Convenient location, spacious interconnecting room

The hotel is excellent. I liked everything very much.

It was very strange that upon arrival, the first thing they did at reception was try to upsell us to an upgraded room for an extra charge. We arrived at 3:30 PM, check-in was from 2:00 PM, and they showed us our standard room, which apparently hadn't been cleaned yet, offering us to wait or immediately take an upgraded room for an extra fee. It definitely left a bad taste. But overall, it was okay.

I really enjoyed my stay in Arjaan in Media City. Location is great - it’s to Media City, tram station, it has a lot of supermarkets and cafes around. I really liked the view from my room also! Staff in the hotel is very helpful. Thank you for my nice stay.

For the past four years, I have had the pleasure of organizing fourteen Fortinet sales training events at the Arjaan by Rotana, and throughout every one of them, Mr. Kaza has consistently delivered exceptional service. His professionalism, warm personality, and unwavering attention to detail have played a key role in the success of our events.

Mr. Kaza always ensures that every participant feels welcomed and well taken care of. His ability to anticipate needs, respond promptly to requests, and maintain a high standard of quality across all F&B services is truly remarkable. Whether it’s managing last-minute changes, coordinating with his team, or simply checking in to make sure everything is perfect, he demonstrates a level of dedication that goes far beyond expectations.

This year, he went even further by taking the wonderful initiative to offer non-alcoholic sparkling wine for our gala dinner. This thoughtful gesture added a special touch to the evening and was greatly appreciated by all participants.

Hotel was beautifull, very big room and balcony with nice view on the pool, comfortable beds, Nice pool, small jacuzzy, free shuttle drive to the beach and back, excelent staff, Gym, only downside is the location far away from downtown, airport, no shops or restaurants except hotel one which is not inmy budget tange, but nearby very close is KFC, Arab food , Subway and few more of them in Student Campus 1.5 km away if you want to eat cheaper or you can order the food by careem app. Softer pillows are advisable to aquire, anyway i reccommend this hotel because sometimes they have affordable prices.

I had an outstanding experience at Arjan Rotana in Dubai. From the moment I arrived at the front office until my departure, everything was perfect.

I stayed at the Arjaan Hotel and spent a lot of time at the café inside the hotel. I want to especially mention Amina, who works there. She took incredible care of me during my stay. She is always smiling, kind, and genuinely warm. I felt so peaceful every time she was around.

Her coffee is amazing — especially the coconut matcha latte, which became my favorite. Her energy, her professionalism, and how clean and attentive she is really make a difference.

I will definitely come back, especially just to drink her matcha latte again.
