The smell in the room was terrible. It was supposed to be non-smoking room, but it felt like smokers were living in there for years. Ramesh Kumar and Arpan took excellent care of everything they could to make our stay most comfortable and memorable. The hotel is equipped with some of the best recreation facilities especially the pool and gymnasium. Highway recommend this hotel for all visitors.

I have stayed there for 5 nights and their service was amazing. Tye rooms are very neat and spaciousand so is the bathroom. It was a lovely experience. There is a small hall like area...open kitchen and they have provided a few plates and spoons for our use. We had a great time at Oaks Liwa Heights. Apartment was clean, well maintained and had all the necessary Appliances. The furnitures are older than they look pictures but it isn‘t a problem because they are kept clean. Service was great as well and a lot of options for Restaurants close to the Location. I traveled with two of my children 9 and 5 years old. The staff at Savoy Park were friendly and always ready to find solutions to any queries we had. While the room leaked a bit (through the window) during the storm of December 18th, the staff diligently intervened and dried the carpet in our room. My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights during our trip to Dubai. Strategically located. Walking distance to marts and nearby to cafes. Room was spacious and clean. The Royal Grand Suite Hotel staff were so kind and generous to me. I visited this hotel and I needed urgent help.
