Sh Hotel in Ras Al Khaimah

My stay at this hotel was extremely disappointing in every aspect. The place was dirty, poorly maintained, and far from what was advertised.
There were bed bugs & cockroaches , which made the stay very uncomfortable and unacceptable for any hotel.
Cleanliness was clearly not a priority here, and the overall environment felt unhealthy.
Honestly, this was a very bad experience and I will never come back again.
I strongly advise people not to waste their money here. There are much better options elsewhere.

Stayed in December at AED 140 per night. Reception staff are very cooperative.
Unfortunately, the room condition was poor. The room was not clean, paint was peeling off the walls, and overall maintenance is required.
The biggest issue was the presence of insects in the room, which was very uncomfortable.
In addition, the TV channels were not working. The staff informed me that this was a common issue in all rooms due to a lack of channel connectivity.
I stayed one night on the 1st floor, then moved to another floor, but the issues remained, so I eventually changed the hotel.
There are clubs on the ground floor and the 4th floor, making the rooms very noisy, especially at night.

Reached hotel at night and location is at corner of city. Hotel is badly needed renovation. Staff was ok but lack of professionalism. Night Club and spa are available but not visited. Room was spacious with balcony but furniture was dirty and outdated. No sleeper, shampoo, dental kit, kettle or anything. Flush wasn't working properly. So overall didnot liked anything at all but just able to slept at night in bed. Free parking available next to hotel.

Worst Hotel Experience

This was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had in the UAE. If you’re looking for peace and rest, this is definitely not the place to stay. The service is extremely poor, and to make matters worse, there is a noisy club on the first floor that plays unbearably loud music until 5 AM. It was impossible to sleep because of the constant disturbance.

Even if the stay were offered for free, I would never return. Strongly not recommended.

I honestly don’t know where to start – this was by far one of the worst hotel experiences I’ve ever had.

First, the surroundings of the hotel are just sand and dust everywhere, which already gives a bad impression before even stepping inside. Once you enter, the hygiene is absolutely below zero. The hotel itself has an unpleasant smell, and the room had a weird odor that made it feel uncomfortable from the very beginning.

When I tried to rest on the bed, I immediately felt itching and bites all over my body. The only “good” thing they did was send housekeeping to change the sheets after I complained that our skin was getting irritated.

The TV in the room didn’t have a remote control, and when I asked reception, they simply said, “We don’t have any.” I then asked if I could at least connect it to my own device, and their answer was: “The TV doesn’t work.” Absolutely unacceptable.

The furniture was in terrible shape – old, dirty, and worn-out. But the biggest nightmare was the noise. Apparently, there’s a nightclub in the hotel or nearby, and it was blasting music all night long. Zero chance of sleeping peacefully.

On top of that, the curtains didn’t block any daylight, so even after a sleepless night, the morning sun made sure you couldn’t get any rest. The room lighting was horrible as well – just one small yellow bulb that hurt the eyes more than it helped.

There was a safe in the closet, but it didn’t even open properly. We tried for more than half an hour, and it just kept making a buzzing sound until the battery died.

We had booked two nights but could not tolerate staying any longer. After the first night, we decided to leave immediately. It was such a disturbing and disappointing experience that I wouldn’t repeat it even if the stay was offered for free.

I strongly advise anyone considering this place to avoid it completely.
