her job, constant cleaning, change of cloth, change of towel, cleaning with medicine, the room was very nice, thanks for everyone's effort

We rested in Smile in August, I liked everything very much. Small cozy hotel with a convenient location. Very helpful and helpful staff, nice rooms, everything worked, cleaning every day, clean linens, towels changed every day. Great pool with a cool slide. The food is monotonous, but everything is delicious, a lot of vegetables, fruits, watermelon, grapes, apples, oranges. There was no pastry. Well, in general, we were not hungry. And what a gorgeous sea, warm, clean, sand. If you want calm, then you need to take the hotel bus for 5 minutes, and if you like jumping on the waves, then walk for about 15 minutes. In general, we had a great rest. It fully justifies its 3 stars.

We rested with a child in this hotel from 2 to 11 August.
On the plus side: excellent helpful staff, they try to speak Russian. Big hello to the bus driver who took me to the beach. A very positive uncle. Quiet area. To the antique Side 20 minutes at a leisurely pace. The hotel area is very clean and well appointed.
Cold / hot water was always available. The air conditioner worked fine. Flat TV set, 3 Russian channels.
Wi-fi is free, in principle, I caught it everywhere (except our room).
Cons: the food is monotonous, few sweets and fruits, there were only oranges, watermelon, grapes and apples. But everything was delicious. In principle, for 9 days of rest, nothing bothered. For those who are on the PP, food will go with a bang (a lot of vegetables, little sweets).
Our room was not taken away from the word at all. This, I mean, washes the floors. Only garbage was removed. Linen and towels were not changed. There is a cloud of dust under the beds.
In the voucher, the room was paid for the standard, but settled in the economy. Two single beds, wardrobe, dressing table, air conditioner, TV. Very small balcony.
The beach is shared with the Joker hotel, it was not very convenient. When they brought us at 9:00, all the sun loungers were already practically occupied. The beach itself is very dirty, there are a lot of gobies (well, the guilt of the people is the pigs who throw them). It would be possible to install a couple of trash bins.
Overall we liked it. Would we come here again? Perhaps yes.
