Good location near the train line but rooms themselves are disgustingly dirty, the shower was terrible and the room smelt like cigarettes. This is a 1 star hotel at most

I'd love to write a good review, but unfortunately, that's not possible.
We traveled with friends and tried two rooms. Their room turned out to have mold and some kind of humidity issue; the walls were damp all day long, and so were their belongings. We asked to be moved, and they moved us to a superior room, but they asked for an extra charge for each remaining three nights. Although I think the substandard room condition is entirely the hotel's fault, and they should address this issue. We ate the included breakfast for the first and only time, on the first day. An English breakfast is an egg, sausage, and bread with a piece of margarine. On all the other days, we left and ate at better restaurants. For my friend's first breakfast, they brought him rice with hair in it, and the pineapple was sour. And when we asked for more tea, they charged us separately because breakfast only included one tea bag with boiling water.🤦🏻♀️
Starting at 7:30 a.m., the staff starts raking leaves near the cabins. They think it's okay to talk loudly and laugh, preventing us from sleeping.😬
For four days, they didn't clean or change the towels even once, and when I complained about it upon checkout, they said I should have asked at reception (which is always empty). There are other issues that could go on and on.

Very poor facilities. Arrogant staff. Manager was misbehaving with us. Facilities was not available at time. As compared to facilities provided, the price was expensive and the staff was also misbehaving. Only 1/2 liters of water was given once even though we stayed for 7 days
