Staff: The reception staff is just ok. They fake a smile everytime you pass. But shoutout to the security as well as the housekeeping staff, they are very nice people and go out of way to help you.
Breakfast: BF was just okay. If you are a vegetarian, you may barely have 3-4 hot meal options. More than 75% of things are repeated everyday. The Poha is very dry and the paneer paratha does not look like it has paneer. Idli/dosa are good. The issue is that they do not have any capacity to take any food requests because the food is not cooked in the hotel, it comes from outside. If you can have egg fried rice, you should be able to give Veg fried rice too.
Other things: The location is very good and it has Indian hotels and supermarkets just beneath which is a blessing. The kids pool was not working when we went which was a let down for us.
This is hands down the ultimate experience when staying in Dubai. I will be returning with my family again and highly recommend it to anyone looking for comfort, luxury, and outstanding service. A very special thank you to Eliza, Princess, and Surajit!
The service throughout our visit was excellent. The apartment was clean, quiet, and well maintained, with daily housekeeping. Every morning we received four complimentary bottles of water, which was a nice and useful touch.
The apartment also includes a fully equipped kitchen, which allowed us to cook and made the stay much more convenient, especially for a longer visit or for families.
Directly beneath the hotel there are two convenient supermarkets, making it very easy to buy groceries or anything else needed. The hotel is located about a 15–20 minute drive from the city center, which we found reasonable.
Breakfast was okay – not bad, but nothing special. The selection is limited and tends to repeat itself daily, though it was sufficient for our needs.
The hotel also offers free parking, a swimming pool, and a gym, all of which add good value to the stay.
Overall, we really enjoyed our time here and felt that the hotel offers excellent value for money. We would definitely return on a future visit
