Very disappointed to see like this treatment from an Uae hotel .
The supervisor, Alex, was incredibly accommodating and welcoming, ensuring everything ran smoothly and that we felt at home throughout the event. Mohamed was also outstanding—courteous, attentive, and very hospitable, adding to the overall warmth of the evening.
The food was absolutely perfect, with every dish served fresh and full of flavor. The ambience was just right—elegant yet comfortable, making it a beautiful setting for such a special occasion.

Then the room is not clean there are stains on the bedsheets, carpets ,
The mini bar where there is a cooler not working it was hot.
The only good thing is the price is affordable .
