I've stayed here for a week now, and overall it's been okay.
Facilities: Somewhat old, the room door couldn't be locked.
Cleanliness: The room wasn't cleaned for the last two days I stayed.
Service: The staff were friendly and attentive.
Environment: The environment is alright.

The hotel is in a non-descript area. Very limited dining options within 15-20 minutes walking distance.
The worst thing was that 4 out of 5 floors of the hotel are designated as smoking, and the rooms smell pretty badly (we had 2 rooms and they smelled just the same).

Yes, it's very convenient. I stayed here for several nights on a business trip. The transportation is convenient, and it's very convenient for eating and shopping. The hotel's service attitude is also very good and they will take the initiative to help customers.

In general, it is an above average hotel. Low-rise, with parking, very close to the mosque for those interested. It was clean and the breakfast was good. However, it would be a lie if I said that I didn't have any problems because the siphon was broken. They also need to remove the plastic flower in the room. What is a plastic flower for God's sake?

I think the hotel does not have the power to buy bottled water. It is bad that there is no tea service at breakfast. The cleaning in the bathroom was not enough. The towels were taken when they first opened. I think the shower cabin was cleaned last time the hotel opened. I think the breakfast was okay.

We had a problem at the reception when checking in, there is no closed water in the restaurant, there is a shortage of staff, they are indifferent, they are irrelevant, the rooms are very small and narrow, there is no balcony, there is no area for smoking, there is no balcony or terrace. We sat in the lobby, they serve drinks and there is no staff to ask about it, bad...!

Good choice for staying in Gaziantep
I stayed at the hotel for 1 night. The staffs are friendly and helpful. The bed is comfortable and room is clean! Good breakfast buffet. Highly recommended for everyone!

Really is very fantastic hotel location, service, cleaning, big rooms all staff very friendly specially Hussein, top & great buffet excellent .
