The hotel is conveniently located in JVT, making it easy to reach. They have a very nice adult pool and a super cute mini adventure pool area that kids will definitely enjoy. The rooms are nice and clean, providing a comfortable stay for the whole family. The lobby area is also spacious and welcoming.
The food is great, you can even order and dine by the poolside, which adds to the relaxing atmosphere. This hotel is perfect for families, especially those with young children.

I’ve been staying at Novotel JVT for a long time, and I’d like to give special thanks to Hillal from the cleaning team. He’s always very professional, friendly, and goes the extra mile to keep my room perfectly clean and fresh. Recently, he helped me a lot by drying the room and completely removing a damp smell. Thanks to his great work, my place feels comfortable again. Truly appreciate his effort and dedication!

Great apartments and a very comfortable building with everything you need. A small downside is the humidity in the flats and, most importantly, the lack of delivery service directly to the apartment — it’s extremely inconvenient to go downstairs every time for each delivery. Otherwise, if it weren’t for these downsides, this place would definitely deserve a solid 10 out of 10. Special thanks to Helal from the cleaning team — very professional, tidy, and pleasant.

Super hospitality. Attention to details and they really make you feel like home. 🤗 Great location as it’s closer to exit that takes you to Dubai Marina in less then 15 min. Wide selection of coffee shops , nice spa, two pools, great gym.

I have been a long-staying guest at Novotel, and my experience has been nothing short of outstanding. The staff truly made all the difference, with their dedication to exceptional customer service shining through at every moment.

I would like to particularly commend Mani, the Housekeeping Supervisor, and his team for their outstanding work. They consistently went above and beyond to ensure my stay was comfortable and seamless. Every detail was taken care of with professionalism and warmth, and it was clear that Mani leads his team with pride and excellence.

As someone who has spent considerable time at the hotel, I have seen firsthand the impact Mani has on the overall guest experience. I believe he would make an exceptional manager – his leadership skills, attention to detail, and genuine care for guests set him apart.

It’s rare to come across such attentive and genuinely caring service, and it has made my extended stay all the more enjoyable. I highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for not only quality accommodations but also an experience that feels personalized and special.

We have stayed at this hotel several times. The rooms are nice and modern. It is very good value and the staff are very friendly. It is about 15 mins drive from the Marina and JBR but there is a shuttle bus and taxis are reasonable. The pool areas (children and adults) are very nice.

Stayed here for 7 days. A very comfortable stay and staff at the breakfast were extremely professional and Cooperative. Special mention to Faisal for being so helpful and attentive. His display of customer service is excellent.

Perfect place, a little far from downtown but cool place.

The hotel itself is excellent, offering great facilities at a reasonable price. However, the customer service needs significant improvement. The staff, particularly at reception and in the call center, lack professionalism. They are unhelpful, rarely smile, and seem indifferent to long wait times, which creates a poor first impression.

That said, there is one standout employee: a reception supervisor named Islam. He is polite, flexible, and provides exceptional service with a welcoming attitude. I highly recommend dealing with him directly, as the experience with other staff members can be disappointing .
