While I wouldn't say it was a 4 or 5 star experience, it was significantly better than the Side Yesiloz Hotel which I stayed at the prior month. From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was so warm and welcoming that we immediately felt at home – or maybe even better than home! The staff were incredibly kind and attentive, always smiling and ready to help with anything we needed. Over all Excellent stay can't complain Really clean, helpful friendly members of staff. Nice all inclusive food not gourmet standard but good. Free shuttle to beach which had its own sunbeds, toilets and beach bar which includes food and drink. Loads of shops in area minute walk. Top tip- the lobby bar has a good selection of branded spirits included in all inclusive.

Very nice resort. Short walk to th beach. There are cart that carry you to the beach. We preferred walking. Good food. Algida ice-cream. A lot of places to eat. I gave it 5 stars just to make it stand out. It's absolutely heartbreaking. It's better to stay in an ordinary guesthouse instead of coming here, both for your health and peace of mind, than to be disappointed by the thought of a 4-star hotel. People are waiting in line to eat, and if you don't wait the 30-45 minutes at the barbecue, you'll either run out of food (every day, grilled chicken) or leave...

What I liked most about this hotel was the experience at the spa, a real relaxation, and the staff was very nice and attentive. I also liked the entertainment team that always made sure we felt good. Instead, the disadvantages of the hotel were: the reception staff do not know much English, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, the wi-fi is for not for free, the seif as well.

Actually it's hardly a 4star hotel. The beach is very dirty. There are no beach towels, however the beaches and hotels nearby offer towels. At the dinner you can't find a place to seat. The hotel is overbooked. Sometimes you have to ask to clean the room twice a day, and it won't be cleaned. The pool is fine, after 15:00 you can enjoy a shadow over the part of it. Very beautiful design, so kind full staff, a complete list of amenities, nice pool, sauna, a good fitness club, so delicious foods and a large variety of foods! All together in the Blue Paradise Side hotel. If you want to relax and have a nice vacation this hotel is a good choice.

The rooms are good as is the pool. Unfortunately the all inclusive side of the hotel let's it down. It's really just full board with some drinks included. A snack selection would help it out as would a wider range of drinks. Staff are friendly and the area at the beach is very good.
