I really liked this hotel for one night but it had everything I needed. A beautiful view for the price is what you will get, but it is well worth it for a short stay close to everything and the professionals are great.

Hotel, has changed the type of the room for villa apartments-this room cost cheaper and really bad! For next night I apologise and they change the room. Also they have problems with their room service -cleaning of the room really bad! Everytime the forgot to bring towels, to equipped room with glasses -everything you should ask! Wonderful hotel with a view of the Marina. The spacious room, 60 sq m, was fantastic. There's a pool on site, and it's within walking distance to JBR beach. I enjoyed everything, and the breakfasts were good.

We checked in late, close to midnight. We requested for luggage delivery service. After waiting for a long time, we decided to go down and collect the luggage ourself. The room is kinda cold as the heater may not be functioning. Nevertheless, the hotel upgraded one room so that we can enjoy the new year fireworks. Breakfast is served 30 mins late.

Icon is at a great location near Mall of Emirates. Walking distance. Cabs are right outside the hotel making it very convenient. The staff are warm and always eager to assist. We enjoyed our stay there!
