The hotel is clean. The location was good for a 2 night stopover from Australia, 15 minutes by car. Not so good if you want to be close to shops & sightseeing experiencing what Dubai has to offer. As 4 star hotel it is just accepted stay the main point need to enhanced is :, Food taste quality it is really not that good it is less than accepted . Make sure to book a room with a balcony, the view directly facing the Burj Al Arab is fantastic. The hotel has a private beach perfect for relaxing. Every day at 4 PM and 5 PM, guests can enjoy a free yacht tour around Palm Jumeirah by showing their room number. Feel free to leave any other questions you have!

This place was a mess. The lobby was small and crowded with people. The room felt like staying in a budget hotel converted from a factory, with the only upside being plenty of beds, good for families with many children. The hotel room rate includes tickets, and for each night you stay, you get access to one park. Legoland, Water Park, and Motiongate each have their unique charm, making it a children's paradise. My kids had an amazing time! Given the price, don't expect too much from the breakfast; it's certainly filling enough though.
