This hotel was a perfect choice for us, a married couple! It’s such a family friendly hotel and has every amenity needed. The food is great and never short of supplies or freshness. The shows were great, amusing and suits every age group. The only improvements we’d suggest is asking the next door hotel to lower their speakers’ volume, also it would be nice for the hotel to cater to more English speakers...

We had an absolutely fantastic stay with our family, It was a perfect family trip for me, my wife, and our two children (ages 12 and 9). The room facilities were top-notch—clean, spacious, and very well-maintained. What really stood out was the incredible staff. They were always smiling, ready to help, and were so good with our kids. What I liked most about this hotel was the experience at the spa, a real relaxation, and the staff was very nice and attentive. I also liked the entertainment team that always made sure we felt good. Instead, the disadvantages of the hotel were: the reception staff do not know much English, the cleanliness of the rooms leaves much to be desired, the wi-fi is for not for free, the seif as well.

Actually it's hardly a 4star hotel. The beach is very dirty. There are no beach towels, however the beaches and hotels nearby offer towels. At the dinner you can't find a place to seat. The hotel is overbooked. Sometimes you have to ask to clean the room twice a day, and it won't be cleaned. The pool is fine, after 15:00 you can enjoy a shadow over the part of it. Drinks are very bad. I couldn't even...

Very beautiful design, so kind full staff, a complete list of amenities, nice pool, sauna, a good fitness club, so delicious foods and a large variety of foods! All together in the Blue Paradise Side hotel. If you want to relax and have a nice vacation this hotel is a good choice.

The rooms are good as is the pool. Unfortunately the all inclusive side of the hotel let's it down. It's really just full board with some drinks included. A snack selection would help it out as would a wider range of drinks. Staff are friendly and the area at the beach is very good.
