The furniture is very old, and there was a bad smell in the room. Although there is a window, it cannot be opened at all. The beach is not located at the hotel, so you need to go by car or use the hotel bus.
The air conditioning was not working properly, and the hot water in the shower takes around 5 minutes to come. In addition, the water has a strong chlorine smell.
Overall, the stay was uncomfortable and disappointing.
Saeed is everything you want at a hotel front desk: genuinely friendly, welcoming, and incredibly efficient. He made our check-in process seamless—it was quick, easy, and we were in our room in no time at all. After a long journey, having such a smooth and friendly start makes a huge difference.
Managers like Saeed are true assets; he is the perfect, friendly face for the hotel. Highly recommend this hotel for its beautiful setting and excellent service!
We also had the chance to chat with a young lady named Shakira, who was especially friendly. Very kind, attentive, and easy to talk to, she added an even more pleasant touch to our experience at the hotel.

The staff were very friendly and professional, especially Chaw Su, who works as a waitress. She was extremely polite, helpful, and provided excellent service during my stay. Her kindness and positive attitude really made my experience even better.

He also helped my colleagues and ensured that all of us were happy and had everything we needed—paying attention to every small detail.
The service overall was exceptional, and the staff were friendly, respectful, and very helpful. The atmosphere in the hotel is welcoming and makes you feel like you’re at home.
